Duplex apartment located on the first floor of a wellness center. On the first floor: living room with sofa, 100cm TV, and reversible air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, and four-burner ceramic hob. Separate WC. No washing machine (but a washing machine is available nearby). On the second floor: One bedroom with a 180x200cm bed. One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. A bathroom with a corner shower (70x70cm) and a washbasin. A 6m² balcony accessible from the kitchen. A baby cot, high chair, safety gate, and baby bath are available upon request. A small dog is welcome for an additional fee. All-inclusive accommodation (utilities, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning). The wellness center is reserved for guests of the gîte from 6 pm to 10 am. It includes a private spa area, jacuzzi, sauna, walk-in shower, and changing room. The rate is €75 if the gîte is booked for 4 people; the price may vary depending on the number of occupants and should be discussed directly with the owner. Paid street parking is available from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm (one hour free per day). Free street parking is available a five-minute walk away (Lacuzon parking lot).
