We spent 3 nights here. The bed was very comfortable. The property is lovely. The clamp that holds the shower head broke and it was fixed promptly. On a clear night, we enjoyed stargazing from the chaise lounges in the yard. The breakfasts were delicious! Lisa offered suggestions for dining in town which turned out to be very good. We also enjoyed her suggestions for shopping and a visit to the Underground Gardens. You will have to drive to eat lunch and dinner but you will enjoy peace and quiet when you are at the Inn. We even bought oranges from the fruit stand next door to take home after sampling them for breakfast!

It is an extremely family-run guesthouse, our hosts live and work very carefully on site. The breakfast is personalized and carefully prepared. A very bucolic location surrounded by nature. A great pool. I recommend it to everyone for the service and excellent value for money.

Amazing little b&b! Super cozy, beautiful grounds with great views of the foothills, loved the hotub under the stars, and homemade breakfast was the perfect touch! Absolutely will return!

Excellent bed and breakfast - right near Sequoia National park ! Spacious rooms with a beautiful property including a large swimming pool, hot tub and a full homemade breakfast - fruit - muffins - eggs Very quiet and well maintained - Local area has some nice restaurants Highly recommended for your trip to the national park!

We stayed 5 nights at the Park Inn Bed and Breakfast while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The Inn was perfectly located for traveling to the parks. After a long day, the pool and hot tub were very inviting. Lisa was a wonderful host and chef! Lisa prepared a different gourmet breakfast each morning. The presentation and flavors were outstanding! I especially enjoyed her baked goods and never left a bite behind! We’d stay at the Parks Inn Bed and Breakfast again! Thank you Lisa!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Parks Inn. It's conveniently located near Three Rivers where the restaurants and shops are located. We were so relieved to see how quiet it was and were able to sleep soundly. The bed was very comfortable, the room overall was clean with a nice balcony to sit and read. Lisa, the innkeeper was incredibly welcoming and so very nice. She provided great suggestions on places to go and see. The breakfast provided was delicious and they had a nice back yard that was just so peaceful to sit after a long day of hiking and exploring. We loved it and would go back to stay there in a heartbeat.

Very unique place with huge front and back yard filled with flowers and palm trees, a small oasis. The breakfast is really nice, fresh baked with muffin, fresh cut fruits, coffee and tea, the the entry was two soft egg on ham served on top of lattice and a piece of bread toasted on the side, elegant and nutritious.

We stayed here because we were attending the World Ag Expo in Tulare, and didn't realize how quickly the hotels filled up. It seemed like we got there late (by B&B standards, not hotel standards), but found the room clean and comfortable. Of particular note, it was the first time my wife and I remember not waking up with back issues from the bed. We were offered the use of the TV in the living room, but we tend to be night owls and didn't want to disturb anyone. Besides, we had to map out or next day at the show anyway. I took my shower at night (as is my custom) and found it ease to turn on and adjust. However, when I went to turn it off, the handle just kept turning but not shutting off the water. I turned it at least 3 times, to no avail. I was afraid I was going to have to leave it running, get out and dry off and call the owner. But, I finally got it off - I don't really know how. Turns out, my wife had the same experience in the morning. The only other complaint was that, out of 6-8 electrical sockets in the room, only 1 would hold a plug, so charging cell phones, computers, etc was a challenge. Let me end on a high note. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. First course was huge plate of fruit that was delicious. That was followed by a chocolate crepe. Again, wonderful. And the final course was a bell pepper stuffed with a whipped egg mixture. We pretty much left in a food coma it was so good. Checkin, checkout - all uneventful. Overall, a great place to stay.

Had a very pleasant stay there. Facilities were clean and breakfast was hearty and delicious. I was hoping it would be closer to Sequoia National Park however. It is about a 30 minute drive to the park from the Inn. Everything else was great.

This place was a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert! The grounds were emaculate! Lisa ans Allen were wonderful! They knew all the best local places to visit. Lisa's food and hospitality are top notch! The bed was comfortable and the view is wonderful! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The was a great place to stay and come back to after long days of adventuring. We stayed in the Zion room which was a great space on the lower level easy access to the beautiful outside spaces. The grounds are another great place to explore and relax. One of our party is vegan and Lisa made some amazing dishes to accommodate. Our only issue was the shower, which was tiny and the water pressure was terrible. Even with that issue i would stay here again just be aware of the Zion room shower.

I just loved Lisa, an amazing cook, and very welcoming host. My partner and I loved the place, very traditional bed and breakfast but extremely comfortable. Great way to meet travelers from around the world. Highly recommend!

