Sleep Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

Absolutely loved the heated indoor pool (altho jacuzzi was not working). ONLY 2 complaints: daily breakfast eggs were always cold and last day I saw a water-roach in my bathroom (cornered him and covered him with garbage container!).....I'm squeamish about those, even tho I understand with TX rains.

It was just ok, staff wasn’t so friendly. Not rude, just not friendly. One Elevator wasn’t working. Had to get new key cards twice, which is inconvenient since one elevator wasn’t working, had to wait long.

We picked this hotel over a competitors because it had a jacuzzi. We get there and the jacuzzi heat doesn't work. As well I was placed on the 4rth floor and The ice machines only worked on the 1st and 2nd floor. I see they had a renovation recently cause I've stayed here in the past. But what was the purpose if the ice machines and hot tube dont work. It looked nicer but stuff is broke now. I wasn't gonna complain but the checkout pushed me to it. As we were walking to our car we noticed the clean up man with his cart in the hall. He was watching Tv in the next room with the door open. I first I didn't think anything of it. We decided to leave the door cracked with the door stop just in case I forgot something. And last time they turned my key off 5 min before actual checkout so I got locked out the side door while packing. I always come back and do a final check to make sure I didn't forget anything.There was a handful of items so I decided I grab them when I come back up to check. I get to car put my stuff in and hurry back to the room cause the door is cracked. As I walk to my room the maid man was not pushing the cart from my room. As I enter my hand full of stuff is gone. He must have thrown it away. So I go to the hall and ask him for my stuff. He said he thought it was trash. Cologne earbuds tho. I told him its not even checkout time why was he cleaning my room He seen me walk to the roo. He could of said something. I tell checkout of the issue with 5min to spare.smh

Multiple cars were broken into over night. Management couldn’t have cared less.

The pool was so cloudy and the hot tub didn't work. I have stayed numerous of times but this was the worst. Left and booked another hotel.... didnt get my money back so far. Didnt get insurance because this place had always been great

There was a robbery attempt at the hotel. Around 12 cars were broken in the parking lot. The hotel staff didnt respond quickly enough, a guest had called 911 when this happened. Felt really scared when this took place.

The hotel is ok but you are charging too much for the condition of the hotel. The elevators sound terrible! I was afraid they would stop on me! The outside door key slider did not work.

I’ve stayed here several times and for whatever reason, they refuse to fix the hot tub to where the waters actually hot

Everything was great. One of the elevator cars was out of service so the wait was sometimes longer. I would stay there again.

No First Aid kit was available at the property. The jacuzzi inoperable. Staff friendly. Room was comfy.

Clean room

My stay was unacceptable. There were dead cockroaches in my AC unit that was blowing air into my room when arrive late at night, I informed the front desk (645 am). They said they would take care of it the next day. I worked from the hotel in the morning and left early afternoon, i returned around 11 pm and there were still cockroaches in my room and my room had not been entered. The next w Morning i had to ask them multiple times to have someone deal with the situation and had to request a different room when they sent someone to come spray my room.

very noisy, can hear people conversation next room,, showers not good, low water pressure, smells bad in hallways and room, very strong odor.

Hotel was easy to get to for our venue. Was super clean and staff waa friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable room with free breakfast, for a very reasonable price.

There were roaches in the bathroom. Ice machine on level 4 not working. No paper towels at first floor men’s restroom and no way to dry hands.

The room smelled very musty and the carpet felt sticky. Breakfast was good.

This place smelled and looked clean when I walked in, but when I got to my room it smelled like smoke. The receptionist was really nice and changed me rooms but it was the one right next door to the room I just left and smelled the same. I ended up just sucking it up and spraying lots of perfume 😅. The breakfast was decent.

Clean hotel. The hole building smells good and it's properly sanitized.

Only thing was that the walls are super thin but it’s a hotel, what can you expect

We loved the pool and free breakfast. Our grandkids love staying there. The only thing I didn't like was when trying to sleep I could hear heavy footsteps either in the next room or above us.It continued on and off all night long

It was a nice, inexpensive place to stay. However, the TV remote didn't work. To turn it off I had to unplug it. No volume or station control. I reported it 3 times in a 3 day stay. No one seemed interested in fixing it. We got a different remote that didn't work either. For sleeping it was great, but no relaxing with TV in the room.

Had to book short notice. They had rooms available for a very fair rate. For a lower to mid priced room. I was very satisfied with the size of the room. the room itself was modern and updated. Breakfast was good. Will be staying at this location again as my HQ is just down the road.

Very comfortable room. The AC whistled, but that is my only negative. Overall, I had a nice stay. The staff is amazing!!

