On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large, bright, and welcoming open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Separate but not closed off, a lounge with a flat-screen TV invites you to relax, while a study in the vaulted stone cellar offers a cool and charming setting, ideal for working from home. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with an open-plan shower room and a separate WC. Upstairs, a large mezzanine leads to a double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a four-person bedroom with beautiful terracotta floor tiles (single 90x200cm beds), perfect for children or a group of friends. One bathroom (with washing machine and dryer) and one separate toilet. From the kitchen, direct access leads to a magnificent terrace sheltered by a wooden awning (garden furniture, sun loungers, fire pit). Right next to it, the unheated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 1.60 m deep, secured by an electric cover), open from May 15th to September 30th, promises refreshing and memorable moments, with an outdoor shower nearby. A few steps higher, a terrace with a hot tub offers breathtaking views of the village: the feeling of overlooking it is simply magical.
