We arrived late in the night. The hotel was brightly lit and front desk staff awaiting our arrival. We got to our room quick so we could sleep. Great snack choices at the 24/7 snack shop.

The staff was great very friendly, the rooms were huge and clean, amenities were great, there is a small shop/area downstairs where you can buy snacks and beverages loved that! Right off the highway and tons of parking if your renting a car, very close to the mall and local shopping if needed, Will definitely stay here again.

Outdated interiors/rooms. 4th floor carpet is as loose as the floor feels. Even in the room, floor didn’t feel sturdy. Both night and morning staff were GREAT and the few redeeming qualities that remind you this is the Hilton brand.

My family and I were traveling from out of town to attend a graduation and we were given three separate rooms due to the first two being dirty and not properly cleaned. The beds and showers in both rooms had hairs and not cleaned. It’s a shame to have paid in advance knowing the hotel’s end of the bargain was not met. We will not be staying here again.

The bed in room 306 was terrible. Hard mattress and any movement on the bed created a loud wood on wood sound. Maybe was able to get possibly two hours of sleep. Bathroom shower leaked on the floor, grout coming up between the tiles. Definitely will not stay again at this hotel.

This hotel is rather run down. I felt most of the staff was polite, Chris in particular, but one of the managers was a bit rude. The carpet was shabby and the bathroom smelled like mildew.

The evening staff was welcoming and attentive. Both checkin and dining were gracious and kind with our late arrival. The bed platform was broken on the right side of the bed, with loud cracking and creaking anytime you sat or moved on the bed. We literally did not sleep that night. We shared the information with front desk at check out. The damaged bed was beyond a little squeak. We will not stay at this location again.

Expedia confirmed a one King room, but on arrival the hotel provide a two queen. Both parties pointed the finger at each other as to why. Having no other option, I used the two queen room. The room had an AC unit which turned on every 30 minutes and was very loud, occasionally with a bang. Between the hours of 11pm and 2am the room above us had children running and jumping. The front desk said they would talk to them, but nothing changed. We didn't get to sleep until after the noise stopped.

Nice as most Hilton’s are. The pillows were the worst we’ve ever had. My wife and I both hated them. And the hall noise was a little above average, like the doors were thin.

The beds sucked. Everytime you rolled over it sounded like it would beak. I requested a handicap room and was too tired to argue with the desk and move my bags. This hotel did not live up to the Hilton name. I will not be returning.

The manager on site needs to be trained. I was having a medical emergency and was locked out of my room in need of medical equipment. Staff thought it was our key cards. But the manager said it was due to non-payment, Which was false. Several trip to the front desk later. Somewhere along the line somebody screwed up our room with another guest. Needless to say my emergency could have turn a lot worse but thankfully the maintenance guys were flagged down by a random stranger who helped me get inside to my medical equipment. Not once was I approached by the manager to apologize for her actions.

The hotel lost my reservation. I spent 25 minutes on hold while it was worked out. I was traveling for a wedding and this dampened my mood for hours. Maybe Travelocity should also send the hotels the confirmation reminders as well.

Jada was so sweet and very friendly when I checked in and checked with me to make sure everything was okay with my room. The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable. If I’m in Denton again I’ll definitely be back!!

The staff went over and above to accommodate us. We arrived early and wanted to use the pool while we waited. This wasn't possible, of course, due to liability issues but Josh worked extremely hard to get us into the first available room so we could enjoy the pool. He was awesome. The breakfast staff was also super friendly and attentive. All around a great experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. After I checked in, I received a text message asking how everything was with my room. I informed them I needed one more towel so they said I can get at front desk. I liked that they asked. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding, and approached the front desk just before 3, when our room was guaranteed to be ready. We were told it would be another 20-30 mins, at which point we were forced to change into our formalwear in the hallway. A half dozen other people were given their rooms before us, at which point we were given a room type that we had not reserved and that didn't meet our needs. That night...there wasn't anyone at the front desk and no one to answer the phone. We had to make due without the blanket and sheets that would have made cohabitating in a single bed comfortable. And then there was the extremely limited breakfast buffet that carried a high price tag and the broken shower controls. Never again...

The staff was great very friendly, the rooms were huge and clean, amenities were great, there is a small shop/area downstairs where you can buy snacks and beverages loved that! Right off the highway and tons of parking if your renting a car, very close to the mall and local shopping if needed, Will definitely stay here again.

Stay was not what I expected. For being a Hilton it lacks a lot. Both phones in my room didn’t work, they were plugged in. The refrigerator barely kept drinks cool. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky with flat pillows. People screaming a few doors from mine, couldn’t call the front desk because phones didn’t work. Tried calling from my mobile, nobody picked up and the call dropped after minutes of constant ringing. Definitely never staying here again!

Everything was fine for what I needed the hotel for. The only thing that would keep me from going back would be the breakfast. I was unaware that the breakfast buffet was a separate expense as when I checked in all I was told was the time frame for breakfast and that's it. To my surprise after I made my plate and sat down did I see a menu with prices and was asked how I would be paying for the food. Everything else was fine.

We had a good experience. The hotel was clean and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The service from the bartender and the breakfast staff were amazing! So attentive, kind, thoughtful and great conversation!

I would not stay here again. The smell of air freshener in the lobby and hallways, including the dining area, was so overwhelmingly strong that it gave me a headache each time I left my room. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The rooms say that they are soundproof, but there was a dog in a nearby room, barking for hours one evening, and there was nothing I could do to drown out the sound. The breakfast options were just mediocre. The scrambled eggs were absolutely disgusting and most of the other things were full of sugar and not healthy.

My only problem was that for the price I paid for one night, the breakfast should have been included. Instead, after paying more than what I normally pay for a hotel room, I go down in the morning and find that breakfast is about $15 extra and it was, mostly continental and they would cook you an egg

The staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. The comfort level of the room was great. The ac was cold, everything was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Since we were planning on staying 2 nights, it would have been nice to have 2 mornings worth of coffee in the room without asking, as we did not opt for the buffet breakfast in our reservation. Worth noting, there is an ice machine on floors 2-4 but not on the first floor, so you will need to ask for an ice-bucket fill at the on-site restaurant. On our first day, we were disappointed with the hot tub as it was not working properly, but the pool was refreshing. When we tried to use the pool the next day, it was so crowded and loud (obviously with one large family group), that we did not feel comfortable intruding on their pool time. They took up the space outside and inside the pool, so we opted to stay inside instead. Note that the construction nearby does not allow instant access to the other side of the I-35 (Buc-ee's and adjacent restaurants) and that was one of the reasons we booked this location. There are a couple work-arounds for this issue, so be prepared depending on where you plan to venture. The location was great for a quick trip to the UNT campus and DATCU Stadium parking lots (within 10 minutes).

Everything was clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is both queen bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and one had either a broken slat or box spring, you could not move without making loud cracking noise.
