Four Points by Sheraton Oklahoma City Quail Springs

It’s was clean and quiet but the pool was dirty and didn’t get to swim, the food service was false advertising. I had to walk to pub W for drinks and dinner then door dash desert. I did not get breakfast they only had eggs and cheese for 10 $ extra . I was highly disappointed! They claim they have a menu room service and even order and go. They had two options for food not what this menu stated and that’s my main reason for staying here. Plus the indoor pool which was not swimable. I even called in advance to make sure it was good. It was not. Will not be back.

Complete disappointment 💔Booked here instead of Bricktown for my son's 22nd birthday because it advertises a restaurant, bar and pool. Upon check in I confirmed there is a bar and restaurant that would be opening. The young man told me it would open at 7:30 and close at 10:30. We were so excited. We waited until 7:40, went down and it was still all closed up. I asked what time they were opening and was told the bartender didn't show up!! So no food or drinks because one person didn't show up?!?! WOW! SOOO DISAPPOINTING! 💔💔We had to go to the gas station for a six pack and door dash dinner for his birthday. What a waste of money!! Plus the air in the hallway doesn't work🙃

Staff was friendly and welcoming, ice machines worked, coffee offered in the morning, and cold water available in fitness room. Pool was very dirty: cloudy and full of debris, especially hair and chunks of the pool itself. It did not appear to have any filtration going on at all and our skin started getting itchy and then burning after being in it for less than half an hour. This was pretty disappointing, especially for my kiddo. I was surprised to find the pool totally empty at 4pm on a Saturday until I realized how dirty it actually was.

The pool is not heated

The hotel smelt like there was a gas leak. It was clean enough, but the restaurant/bar was closed. The room itself smelt musty. There is limited and no hand towels or washcloths.

Everything was fine while staying at the hotel, however, we left a team jersey hanging in one of the closets when we left for home. We called the hotel and they said they would check with house keeping to see if was placed in the "lost and found"and to call back first thing in the morning. When we called back they said it wasn't found, which is such a bummer, when we know EXACTLY where we left it. I know if I had found it, I would have made an effort to return it to the owner (they have our contact information with our reservation). Disappointed they didn't do the right thing. I almost forgot that on the first night of our stay, there were several truck windows broken out in the parking lot, thankfully our car wasn't targeted.

6 vehicles was broken into in 1 night and the hotel acted like they were not concerned at all.

The hotel was clean but it can use an upgrade & the hallways were super hot

Restaurant and bar times were wrong, room was so so, was not cleaned and inspected properly,(I.e. ketchup packet on refrigerator). If you offer a menu for breakfast especially if you’re charging for it, you need to have th full menu available. Happened both for dinner and breakfast .

This hotel is worn down and GROSS. Body hair ALLLL over the shower, room was worn down, Pool was un-heated, and furniture was rusted out. Will never stay here again. The only Brightside was the front desk staff, they were extremely helpful!

Very nice hotel! The bathroom needed a deep cleaning and the room looked like it could use a paint job, but overall I was very happy. No complaints!

The TP holder was just hanging there from the wall. The pillows were stinky, the bathroom floor was very dirty.

There was long black hair on the shower wall and floor of shower. Not sure how housekeeping missed it!

Our family of 5 stayed there for two nights. The good stuff: 1. Super friendly front desk staff. 2. Spacious room. 3. Pool and fitness center. 4. Microwave and fridge in room. 5. Good location. Things that could be improved: 1. New pillows. Some were firm, overstuffed and lumpy others were completely flat. 2. The noise was bad. The people walking on the floor above sounded like they were marching or stomping loudly all night. It was hard to sleep. 3. The bathroom floor was dirty and had long black hair on it. 4. Breakfast was overpriced for the low quality of food we received. The menu advertised multiple options of which they only had a few so that was a let down. 5. Need to have blankets and sheets in the room for the pull out sofa. We tried to go to the front desk to get some blankets and no one was there so we gave up. 6. Fix the bathroom exhaust fan- there is nowhere to turn it on. 7. Have a mirror near a plug in so women can get ready outside of the bathrooms when it’s in use or when it’s too steamy to use due to not having a fan. 8. Put a fan in the fitness center- it’s hot and the air is still. 9. Put at least one drinking cup in the room for each person staying there. That’s all! Could be a great hotel with some improvements.