The room we stayed in could use items for convenience like a dresser to keep clothes in - which would have made our stay more comfortable. Lisa also made great suggestions for dining in nearby towns. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Parks Inn. It's conveniently located near Three Rivers where the restaurants and shops are located. We were so relieved to see how quiet it was and were able to sleep soundly. The bed was very comfortable, the room overall was clean with a nice balcony to sit and read. Lisa, the innkeeper was incredibly welcoming and so very nice. She provided great suggestions on places to go and see. The breakfast provided was delicious and they had a nice back yard that was just so peaceful to sit after a long day of hiking and exploring. We loved it and would go back to stay there in a heartbeat.

We spent 3 nights here. The bed was very comfortable. The property is lovely. The clamp that holds the shower head broke and it was fixed promptly. On a clear night, we enjoyed stargazing from the chaise lounges in the yard. The breakfasts were delicious! Lisa offered suggestions for dining in town which turned out to be very good. We also enjoyed her suggestions for shopping and a visit to the Underground Gardens. You will have to drive to eat lunch and dinner but you will enjoy peace and quiet when you are at the Inn. We even bought oranges from the fruit stand next door to take home after sampling them for breakfast!

We stayed here seven nights and had a different gourmet breakfast every morning … they were delicious and beautiful. Lisa was fantastic! She loaned us a cooler to use for the week. She had several recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit which were greatly appreciated. And our nightly dips in the pool felt great after hot days in the national parks. I highly recommend this place.

The was a great place to stay and come back to after long days of adventuring. We stayed in the Zion room which was a great space on the lower level easy access to the beautiful outside spaces. The grounds are another great place to explore and relax. One of our party is vegan and Lisa made some amazing dishes to accommodate. Our only issue was the shower, which was tiny and the water pressure was terrible. Even with that issue i would stay here again just be aware of the Zion room shower.

Had a very pleasant stay there. Facilities were clean and breakfast was hearty and delicious. I was hoping it would be closer to Sequoia National Park however. It is about a 30 minute drive to the park from the Inn. Everything else was great.

It has a spectacular view and central to shops, restaurants and historical sites. Since it is in a valley, there is a steep slope from parking lot to the streets. Anyone with mobility issues may have a difficult time walking downhill to the sidewalk and the area in general. I managed well with my hiking poles.

It was so nice staying in a true B&B! Lisa was welcoming and gave us recommendations for where to go for dinner. Her breakfast was delicious (particularly the muffins!), and I appreciated that we could choose what time we wanted breakfast. Nice pool and grounds, easy access to the park. The few negative reviews here are from people with unrealistic expectations. This is not a modern resort, it's a charming inn. Would absolutely stay again (and we plan to!)

Very unique place with huge front and back yard filled with flowers and palm trees, a small oasis. The breakfast is really nice, fresh baked with muffin, fresh cut fruits, coffee and tea, the the entry was two soft egg on ham served on top of lattice and a piece of bread toasted on the side, elegant and nutritious.

Posto situato in ottima posizione se si fa una toccata e fuga al Sequoia National Park, visto che è già fuori dal parco e il giorno successivo non si deve perdere tempo a ripartire per altre mete. Bellissima la piscina e il parco verde dietro la struttura. La vasca/doccia e il lavandino in camera a mio avviso sono un po’ scomodi, io preferisco avere sempre tutto in una stanza a parte (opinione personale). La struttura inoltre dispone di una cucina con microonde, macchina del caffè, ecc. a disposizione degli ospiti. La piacevole sorpresa finale l’abbiamo avuta con l’ottima colazione compresa, con piatti dolci e salati, servita a bordo piscina. Top!
Posto situato in ottima posizione se si fa una toccata e fuga al Sequoia National Park, visto che è già fuori dal parco e il giorno successivo non si deve perdere tempo a ripartire per altre mete. Bellissima la piscina e il parco verde dietro la struttura. I usually don't comment about hotels because I know it's people's livelihood but it's also as travelers we need the information to determine where do we go location was good It seemed old and outdated the shower or bathtub had a lining around it that is very unsanitary i saw another comment speak on this its very nasty because of the tranfer of germs my wife was upset that the curtian was touching her body bath products were cheap no lotion provided carpet throughout the hotel was In need of updating the parking lot is gravel so if you're taking luggage you're dragging it through gravel most of the rooms seem to be upstairs and that's very hard especially for old people to carry that luggage up those steps there's no elevator, they seemed to be very timely about breakfast and it seems that you eat at your time only, the owner seemed to be a nice lady It's no indictment against her but I like reviews that will Provide me with information that is useful per my wife I looked at other reviews and I agreed the rooms next door You hear all the noise it's very close to the main road so if you're in the front of the building good luck getting a good night's sleep I will comment and say i believe breakfast seem pretty good but my timing didn't allow me to eat. FYI very nice mountain veiws
