Just okay. Host very slow in response time to problem with getting tv to work. Property needs some deep cleaning and updating. Beds in master and one other bedroom very squeaky. Kitchen floor looks horribly dirty but it’s because chunks of tile are missing. Beware that there is a small unit literally in the same house that the host rents out separately. This makes it impossible to not bother each other with noise. Very strange setup. Wouldn’t book this property again.

Home was nice and in a great location. When it said another rental unit at the location I didn’t know it meant that there was a door with access to the home we rented. I did not like that at all. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced no cushion and very uncomfortable. Bed squeaks every time you moved. We had a 3 night stay and were only given one towel and one washrag to last the whole stay. Had to do laundry everyday. Not acceptable. With the $350 host fee you can afford to buy some washrags

Stayed here while in Jacksonville for a family wedding.,Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family

We needed a place with 5 bedrooms and a couple rooms with bathrooms. This place was perfect. Eight of us played pool in a tournament that lasted for 3 days. We all had nice beds and a spotless house to relax and get sleep when needed. The large kitchen and family room was a nice treat, as well. We will stay here again, if in Jacksonville again!

This home is located in a great community that is close to shopping and easy access to the highways.
