Deluxe Inn Hawthorne/ LAX

Used this for a festival at Sofi Stadium, was awesome location. Parking is a little tight, bring your small car if possible. Easy to check in. Room is worth the price we paid, would come back.

Great for one night stay. Only negative is that the parking lot is extremely tiny, super tight to get in and out. Also there are only stairs no elevator and the hotel is 3 levels. But over all good stay, office staff is friendly and the cleaners as well.

My only complaint is I checked in later in the evening. I drive a truck so it was hard for me to park. Other than that everything was fine.

It was a good stay. Very peaceful and quiet parking was a little tight since my boyfriend and I both drive larger vehicles and this was our meeting point. The floors were a little dirty which I read in other reviews so just take sandals or something to wear inside the hotel. They only accept cash deposit for the room.

Property is fairly close to the airport which was nice. Food options around were limited. The hotel itself was an okay stay. The rooms were decent size but chipped paint and thin walls. We could hear the people next door. Also the parking is underneath and very tight mainly for small and compact cars. Staff was very nice.

Room was less than due to the room being so dated. Air conditioner did not stay on unless it was on “Fan Only”. The lighting in the room was dim and the refrigerator was dirty. The hotel is 3 floors with no elevator so good luck to you if you get the 3rd floor and you have a lot of things with you

Property was fine, but check in is a cash deposit and I didn’t have that, had to get it through the atm, which charged the service fee. The room was fine but the room on top of us was loud as heck stomping so loud like it was a war zone, also parking is free but it’s so tiny and small so get there early.

This is an old motel that has been updated and some parts are nice, but some parts you can just tell that it's an old motel with cosmetic updates. You can hear a lot of sound from other people outside. Check-in was easy; there was plenty of (free) parking though it's a small lot. The room was really big, and I specifically chose this hotel room because it offered three beds for my family of 5. There were plenty of towels. It was very close to the airport and lots of restaurants. The room felt "wiped-down clean" but not "scrubbed clean". I'm sure that our sheets were clean but there was a hole in them. And though the bathroom was clean, the caulking was gross like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while (or ever?). Would I stay here again? Maybe. The price and nearness to the airport made it easy, plus having that extra bed for my family. But I wouldn't stay here if I was going to spend a lot of time in the motel.

Location was fine, could've been better. It's not in the best neighborhood, but definitely could've been worse. The rooms lean towards more of a motel, in desperate need of renovations and deep cleaning. The parking lot/hallways smelled of MJ and cigarettes. The wall was leaking from the rain, there were moldy smells, the shower/tub had dirty grout, unfinished tiles in the bathroom. Sheets and towels had stains. There wasn't any running hot water. It warmed up after 5 minutes of running, but then it would cool down after a minute. We didn't stay the night and booked elsewhere, was able to get a refund for our unused night.

Floor was so dirt, white socks turned black. Hair on the floor. Took a long time (5 ) minutes to get hot water. No elevators so we climbed 3 steep flights with heavy luggage. Pay extra for a better hotel.

This is a very nice motel to stay in. The staff is really nice and friendly, so I really appreciated that. My room was quite clean. I only have two complaints. The floors are sticky and dirty. It turned my feet black when I took off my socks. And the shower is not great. My shower was just trickling water instead of a full blast. Other than that, my stay was quite nice. Like I said, I really liked the staff. And the price was decent as well. I did feel safe staying at this motel and with its surrounding area.

Horrible parking garage situation or no parking at all. The sheets, pillow covers and blanket had stains and a couple holes. I got a non smoking room but my room smelled like weed bad. Would not go back.

Easy and friendly check in and room was spacious. Only complaint is the dusty floors, like no one sweeps or mops and stained bed sheets.

Everything in that room needed to be replaced. Stayed in a smoking room and the smell wasn’t bad, perfect in that only sense. The parking garage was comforting at first but the noise early morning from all the vehicles was too much. Every part of the hotel was grimey. I had to wipe everything down including the hair dryer that had makeup or something on it. All the walls had liquid stains from who knows what. The phone wasn’t even hooked up, just placed for decor. 20$ cash deposit returned upon check out. We booked for two nights but they only provided two body towels, no hand towels, and a few square towels. The “aloe lotion” on the wall is actually soap… The shower had several types of hair in it. Overall we will never be back, overpriced for the stay. Oh and they wouldn’t provide more towels until we turned in the used ones. Thankfully housekeeping was reasonable and gave us what we needed. The only plus side was that the A.C worked perfect. Oh and the chairs at the dining table were entirely tattered, no one would sit there unless a towel was placed first. The chair with wheels did not roll lol. The floors were coming up and looked as if suffered water damage. The bed was bad but my back didn’t go out sleeping on it so there’s another plus I suppose!

The room was clean and staff was fine. The hotel was incredibly noisy. Both the surrounding rooms and the parking lot that is in the middle of all of the rooms. I would not stay here again.

Check in was easy. The girl at the check in desk was polite. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. I didnt see any bugs. It was woth yhe price for 3 beds not far from Manhattan beach. The hotel needs some TLC. The frame around the window was missing and had a large section rotted out. It looked like they moved head boards that were attached to the wall and left the holes. The room was clean except the shower which had a ton of hair.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. My biggest complaint is how loud the hotel was. You could just hear everything in the rooms around you and in the exterior. The internet was also not good.

Room was great! Having 3 queen beds was so convenient. AC works perfectly. So many food options close by.

If you just need a place to sleep then it’s fine. Beds are a little uncomfortable and the room reeked of cigarettes

The room was decent, they could have swapped and moped the floor better. However the room over all was comfortable I like that it was a smoking room. I did not like that the wifi allowed me limited access. I did like that there was no deposit. Over all it was a decent stay.

I was told on check-in, that i had to hand over $20 cash without a receipt. I refused. The receptionist explained to me how they do not accept credit cards for deposit. I asked her to show me the policy in Hotels.com that said I agreed to bring cash for checkin. Shady.

Staff was very helpful as I needed early check-in to setup the room for my boyfriend for his birthday.

Upon arrival front desk was rude. Talked back worst customer service experience.

It was great. People at front desk were very friendly even let us check in early.

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. Make a couple trips a month and this place is by far one of the better ones in the area. It’s quiet and the property is clean. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Had to make a quick stop in the LA area and they had a room available. The lady who took care of my check in was very friendly and helpful. There is a $20 cash deposit which you get back when you check out. The room was comfortable. I've stayed at 6 Suites up the road and (more bang for your buck) I think I'm staying at the Deluxe from now on whenever I come to the LA area.

Hotel room was fine. Didn't have a clock or hand lotion. And parking was plentiful. The only thing I didn't like was that they only accepted cash for a deposit whereas all other hotels I've stayed at accepted credit cards. Because of this, I didn't receive my cash deposit back when I checked out. No one was at the front desk when I checked out and I forgot about my deposit until I returned home in another State. This is probably the reason why I won't be staying there again.

Everything was excellent, except the receptionist guy at the lobby.

Staff was very nice and every thing was very clean. Definitely recommend on any game day :) or family road trip.

Overall the stay was good, the rooms have been remodeled and were clean, only issue was the area around the hotel was a little questionable, I would not want to be there alone. Parking is tight but manageable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well kept property. Mellow atmosphere and clientele. A place to relax. Lots of shopping & dining options nearby.

Everything was close to us, the beach was a few minutes away so it worked out perfect for us.

Check in was quick, staff was pleasant, room was clean, & it was close to both the airport and SoFi.

No dining room or lobby no coffee in a lobby

No breakfast and parking is not enough dor guests. There are dirty cars that have been parked there for long.
