We stayed in a junior suite as a family of four and it was wonderful. We had a view of Lake Geneva and the room and bathroom were extremely spacious. On arrival we were greeted by the porter who was very welcoming and guided us on where to park and swiftly took our luggage to our room, which was ready early. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were also always very helpful and polite. We were able to use the indoor pool with the children at certain times. The restaurant, whilst expensive, was superb. Very relaxed atmosphere with very good service and the meals were to a very good standard. Whilst parking is chargeable, it is very convenient. Maybe guests could receive a reduced rate for the parking through an arrangement of some sort? We enjoyed playing pool a lot. Easy walking distance to many areas within Evians les Bains. Whilst there, the hotel manager Lucas came and had a chat with us to understand how we were finding our stay. As the hotel has recently been acquired by Leonardo (previously Hilton) he is working on enhancements. He eluded to the fact they are wanting to enhance the decor and offerings even more whilst keeping it good value, it sounded very promising.

Hotellet er godt placeret i en hyggelige by, med gode muligheder for både at gå rundt i byen og langs søen. Personalet var imødekommende og venlige.

Nous avions Réservé un Hilton et au final nous avons trouvé un Leonardo, plus bas en service et prestations. Trompé sur la prestation et même pas averti en amont par l’hôtel, qui la veille nous souhaitait la bienvenue dans un Hilton en joignant la broche 10 pages à l’enseigne du Hilton Accueil lamentable : 12 personnes derrière le guichet, aucune s’occupe de vous, nous disent être en formation.,. Draps sales, taché de sang, non changés pendant une semaine, ménage consistant uniquement à changer les serviettes, moquette tachée, espaces communs sales et non entretenus. Un conseil : À FUIR ! 2 employés nous ont même prévenu et alerté sur le niveau largement en baisse et sur une équipe complètement dépassée ! Seul le responsable du restaurant était serviable, mais il faisait avec des moyens plus que réduits. Demi pension : choix d’un seul plat, le reste identique pendant 6jours! Du jamais vu !

Equipement vétuste... la chambre a besoin d'un bon rafraîssement. Bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel serviable. Dîner TRES décevant.... TRES longue attente avec une qualité de service pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
