Upon arrival Antonio greeted me, checked in and showed me to my room. The room was large, a king bed and clean. However it was hot! He opened the window and turned on the ceiling fan. I asked for an additional fan, he happily brought me one. Breakfast was good. When i booked i didn't realize there was no AC.

The hotel is so beautiful, the garden, halls lined with interesting art and objects, a feast for the eyes. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was great. The total experience was lovely. We truly enjoyed staying there.

It's so peaceful to be in the hotel. They're backyard area is really nice to hangout. The staff are so kind, humble and friendly. It was a really nice stay. Highy recommend it!

Amazing little place with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a unique cozy feel. Breakfast and courtyard were very satisfying and serene. The shower never did get hot for me, but everything else was superb.

Charming little hotel. Very clean. Bed comfy. Loved the old world feel and garden dining. Road construction right outside our window very loud. Large noisy family checked in late and joined us in small breakfast area with very loud vey sick children. Unfortunate. Not the hotel's fault. Overall noisy. with jets flying over and lots of sirens and city noisy. Bring earplugs. Staff kind and courteous, but I relied on website statement that they had bilingual staff, they did not and that they had airport shuttle. They do not. They said they would call us a taxi or an uber. We hired a private driver. When info is not accurate, it is disappointing and detracts from this nice small hotel with lots of potential. Food very good. We were even able to order in room when we arrived so we did not have to walk after dark. Security very good. Overall good value.

The attendant was very polite, friendly and very helpful. The place was very cleaned with a very beautiful dining room and a courtyard with beautiful plants! The room was very clean but had a rare smell, like an old smell?…perhaps, that can be corrected by making sure beds and bed sheets/blankets are review and updated?

The staff were accommodating, professional, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast helped me start the day right. I highly recommend Dai Nonni Hotel. There were plenty of dining options within an easy walking distance, and stopping options as well. Super convenient as far as the airport is concerned.

Excelent customer services. The rooms are a bit too dark, no tv. No A/C. The building needs maintenance. We can recommend it for one or two night stay. For longer stays find another accomodation.

Clean, safe, well appointed. I was a little put off on arriving late at night to a small signed, innocuous, locked with a buzzer, location on a side street. Quickly answered and admitted to a clean nice, small hotel. Tiled floors. Large comfortable room with kitchenette. Generous common areas.

The location is great close to restaurant & mercado, airport and safe for walking under the trees. I walked along way to the ruin (?) of a castle. The hostess is very friendly and useful. Breakfast is delicious and fast. I recommend to book a suite very pleasant room with stove microwave, refrigerator & king size bed.

We stayed here the evening of 11 February, it was a great place to get a shower and sleep for the night. The cleanliness and comfort of our room was exceptional, but we could’ve used more towels. For some reason, the front desk was adamant about there only being two towels per room and was adamant about this. Breakfast was acceptable, but with very meager portions….. likewise with coffee. The only other recommendation I would make is that they train their staff to be more proficient in English.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located from the airport and sight seeing in Guatemala city. The included breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff even made us a packed lunch when we left too early to eat the breakfast. The only thing I would recommend is providing contact info for some trusted taxi drivers.

Love love love it here. Room is huge, clean and the staff are sooooo amazing. They made sure I had breakfast to go because my flight is so early. It’s in a great neighborhood and as a solo female traveler I appreciate them watching me get into my Uber for dinner but it’s so safe it’s completely unnecessary.

This place is very close to the airport, the person at the front was very sweet, we left very early in the morning and she gave us a breakfast to go. We only stayed the night, it was worth our money for the night, nothing too fancy, but cute and clean enough for what you pay for. Would stay here again :D

The hotel is very conveniently located in the close proximity to the airport. Also, close by are some good restaurants and Avenida de las Americas for a walk after a nice meal. The staff was super friendly and attentive.

The location is great close to restaurant & mercado, airport and safe for walking under the trees. I walked along way to the ruin (?) of a castle. The hostess is very friendly and useful. Breakfast is delicious and fast. I recommend to book a suite very pleasant room with stove microwave, refrigerator & king size bed.

The staff were accommodating, professional, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast helped me start the day right. I highly recommend Dai Nonni Hotel. There were plenty of dining options within an easy walking distance, and stopping options as well. Super convenient as far as the airport is concerned.

Very nice staff - they let me keep my large backpack over several nights while I flew to tikal for a few days. Convenient to zona viva and the airport.

We stayed here the evening of 11 February, it was a great place to get a shower and sleep for the night. The cleanliness and comfort of our room was exceptional, but we could’ve used more towels. For some reason, the front desk was adamant about there only being two towels per room and was adamant about this. Breakfast was acceptable, but with very meager portions….. likewise with coffee. The only other recommendation I would make is that they train their staff to be more proficient in English.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located from the airport and sight seeing in Guatemala city. The included breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff even made us a packed lunch when we left too early to eat the breakfast. The only thing I would recommend is providing contact info for some trusted taxi drivers.

We stayed here twice going to and returning from a Guatemala vacation. We stayed in the smallest and largest rooms. Both were great value for the stay. The manager is awesome. Very helpful. Breakfast was decent, highly recommended.

We had a double room, which was super clean and comfortable and even had a small refrigerator. The staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. The hotel is very secure and safe. We absolutely loved the decor. The courtyard where breakfast is had is beautiful and made it feel like we were somewhere else other than the city. We chose the typical Guatemalan breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The WiFi worked well, they had filtered water available, and there was a great restaurant just across the street, which came recommended by the staff.

I travel consistently to Guatemala, over the years I have stayed in a variety of places in Guatemala city before and after my flights. Dai Nonni is definitely one of the best options: great location, place and value and the friendliest staff you can find around. At Dai Nonni you will feel at home. I strongly recommend it!
