What a beautiful place! The two hundred year old home and outbuildings were spectacular- in lovely condition and true to the original flavor of the home, along with modern upgrades to meet today’s standards that made for a comfortable stay. The main stone house is lovely and the eight acre property is lovely. The location is close to restaurants and shops in lambertville and new hope, while still tucked away up a quiet hill. We hope to return!

The property was in a quiet beautiful location. The owners were attentive and provided a great breakfast. They were available to assist as needed and we felt welcomed and cared for. There were lots of places on the property to sit and relax.

Beautiful area. Can walk to New Hope PA but a little far for a walk, especially if you’re going to be walking all day through the town of Lambertville and New Hope. Safe to walk anywhere. Pretty property and area. They have a hot tub, Sauna, fire pit and grill. There’s near by hiking trails too.

This a beautifully-restored 200 year old property that has been modernized with both care and style. It’s 8 acres of property with lots of space for relaxing outdoors. We loved the breakfast and the staff. We will absolutely return to this peaceful property.

Mark and Slyvester are great host. The place is immaculate, the service is devine.... I highly recommend to everyone to try this place. Nestle in Lambertville NJ and close to New Hope the bed and breakfast place is strategically located in both towns. This means you get to enjoy both Main streets of both towns due to the proximity of the Inn at the same time it is quiet enough on top of mountain where you can enjoy a quiet day. BTW, check out their new jacuzzi and sauna.

We stayed in the barn suite and loved it. My husband really enjoyed the sauna/cold plunge and we had a nice night sitting around the fire pit with other guests. Breakfast was nicely done before checkout.

This is a lovely, recently restored country estate 5 minutes from the the Lambertville / New Hope town centers. Deer graze on the lawn. There is a fire pit on the spacious grounds. The rooms are well appointed. Please note that it is a bed & breakfast, not a full service hotel. The staff & owners are very friendly.

We arrived and the check-in couldn’t have been any easier. The room was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a real wood fire in the common living room and it was just the two of us so we felt like we owned the whole house. The entire house was very clean and neat. My only suggestion is to put Keurig coffee makers in the individual rooms. We will definitely be back.

What a spectacular experience! My husband and I spent a weekend at Chimney Hill, from the drive up. With their enchanting lights, to the amazing staff and hospitality. The room was beautiful and spotless. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, God Bless, We’ll Be back. :)

The inn is extremely clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The owners were very nice people, helpful and personable. The breakfasts were included and were very delicious. I would definitely go back to repeat the good time my wife and i had.

Wife and I went for a weekend getaway. The entire estate was absolutely beautiful. Everything is fully renovated and immaculately kept. Hospitality was amazing. Just a hop and a skip into town and great restaurants and attractions. Will certainly be returning soon.

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and extremely clean. Everyone on site is very friendly and really trying to make sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The vegan shampoo, conditioner and wash was a great touch....Loved the alpaca's!!

Very quiet pretty farm like setting. As clean as you can expect and just 3 minutes drive to new hope. Silvester the owner/ manager is very hospitable and is doing a wonderful job. In the morning he prepared us a wonderful breakfast that was included. I can’t wait to go visit with him again.

Quaint and beautiful property. The staff and owner were so friendly and eager to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Our room and every area of the inn were immaculate , Got a glimpse of the kitchen which was also updated and immaculate. We are planning to return with our kids. Marek the owner showed us the building where there are two bedrooms with ktichen and living room that would perfectly accomodate a family of five with a dog. Highly recommend!!!

No greeting. Just..."Checking in or checking out?" I was traveling alone after a 15 year breakup and the first question was, "Where was my significant other?" What a stupid question to ask anyone. How about, "How was your trip in?" He couldn't find my reservation on his phone and I stood there upset from the partner question. Then scolded about what a luxury Inn it was when I made a face seeing my bathroom was not connected to my room but in an open area where other guests passed by. Zero effort to be welcoming or friendly. Horrible bathroom with loud creaking hinges, tiny shower, no conditioner and sandpaper towels. The room was pleasant but the shades on six windows didn't close enough to make it dark. The smoke alarm was missing. There was a stairway you could hear loudly while in bed with guests climbing up and down and the upstairs floors all creaked and was annoying. Host told me to use the front door though the parking was way around the back so he said I could use a common room entrance. When asked about the front door code, he said to look it up on my confirmation paper work. I've stayed in hundreds of luxury properties in my 66 years and this Inn in my opinion is not luxury or worth the money.

Lovely restored bed and breakfast. Only one complaint. The room I was given did not have a bathroom in it. The bathroom was out the door and in the hallway. Yes, it was a private bathroom, but it was not fun when you had to get up to use the bathroom in middle of the night.

We had an excellent stay, our room/estate is beautifully decorated and the property grounds are amazing. Upon our arrival Mark and his staff were very polite and accommodating. A lovely quiet location, with bird song and greenery. The owners were welcoming and the eggs over spinach in the morning was delicious. Not all rooms have their bathroom en-suite (I had to walk across a corridor to mine). I would stay there again.

