I tried to cancel both reservations on the fourth. My phone had over 700 viruses and i couldn t use it. we were on the road and I had no other means to notify.. It would be a great customer service if you could not charge me for these rooms

Reserved a non smoking room and once arrived we were checked into a smoking room that smelled like stale cigarette smoke and weed. Also the floors were in need of a major sweep. Only 2 pillows were on the bed and weren't fluffy. TV remote hardly worked the TV. Ac unit barely worked and the room stayed hot and muggy.

This was my first time to Hickory, NC. This is an old motel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. The TV has a firestick and the remote in the room did not control the TV. The office person had to come and log on to the TV and give us a different remote, it was irritating. So when I turned the TV on in the morning, I had to go through the same log on and use two different passwords. The location seemed to be OK, although there were screeching tires in the night and sirens.

Place has roaches! It’s terrible! Very dirty and nasty! Has homeless people everywhere! People knocking on your door all hours of the night! They don’t give u no towels nor clean the room! Blankets has burnt holes all in them. Also not located in a very nice area. Will never stay again! Do not recommend!

The back of the tv is real dusty with rag hair the bath room vent has cake up dust the ac/heat unit has a lot of dust n dog hair inside the emergency dead bolt don’t work the door is hard to open n close
