The Hotel was nice, and clean. The grounds of kept up well on the exterior. The only thing I didn’t like is it was difficult for find parking, and it was quite a distance to load and unload your car.

Bathroom shower corners had mold, and calking was bad. Door safety lock screws were out like it was broken into. piece of flooring was coming loose. door to refrigerator was in very bad condition. Bed made strange noise every time you moved. Breakfast was minimal, eggs ran out and they did not refill at 8:30. Pool was out of service for the whole summer. Should not list pool in the listing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice machine wasn't working, but the woman at the front desk brought a bag of ice to our door after we checked-in. However, we could not get the TV to work in our room. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Sorry but the Hotel was musty and damp feeling. Just wasn’t clean. Carpets and other things definitely need cleaning. Lady at check-in was really helpful and accominating. Lady serving food was super. Lady at checkout just didn’t show much interest in customer service. She did thank me for letting her know about the roach that was climbing the wall I am not a review killer but this one was necessary

The experience was alright but the room was dirty by the time when I checked in I saw a few bed roaches crawling, housekeeping did not check on me to have new bedding sheets, towels & horrible customer service from the front desk. Wish I can give more stars but hopefully something will work out next time.

Country Inn & Suites are usually pretty good, this one not so much it needs updating and a lot more cleanliness. The carpet stains, Furniture stains, mildew smell from the ice machine, fish smell in the hallways was a little much for us. Which is unusual for a Country Inn and Suites.

Thought property was great until I opened the cabinet for the fridge and three roaches ran behind it … at night I used the bathroom and once I turned the bathroom light on about 6 roaches ran across the floor .. wasn’t what I expected at all

Stay overall was ok! Check-in was good. Entered room and immediately noticed stained walls and lamp shades. Bedding was not the cleanest. Woke on on day two and roach was crawling up wall. came downstairs ans noticed dead roach by staircase . Checking out on day four, same roach carcass in same place so, clearly no one cleans the hotel daily.

Stayed for the night with my kids and almost midnight the person in the next room was being extremely loud and had a basketball game on the tv which was very loud. I called the front desk who called them but it didn’t make a difference at all.

The Country Inn & Suites is a comfortable place to stay within 15 minutes of ECU. The bed and pillows are comfy (although pillows are small). The room could use some updating, as there are stains on the carpeting and some dirty spots in the bathroom (make up on the wall). The bathroom was quite small also. If you want breakfast, get there early. It clearly was not replenished throughout the morning. This is the second time we stayed here when visiting our Pirate. Good for the cost.

I spent two days there and the first night must have been some kind of party within the hotel. Unrelenting loud talking in the hallways until almost 2 AM with constant door slamming. The first morning I was there housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 AM, that’s NINE A M FOLKS. I asked if they could come back later and went on about my day returning around 10 PM to find they never bothered to clean my room at all. No fresh towels, no made bed, no trash emptied, never even entered the room. Very disappointing. Second night was more quiet but still… OK price, nonexistent cleanup. Two and a half stars out of five🌟🌟1/2 loud doors. Unbelievably loud slamming every time a door closed even if one tried to close it softly.

It was very loud at night. Big trucks on the parking lot were waiting for people for hours with a running engine. Whole night you can hear cars from a nearby big Main Street too. Very hard to sleep. Staff very nice, friendly and professional!!!

The property is a bit worn (e.g., the floor of our room was uneven). The bed was quite comfortable, which is not always the case even in more expensive hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though it’s address is Winterville, it’s only a very short drive to ECU and Greenville.

I had to make 2 separate reservations to extend my stay another night. When I checked in I asked the gentleman if I could keep my room. He said I could. I am a nurse working nights. In the middle of my sleep to work that night I was asked to move to another room on the 2nd floor because they had overbooked rooms due to a football game. I realize the normal world works during the day. I told the guy who told me I had to switch rooms what the other guy said, and he told me “well he told you wrong.” I told him I worked nights and I was in the middle of my sleep. He only told me “I understand” I asked him how could he? The discussion went downhill from there. In the normal world it’s like waking someone up at midnight to switch rooms. For 2 nights, and I I only slept there less than half a day it was almost $800. After moving my things (no one even bothered to assist) I couldn’t really get back to sleep.