We absolutely adored our stay at Chimney Hill! Beautiful estate situated on a gorgeous property, within a quick drive to Lambertville/New Hope. Encounters with staff were minimal but very friendly! Our check in was going to be after 6p so I contacted the property and our host Sylvester made sure to provide me with a detailed video as to how to check ourselves in! We were in the Colonial 2 room, which was cozy and very comfortable! This room does have a detached bathroom, located directly across the hall which can be a bit inconvenient but by no means a dealbreaker. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious. My only complaints would be that our room had no shower, other rooms do, there were not enough outlets in the room and we couldn't get the heating system to work. There was no-one at the front desk and the owner had a family function going on, so we didn't want to bother them with a phone call. Otherwise a beautiful location and we would recommend it.

Beautiful property. We stayed in the smallest room with bathroom just across the corridor - no big deal we were only there for 1 night. Thoughtful touches- bathrobes, bottled water and chocolates. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly hosts. We’ll be back.

We arrived and the check-in couldn’t have been any easier. The room was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a real wood fire in the common living room and it was just the two of us so we felt like we owned the whole house. The entire house was very clean and neat. My only suggestion is to put Keurig coffee makers in the individual rooms. We will definitely be back.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but was compelled to write this one. My boyfriend and I love to travel, and booked a two night stay here right before nye. I called the property owner to change the dates. We were told the original room we booked was unavailable and had to move to a smaller room or upgrade. When we got there, the smaller room did not have a bathroom in the room, it was in the hall. I felt upset because when I had spoken to the owner on the phone, he assured me that the only difference was the size of the room. We were looking for a romantic get away, not a dorm style lodging. I felt the property owner should’ve mentioned this on the phone. My intuition told me he was dishonest, and I was right. We took the “upgrade” and later discovered that our cards were charged more than $300 the amount that was rightfully due, and the upgraded room was the same room that we had originally booked and was told it was unavailable. We felt like we were being scammed! Please be aware of this inn. Very deceitful owners. We are still waiting to sort things out and will not be back.

We have been at a lot of places from the Pennsula Hotels to the Queen Mary II, but we will say that the owners of this Inn are the most caring and kind professionals you will ever experience. This Inn is a labor of love for them and it shows through and through. Highly recommend!

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and extremely clean. Everyone on site is very friendly and really trying to make sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The vegan shampoo, conditioner and wash was a great touch....Loved the alpaca's!!

Very quiet pretty farm like setting. As clean as you can expect and just 3 minutes drive to new hope. Silvester the owner/ manager is very hospitable and is doing a wonderful job. In the morning he prepared us a wonderful breakfast that was included. I can’t wait to go visit with him again.

Mark and Slyvester are great host. The place is immaculate, the service is devine.... I highly recommend to everyone to try this place. Nestle in Lambertville NJ and close to New Hope the bed and breakfast place is strategically located in both towns. This means you get to enjoy both Main streets of both towns due to the proximity of the Inn at the same time it is quiet enough on top of mountain where you can enjoy a quiet day. BTW, check out their new jacuzzi and sauna.

No greeting. Just..."Checking in or checking out?" I was traveling alone after a 15 year breakup and the first question was, "Where was my significant other?" What a stupid question to ask anyone. How about, "How was your trip in?" He couldn't find my reservation on his phone and I stood there upset from the partner question. Then scolded about what a luxury Inn it was when I made a face seeing my bathroom was not connected to my room but in an open area where other guests passed by. Zero effort to be welcoming or friendly. Horrible bathroom with loud creaking hinges, tiny shower, no conditioner and sandpaper towels. The room was pleasant but the shades on six windows didn't close enough to make it dark. The smoke alarm was missing. There was a stairway you could hear loudly while in bed with guests climbing up and down and the upstairs floors all creaked and was annoying. Host told me to use the front door though the parking was way around the back so he said I could use a common room entrance. When asked about the front door code, he said to look it up on my confirmation paper work. I've stayed in hundreds of luxury properties in my 66 years and this Inn in my opinion is not luxury or worth the money.

Just a few mins away from New Hope and Lambertville. I would stay here time and time again. The lady that cooked breakfast was super sweet and made an amazing breakfast with avocado toast, eggs and waffles with coffee, juice, milk and water.

What a beautiful place! The two hundred year old home and outbuildings were spectacular- in lovely condition and true to the original flavor of the home, along with modern upgrades to meet today’s standards that made for a comfortable stay. The main stone house is lovely and the eight acre property is lovely. The location is close to restaurants and shops in lambertville and new hope, while still tucked away up a quiet hill. We hope to return!

Beautiful area. Can walk to New Hope PA but a little far for a walk, especially if you’re going to be walking all day through the town of Lambertville and New Hope. Safe to walk anywhere. Pretty property and area. They have a hot tub, Sauna, fire pit and grill. There’s near by hiking trails too.

Quaint and beautiful property. The staff and owner were so friendly and eager to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Our room and every area of the inn were immaculate , Got a glimpse of the kitchen which was also updated and immaculate. We are planning to return with our kids. Marek the owner showed us the building where there are two bedrooms with ktichen and living room that would perfectly accomodate a family of five with a dog. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful property with firepit, hot tubs, sauna, an adorable garden gazebo house you can sit in, even chickens and alpacas in the back of property. Rooms were great, staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was perfect. Up a hill so it was easier to drive down into the town with our bikes for the loop over the bridges. Location is wonderful to do and see the area
