Desk Manager terrible (Sherria), rude and not helpful. Unpleasant attitude and dismissive of any concerns particularly billing!. Charged me a 20$ fee and a $40 fee for what was suppose to be $20 nightly for incidentals? She is offensive and unprofessional...

Very clean and well designed rooms. Great location. Plenty of options for breakfast. Will stay again.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for a sort of mini-vacation after his physical therapy session in Roanoke. We chose this hotel because the indoor pool looked nice. However, it was very small and extremely loud, which did not make for a very relaxing experience. This might not be a big deal for many, but since it was the main reason for staying at this hotel, it made for a disappointing experience. I also want to note that I was surprised that hotel guests had to PAY FOR PARKING! $10 per night. I will say the hotel and rooms were nice and clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety.

I stayed here while I town for a wedding. Suite was very clean and I was comfortable there. I recommend and would stay here again.
