The staff spoke English and was very helpful the room was large and the bathroom was large. Location is great for the heart of town and has free parking.

While I appreciate this hotel is not expensive, unfortunately the basic cleanliness of the room let it down for us. There was purple cleaning fluid on the bathroom floor, the bathmat was absolutely filthy and the bedsheets were laundered but had stains on them. I had to ask twice to have the towels changed. One bed in our room was comfortable but the other two had mattresses that looked around 20 years old and weren’t good to sleep on. On the upside the receptionist was very sweet and the pool area was nice, and breakfast was decent. But overall I wouldn’t recommend- there are cleaner options at the same price point.

As áreas comuns, café da manhã e staff foram excelentes (especialmente o Blass e a Giovanna). Porém, os quartos são péssimos! Me senti hospedada em uma obra inacabada. Peguei o quarto mais simples para passar 1 noite com a minha filha e ainda bem que fiquei apenas 1 noite. O quarto não tinha piso embaixo da cama, o teto estava descascando, as paredes não tinham acabamento direito. Não tinha uma mesa de cabeceira pra apoiar um celular, o banheiro não tinha bancada (só uma pia pequena e entupida, de tubo), o box não tinha um local pra apoiar o sabonete. As janelas possuíam cortinas muito simplesinhas, que não fechavam direito, deixando o quarto todo claro logo ao amanhecer. A localização não é tão boa assim. Num resumo, não vale a pena!
