Parkering var 31 euro per dag, hvilket virker dyrt. Meget lydt på værelserne, men ellers et rigtig godt ophold og et sted vi gerne vender tilbage til

The hotel is in a good area and nice enough. But service wasn't great. We tried a couple of times to get a a drink at the bar to be told there was no beer or wine. Not the end of the world, but after running a half marathon it was just what we fancied. The breakfast suited me with yoghurt, fruit and pastries etc, but i think it was quite sparse in choice. Good value for money though.

Tolle Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken ist etwas schwierig. Sind zigmal um den Block gefahren. Personal sehr freundlich.

The breakfast was nice. The front desk people were nice and accommodating. The rooms were a little small and the bed was not very good. The shower spilled a bunch of water due to no curtain or sliding door. You also need a fitness room. There was a sign but no room. I liked the staff, the breakfast and it was quiet.

Hotel is dichtbij old town. Makelijk een parkeerplaat te vinden. Je betaald 21 euro per dag voor parkeren

Gute, zentrale Lage. Parkplätze etwas schwieriger zu finden. Frühstück: eine zweite Kaffeemaschine wäre von Vorteil

Wir waren zum dritten Mal da, jedoch diesmal war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer nicht so gut. Es wurde einmal nicht gereinigt und untern dem Bett wurde garnicht gereinigt. Auf Nachfrage wurde nur gesagt haben nicht genug personal. Sonnst sehr zentral und gute Parkmöglichkeiten!

Disappointed in the bar, it was only a few shelv s behind the breakfast bar! Should not be discribed as a bar as we thought we could go and have a drink and sit in some comfy. Area in the evening!! Unfortunately this was not how it was!!

Rummet var väldigt orent, slitet men värst av allting är att vi hade blod på sängen. Personalen bara ryckte på axlarna. Frukosten är ok, smakar inte så mycket.

Rent, pent, nyoppusset, moderne og trivelig hotel. God frokost med bra utvalg. Gode senger og stort rom. Beliggenheten var perfekt. Kort vei å gå til sentrum og gamlebyen. Lett å komme til og fra med bil til flyplassen. I tilegg var det bra pris på rommene. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake

the employee that greeted us and checked us in was nice, the luggage storage is right next to the counter and is available for everyone to take. we walked into a room full of dust, had to ask to move to another room because we were coughing and having a hard time to breathe. also the room was very small. we got upgraded to the Deluxe room which was much bigger. we could hear the people in the room next to us, the floor was dusty and dirty so we could only walk with socks, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were completely flat and the bedsheets were stained. the ceiling is low and cracked, we had spiders webs all over the room. breakfast is very limited, definitely not as pictured. the hotel is in front of an abandoned building, so it’s very scary at night, and it’s not really close to anything. we had to walk over 15 minutes to the Palladium mall and to the Metro station, and around 10 minutes to the closest bus station. we had to check out early and move to another hotel because the conditions were simply unbearable.

⚠️ Bed Bug alert! Our long waited vacation has been ruined with bed bugs in our room. Woke up at midnight to severe burns and rash on my arms. Lights on and saw the bugs on the pillow. Looked on Google and learned about bed bugs. Caught one and showed to front desk. They gave me the next room saying hotel is full and nothing else can be done. Found more bed bugs in this new room. We could not sleep until morning. In the morning the front desk manager said he will change the sheets and did not see bed bugs himself. Next night same problems. I took the pillow with bugs to front desk. Showed numerous bugs I killed in napkins. Videos. No sleep for the second night. Despite staying awake bites on arms and neck. The answer was ‘nothing we can do!’ Our long waited Christmas market vacation is thus ruined. Yes hotel location, decor, breakfast etc is nice. But they come with bed bugs!!!! Beware! I have the pictures and videos.

Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage, leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt worden an unserem Anreise Tag, unser Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur einmal geputzt worden. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

This was a good value, clean and modern hotel near the old town. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable .

La segunda noche amanecimos llenos de picaduras de chinches, lo que nos condicionó el resto de las vacaciones. La respuesta del hotel fue óptima, nos ofrecieron soluciones al momento, pero evidentemente es algo que preferiríamos no haber sufrido.

Bathtub and sink was blocked, fuses for chargers weren’t in a convenient place (non next to the beds), Wi-Fi was good downstairs but not very good upstairs (Wi-Fi was only good on the tv but not on the phone). Breakfast area was very cramped and unable to access food easily and would have to wait in a queue to get breakfast. Apart from that everything else was good (cleaners were good, beds were comfy, staff were helpful and welcoming).

Not a great location, not close to anything. Room a little worn out, peeling wallpaper. The only room they had for us was 2 floors, so we had to go down metal stairs to use the bathroom. Very hot and AC wouldnt stay on. Disappointing.

There is no space the bathroom for personal items. The rooms are very close to each other and sounds travels.

My stay was a delight. The location is perfect, nestled on a quiet street yet just a few minutes' walk from the bustling Old Town Square, making it an ideal base for exploring Prague. The hotel's design might feel a little dated for some. Bathroom had some ventilation issues. My room was clean, bed comfortable however the pillows weren't adequate and needed additional which were provided upon request. The staff were helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient central stay in Prague.