I expected no frills. There was a large desk and a nice chair so I could spread out and get some work done. Ample lighting at night - both in the parking lot and the room. Plenty of places to plug in. And even an ironing board and nice wooden hangers in the closet. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillow types. And you get a bar of soap! So much nicer than having a goofy body wash dispenser in the shower! Plus a microwave and refrigerator in the room. So glad I chose this hotel!

We had an excellent couple of nights. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, microwave and fridge worked well. I like the large amount of counter space in the bathroom and the desk space. We enjoyed the breakfast options also. I didn't really like any of the pillows -- I am a side sleeper and they were a bit too soft for me. But that is just personal preference -- I don't expect places to have every possible pillow option. 🙂🙂 We were in town to see a concert at the Moody Center in Austin. It is about a 20 minute drive. Definitely would stay here again if we are in town.

Great staff and beautiful room

Some random man tried to open out room with a key at 12 am during our stay. Then I got a call from the front desk saying the room was suppose to be vacant!! Somehow they couldn’t find my name but gave me a room key and took charged my card. I was asleep with my two teenage kids and this scared them so much!! I am LIVID! I would never book this hotel again in my life! Room was not clean, people trying to walk in my room late at night. Loud noise and banging all through the night! What kinda hotel is this???? I want my money back and I would never sleep here another day in my life! No thanks!

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and willing to help when needed. The breakfast staff was awesome and gave such attention to detail! Room was clean and ready and made up nicely when we returned back from the day out. Nice touches like pretty towel displays. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. Clean, safe, quiet and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic every day with a good selection, not just a continental breakfast, but full breakfasts that were kept stocked.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean with comfortable bedding.. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. We also used the hot tub. We are already planning a return trip.

I have already put in a complaint with choice hotels but the experience I have had at your hotel Sleep Inn has been the worst. I went ahead and stayed and was going to stay until I checked out but this has went too far. The employee that’s here tonight has been the rudest I had to encounter. Not only has she been rude but completely unprofessional. Her name is Brionna with a O not a A “ what she yelled at us”. I filed a formal complaint and I’m going to do a google review. After we went down to try to talk to her she gets smart with us and calls the police to have us leave but it was on her. I got here and a roach was in my first room. The second room had chips on the bed under the linen, third the pool was closed and we’ve been getting told every day that it would be open and it has not. We only chose the hotel because of the pool but when we got here it was too late to cancel so we had no choice. Now she gets smart with us and calls the police and we get put out because of her being rude is unacceptable. Her name is Brionna “with a O” specifically what she told us. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life. This will be an experience to go viral because of how unprofessional and how disgusting it’s been. Roaches really and I still stayed, totally unacceptable.

Rude staff at check-in. at 11:00 pm after 10 hours of driving , it took 10 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge us standing, waiting at the locked front door

Clearly not worth the price as I had to make a last minute booking for about 150 bucks. Clean hotel but service sucks. You’ll hardly find anyone at the front desk most the time and they lock out your key at 11 am itself. Note that checkout is 12 pm as per the policy.

Liked the hotel but communication was lacking We were told the wrong times for breakfast and we constantly got locked out of our room because our key would stop working.

Was close to many food locations.

This property is ideally located for travelers who need quick access to Dell Computer or any other major business in the Round Rock area. Good food choices within driving distance, though none in walking distance.

It was fine. Clean and stocked Somewhat outdated Nothing is convenient such as food or stores

Close to shopping, many restaurants, convenient parking, safe environment, close to major roads and highways.

Love the location and the hotel itself. The check in process is quick and easy! Will definitely stay here again while in town for business.

Great location in Round Rock and close to a Plaza for dinning.

My room was clean and quiet. The location was convenient being located with quick access to major roads and highway's.

There was no coffee in the breakfast which was ridiculous because the only thing you really really need at 7 am is COFFEEEEEEE!!!!!

Staff was kind and courteous, room was clean, breakfast had good options and the cinnamon waffles were delicious!! The pool area was clean and tidy as well.

The only Continental breakfast I've ever encountered with a permanently broken coffee machine. Hope you like waking up to decaf!

Hotel is fine, the only minus and the reason giving 4 stars is coffee machine at breakfast area was broken. Staff was friendly.

We’ve stayed here several times and always have had a great stay but this time we didn’t care for it much. Indoor jacuzzi was not working(one of main reasons for booking here). The bed was very firm. AC would make weird noises when not running. Ice machines not working. Breakfast- cold eggs. No waffle mix. Underwhelming. Other times breakfast was great. Not sure what has changed for this hotel as previous stays were great but this time around not so good.

The hot tub and pool were very clean. We really enjoyed them. The pool was really warm. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!
