Great service, and friendly staff. Beautiful and peaceful view of Clear Lake. New management is focused on adding amenities, and addressing some neglect from the previous owner. I look forward to stay again next Summer!

We spent my 60th birthday in the Wine Country caboose. This B & B was exactly what we needed after a couple of hectic months. On a very quiet street right across from the lake. This is a very unique property that has a feel unlike anything else we have ever experienced. The caboose was very clean with new smart TV, bed and coffee maker. Jamie and Dave (hosts) were the best and really made the entire trip. Breakfast was delicious and filling. This morning we took a nice walk along the lake. We can't wait to go back for a couple days and check out some of the other cabooses.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We got the easy rider room. It was easy checking in and staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept with a beautiful green lawn and yard games were available to play. They also had picnic benches and park type benches it was beautifully arranged. The lake is a skip across the street with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The room itself was a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable and the jet tub was amazing. In the morning, the owner made breakfast of waffles and sausage with a side of fresh fruit. There was also a coffee/tea bar available. The whole stay was delightful and I would 10/10 recommended to family and friends.

Love our caboose. The 2 armchairs is comfortable. The water is very warm in the jets jacuzzi. Bed and bedding is excellent. Love the breakfast and the ghost 👻 story from the host. We'll definitely back someday.

We had a fantastic stay at the Featherbed. The caboose was clean and the bed was super comfy. Richard and Renee were friendly and accommodating hosts! We regret not sticking around for breakfast but had other plans. We cannot wait for our next stay and highly recommend staying at the Featherbed Railroad Bed and Breakfast!

Super quiet this time of year. The room was clean, smelled great and the managers were super open and friendly. We felt very comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. Very happy they put in the heaters. It was cold at night! Bring slippers or thick socks. The floors due to the metal being covered with wood is super cold.

This is the most awesome, beautiful, creative place to stay! They have railroad cabooses as hotel rooms that are fun and clean and lovely! The breakfast in the morning that comes with the stay is hearty and delicious. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will come back again and again. Right across from an amazing lake view! Great family run business.

We stayed in Casablanca caboose that was fun. I hope that they get a better mirror/ glass cleaner I suggested Searway foaming glass cleaner. Also a luggage rack in that caboose. Under the current owner they have a young couple acting as onsite manager. They are friendly, kind, helpful but it lacked the probable homey attention we have received in the past.

Everything is wonderful, from the lovely, welcoming greeting, to a most warm, cozy, comfortable stay in a caboose! We were in Midnight in Paris, the decor was tastefully done, like I imagine each of the other 8 are as well! Come enjoy an awesome experience, you won't regret it! A delicious breakfast is also served! ♥️

Loved the design of the property, the caboose's are way too cool. Only thing I didn't like was the shower being split and only being able to use in the tub. Wish there was a shower room.

The rooms were great, never stayed in a caboose, they were well designed and roomy. The steps up might be a challenge for less agile people but weren't a problem for me. The breakfast was good as well.

Very cute & unique stay! Dog friendly (although stairs into the caboose can be hard for eldery dogs) Room warmed up to our set temp except for the bathroom but other then that it was a fun expierience! Would def stay here again!

This was a great spot to stay. So pretty. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating to the member of our group who had dietary needs. My only MINOR gripe was the lack of nearby restaurant options. Seriously, not a complaint since its a small town, and the options that were available were delicious.

It was a wonderful getaway, quiet and relaxing. The staff, including Lucky the cat, were all super friendly. Even our fellow visitors were friendly, it felt more like being part of a community than a customer at a chain hotel. The breakfast was homemade and excellent.

From their initial communication to their checkout they excel. The property is a unique Concept , fun and super comfortable. The manager did everything within her power to make it an exceptional stay for us.The breakfast was great.Its across from the lake and was fun walking around the area exploring.

We stayed in Casablanca caboose that was fun. I hope that they get a better mirror/ glass cleaner I suggested Searway foaming glass cleaner. Also a luggage rack in that caboose. Under the current owner they have a young couple acting as onsite manager. They are friendly, kind, helpful but it lacked the probable homey attention we have received in the past.

This was a great spot to stay. So pretty. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating to the member of our group who had dietary needs. My only MINOR gripe was the lack of nearby restaurant options. Seriously, not a complaint since its a small town, and the options that were available were delicious.

We spent my 60th birthday in the Wine Country caboose. This B & B was exactly what we needed after a couple of hectic months. On a very quiet street right across from the lake. This is a very unique property that has a feel unlike anything else we have ever experienced. The caboose was very clean with new smart TV, bed and coffee maker. Jamie and Dave (hosts) were the best and really made the entire trip. Breakfast was delicious and filling. This morning we took a nice walk along the lake. We can't wait to go back for a couple days and check out some of the other cabooses.

This is the most awesome, beautiful, creative place to stay! They have railroad cabooses as hotel rooms that are fun and clean and lovely! The breakfast in the morning that comes with the stay is hearty and delicious. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will come back again and again. Right across from an amazing lake view! Great family run business.

From their initial communication to their checkout they excel. The property is a unique Concept , fun and super comfortable. The manager did everything within her power to make it an exceptional stay for us.The breakfast was great.Its across from the lake and was fun walking around the area exploring.

Everything is wonderful, from the lovely, welcoming greeting, to a most warm, cozy, comfortable stay in a caboose! We were in Midnight in Paris, the decor was tastefully done, like I imagine each of the other 8 are as well! Come enjoy an awesome experience, you won't regret it! A delicious breakfast is also served! ♥️

It was a wonderful getaway, quiet and relaxing. The staff, including Lucky the cat, were all super friendly. Even our fellow visitors were friendly, it felt more like being part of a community than a customer at a chain hotel. The breakfast was homemade and excellent.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We got the easy rider room. It was easy checking in and staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were well kept with a beautiful green lawn and yard games were available to play. They also had picnic benches and park type benches it was beautifully arranged. The lake is a skip across the street with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The room itself was a little dated, but the beds were very comfortable and the jet tub was amazing. In the morning, the owner made breakfast of waffles and sausage with a side of fresh fruit. There was also a coffee/tea bar available. The whole stay was delightful and I would 10/10 recommended to family and friends.

The Featherbed RR is a unique and peaceful place. We enjoyed staying in a delightfully themed caboose. It was comfortable and quiet. The shared outdoor space was comfortably equipped and well lighted at night. The breakfast was delicious and generous.

This property is so unique and the concept of converting cabooses into rooms was genius. We had a wonderful two night stay. We stayed in “The Gatsby” caboose, which has a deck out front overlooking clear lake. The deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and our evening cocktail. Inside our caboose were robes & other amenities to enjoy the in-room jacuzzi. Loved the hanging chairs, and the grounds were so lush and well maintained. The breakfast both days was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool. Megan was so friendly and helpful when we checked in and out. Ally was amazingly friendly & you can see the pride she has for this resort reflected everywhere! Highly recommend.

The grounds were awesome. The staff, excellent. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because everything would be a 10. If you are even thinking of staying here DO IT. The breakfasts are only one of the absolute best things about this place. There is not one bad thing that I could even touch on for our stay here. We will be back, looking forward already to trying one of the other themed cars. We stayed in the Easy Rider this time, since I ride a Harley I thought it would be fun. It was beyond any of my expectations. Just get here!!!
