Eastyard Khobar Hotel - Formerly Ramada by Wyndham Khobar

Location was good, very old hotel, furniture, bathroom fixtures are very old and some not functioning properly

I would give Ramada more than 5 stars if there was the option. I always stay at Ramada hotel when I’m in Khobar, due to the very hospital and friendly staff members like Faisal. I stay in many hotels and I highly recommend this hotel. Saleh T.

My most horrible experience in Al Khobar. Don’t understand how you give 8+ rating to this property where 1. No Internet facility and the IT guy says he can’t do anything about it. 2. After checking in the room, you don’t find a single Towel. When you ask they just bring one towel, no hand towel. No hangers to hang your blazer. 3. Worst Housekeeping staff I have ever seen, very arrogant and indisciplined 4. No Room service Menu, no bar code in the room to even ask for anything. Room service staff also beating Housekeeping staff in Arrogance 5. Worst Breakfast for the charges they take 5. I will never ever stay at such place again and will also switchover from Hotels.com to someone else for my future bookings if I find any other stay like this in my next bookings with you guys.

Room had the carpet stink and dust feel. Staff wasn’t courteous. Breakfast was fine, but menu for lunch/dinner had very limited options, especially important as hotel is not close to restaurants.