Wonderful hotel in great location near Republik square so super handy for walkiny/getting bus or tram routes, but tucked away so nice and quiet for sleeping. Reception staff were very friendly and gave a very warm welcome. Good breakfast included. Only complaints: walls a little thin, could hear tvs going at night, also beds were very comfy but the worst pillows we've ever seen- no support! Would definitely still stay again :)

Overall appearance was very good. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast options were good but not great. Only one coffee/hot water machine made for long waits while other guests worked out what they needed. Our room was a strange shape. Power outlets were all on one side of the bed. The big problem was that the room window was looking directly into the dinning area. Felt very intrusive if we had the curtains open.

Prague is a walkable city. From this hotel to the center squares about 12-15 mins walk which is very convenient to catch nearest metro station republikanin 9 mins and central bus location in 18 mins walk. Now about the hotel: its a good concept and modern. The receptionists are very nice and helpful and communicative. I asked for a quite and room without any problems. The room was quite but u can hear people talking in next room and the flush of toilets especially in the night. The problem was no internet in the room that i was given even i insisted for a room without problems. The technician came but didnt give a solution and the problem remained. I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. I had work im commited to so without internet this hotel is zero. The receptionists said there is no other room to give. A simple stupid mistake like this makes the hotel equal zero. I cant explain really the feeling that i have and the loss in my job that i received. Maybe in other rooms all is good. But in the room that i got 507 this is stupidity and careless. Over all this is not a 4 stars hotels.

Goed gelegen; vlakbij het centrum. Ruime kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. De airco kon niet lager dan 18 graden. Geen raam naar buiten en inkijk door gasten aan het ontbijt. Dus steeds gordijnen dicht. Geen frisse lucht.

Great place to stay for a few days in Prague. Lovely 10 minute walk to the old town square. Staff efficient and helpful.

Bij binnenkomst heel vriendelijk geholpen. We kwamen om 11:00 bij het hotel aan maar de incheck was pas om 15:00. De dame achter de bali heeft ons heel lief geholpen en vertelde ons dat de kamer al gereed was. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer was het echt boven verwachting. Wij hebben deze accommodatie als heel positief ervaren

Nice modern hotel in quiet street but only 20 minute walk from Old Town Square. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Vi ba om rom høyere oppe før ankomst, men fikk det totalt motsatte. De ville ikke flytte oss når vi ga beskjed om dette. Rommet var fryktelig tett/varmt ved ankomst. Hjalp å lufte ut med vinduene på rommet. Ellers veldig stort og fint rom, med gode senger. Frokosten var veldig begrenset og liten plass.

Reception assente nel momento del bisogno, sia per problemi pratici, non funzionava il riscaldamento e non hanno neanche provato a porre un rimedio, sia per aiutarci a trovare un’altra sistemazione, poiché ci era stato spostato orario aereo e non avevano una camera libera. Peccato per la bella struttura!

Hôtel bien placé dans un quartier très calme. Tramway et métro proches. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Bref un excellent séjour dans une ville magnifique.

Nice staff all over

It was an unforgettable stay! I was traveling by myself and cant wait to come back! The location was perfect, safe, quite, walk distance to the main bus station Florence, to the Old Town main attractions, restaurants, bars, clubs. Matteus the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful with the customer service, with all the city tips to have a blast. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the room was comfy, clean and quite. Nice modern hotel in quiet street but only 20 minute walk from Old Town Square. Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

Stayed here for 2 nights and overall had a good stay. The bed was comfy and lots of storage space. The hotel itself inside is clean and modern however it is out of the way from main attractions. The area is not very appealing, seems quite run down and full of graffiti. If you’re looking for a quieter stay this is the place. Breakfast was average, not many options. Local mini-market down the road selling low-cost items.

bom hotel, contudo, um pouco fora do centro de Praga. Tem que considerar uns 30 min de ida e volta ao centro, o que pode cansar. fora isso, é bom.

Rent og pænt værelse. Hotellet fremstår lidt slidt, men ikke værelset, som passede så fint til en forlænget weekend. Morgenmaden er enkel, men opfyldte vores basis behov. Beliggenhed er fantastisk på en stille gade med 10 min gang fra alt.

Väldigt dåligt frukost överlag

Struttura nella norna, pulizia eccellettente, ambiente buono ma da rinnovare un po', spazio per il buffet insufficiente.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Nära till sevärdheter och shopping. Hyfsat nära till Metro. Helt ok frukost, dock dålig placering av kaffemaskin och mat. Väldigt trångt och köer uppstår.

The interior design and use of material and colour seems incoherent. The lack of plants, flowers or organic materials made the hotel feel a bit unnatural and impersonal. The staff was quite considerate and helpful. The room was clean and functional, however roomservice never made up the bed. The double windowing shielded street noise and heat effectively. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows too soft. Closet space was ample, however one broken closet-door stayed open, hindering the bedside. The personal safe is useful. The desk was fairly large and conveniently included power and USB/video sockets on the side. The bathtub was fine for bathing, but showering inside felt uncomfortable and slippery. A small glass panel couldn't prevent water spraying over the toilet and floor. The bidet seemed unnecessary, considering the limited bathroom space. The lighting was insufficient, especially when using the mirror. The ventilator always stopped after a minute, so ventilating water vapor was troublesome. Furthermore, the room airconditioning was slow and weak, but eventually did help to alleviate the heat. Wifi was fairly slow, but the modern tv offered YouTube. Breakfast was fairly good, sufficient variety, including fruits. However, the relatively small breakfast area was often quite crowded. Usually some kind of light house music was playing. Staff was responsive and considerate. Generally I found hotel MOODs fairly satisfactory, with some minor shortcomings.