The location of this property was convenient for driving in and out of the city. However, the interior of the hotel was a cause for concern. The door clearance is high enough that you hear every sound from the hallway, from every door shutting to every footstep. The fridge in our room (209) had not been cleared out. There was a random bag of food in there. One of the larger towels had stains on it. There was only one extra set of towels and bath cloths. Additionally, the toiletries had not been restocked and there was a random, large black stain on the sheets.

The property is a bit worn (e.g., the floor of our room was uneven). The bed was quite comfortable, which is not always the case even in more expensive hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Though it’s address is Winterville, it’s only a very short drive to ECU and Greenville.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Country Inn. The hotel staff was exceptional, the selection of television channels was great, everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was "The BEST"- especially the coffee! I will definitely stay there again. Thanks you !

Spent one night. Easy check in, and out. Breakfast was very basic, with dry eggs , sausage Patties and continental flair . 1 bedroom suite was Uber comfortable for a party of three. Would not hesitate to book again.

The Country Inn & Suites is a comfortable place to stay within 15 minutes of ECU. The bed and pillows are comfy (although pillows are small). The room could use some updating, as there are stains on the carpeting and some dirty spots in the bathroom (make up on the wall). The bathroom was quite small also. If you want breakfast, get there early. It clearly was not replenished throughout the morning. This is the second time we stayed here when visiting our Pirate. Good for the cost.

Bathroom shower corners had mold, and calking was bad. Door safety lock screws were out like it was broken into. piece of flooring was coming loose. door to refrigerator was in very bad condition. Bed made strange noise every time you moved. Breakfast was minimal, eggs ran out and they did not refill at 8:30. Pool was out of service for the whole summer. Should not list pool in the listing.

The property was in a great location for us. The lobby was very warm and welcoming. Check in was super easy. But when we go to the room, we noticed stains on the bed, carpet was very dirty and there was a trail of ants from the bathroom tub into the main area. The front desk manager was super nice and upgraded our room. The second room was in much better condition and the bed was clean and super comfortable. We were there for 3 nights. The only other issue we encountered was that when they came each day to refresh the room, they were not consistent. One day we had no coffee, the next no tissues or toilet paper in the morning, and dirty towels were still on the floor. When we went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was little to no food. . Overall, not horrible. But attention to detail was lacking.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Noise on the back of hotel was quiet. Guests were respectful of quiet hours. Noise on front of hotel acceptable for the traffic side.Hotel is dated but they have made updates in the rooms. Breakfast was nice. Staff were professional/friendly

The hotel room, 101, smelled. I had to re-pack and move to another room. The desk clerk was great. The free breakfast was "ok". I've had better at a California Country Inn & Suites

The hotel front desk - Chance was super nice and friendly. The breakfast bar attendant - Millie, was very nice and Millie kept the breakfast bar full and clean. Mille would assist guests as needed, such as making their waffles for them and even taking the finished waffle to the guest. The breakfast bar had a nice variety of items to choose from. One side note: there needs to be a sign or something to let other guests know this a "shared" breakfast bar and they should not hog the whole bar by spacing their chosen items all along the bar and blocking other guests from utilizing it. This was a repeated numerous times by the same set of guests. The housekeeping was whole different story for us. While they were friendly when we talked to them and were accommodating in providing towels. However, the whole time we were there, 3 days, our room was never cleaned. I check when we arrived to verify there was daily housekeeping and new towels each day. The used/wet towels were never removed, the trash cans were never emptied and the beds were never straighten up. We did not request for them "not" to do the normal housekeeping. Upon check-out this was brought to the front desk as an issue. Definitely not what I would and have expected from this brand.

The hotel adds a fee if you book through a third party. I was shocked that I had to pay additional for my stay. It would be better had I known this when I booked my stay. The staff was helpful and very accommodating.

Check in person was nice and helpful. It all went downhill from there. Hotel had smell of old water. Room seemed like they haven’t fixed anything or kept it up in years as if it had seen better days. Lots of ghetto types up at 12:00-1:30am going in and out of rooms not caring at all about others and slamming doors. Bed not comfortable. Do whatever it takes to pay a little extra and go someplace better. You will be disappointed. I’ve been on a road trip thru multiple states for a month and stay in a different hotel almost every night. This one tied for worse one out of all hotels I’ve stayed in around the country. I wouldn’t be surprised if they charged “hourly rates” by the looks of some of the clientele. Other guests seemed “normal”. I’m just sayin’….. the one positive was that the breakfast was very good and the lady taking care of the breakfast area was very very nice and kept the buffet nice and clean and well stocked.