I just checked into my room, but unfortunately, it smells strongly of mold and doesn’t appear to have been cleaned properly. Would it be possible to switch to a different room, please? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.

AC Unit (motel type) vent has gunk on the blades. Window seals are leaky.

Restroom not well cleaned. No shampoo, not enough towels.

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned well. It looked like my bed had been slept in. The towels were wadded up instead of folded. The whole room needed a deep clean. However, the staff at the desk were very kind.

Location was great of course. You can’t go wrong in that area. Walking distance to restaurants. Pulling up to the hotel it looked nice. The lobby area was nice as well. I expected my room to be the same but nope. Not sure about other rooms but mine needs updating. It was an old motel feel. Soon as I walked in there was a stain on the bed. I thought it was a stain that could not come out when washing but no, I ran my finger across and it was crusted, that let me know the cover was not washed. So much rust and mold in bathroom. Needs several repairs done to walls, sinks and they need to clean or update the fixtures. The window ceils need some help. They were peeling bad. The ceiling, lord, had huge water leaking stains. Towels were dingy and dirty looking but they were clean. It’s definitely an old hotel that they make seem updated from the pictures and when pulling up. The good reviews are either from friends or they must live in worse situations making those room seem luxurious or something. I wish I had more photos but I was in a rush to a funeral and was able to take only a couple as I was leaving out the room. Oh and breakfast is a weird cook to order process and was not worth it. You have to wait for the cook to come out and take each order between cooking each order. He needed some help. Very weird breakfast set up. Go out and get your breakfast!!! But after I think about it…..I got what I paid for!

Our stay was good there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I gave the lower rating because there was an odd smell in the hotel and the pool didn’t seem clean. Our room was fine and we enjoyed the area and felt safe.

The room was ok. The air conditioner put out a lot of humidity which made for the furniture feel damp and smell musty. Would I stay again probably not. The staff was very courteous.

Beds were extremely comfortable in the room was plenty spacious. The biggest disappointment was a lack of any sort of vending or snacks available for the late night munchies. Slim to no selection at the little store behind the front desk. But that’s a minor detail. This is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff and very clean rooms that I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Oklahoma City.

The soundproofing is really poor. I can clearly hear phone conversations from the next room, and footsteps from the floor above are also clearly audible. Additionally, my car’s recording captured someone trying to open my car door (there were no bags or anything inside the car).

Didn’t really enjoy the beds not the comfy beds or sheets. Everything else was fantastic just don’t expect a comfy sleep because of the mattress.

Room was comfortable and just what we needed. Would stay there again.

Location was good. Parking was well lite. Room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Great staff, very friendly and very helpful. The room itself needs an update. The shower was very small and in a corner, so when you opened the door to start the shower, the shower wanted to spray through the door opening. Once I was done with the shower, I was surprised to find a puddle of water, about the size of a bath towel, outside the shower on the floor.

This hotel needs a MAJOR redo. There were spots on the wall, I'm not sure what they were. Both mattresses had springs poking (In our freinds rooms as well). The pillows were like rocks, seems like they were old. We were only there to sleep, which none of us did because the beds were horrible.

The girl at check in nolanda? Was amazing! and Mike who served breakfast and EVERYTHING at the hotel was EXCEPTIONAL I don't think he went home or stopped working in the 5 days we were there. Those two associates were and would be the reason we would stay again.

The hotel was clean. The staff were real cool. It’s in a pretty central location as far as shopping and Burn.

Location was good. Parking was well lite. Room was clean, spacious and quiet.

I booked through expedia and they said that because I did I didn't qualify for free breakfast, I won't be staying here again. I travel to OKC often for work but I guess they won't miss me.

I have stayed before and I always like the hotel and the area.

It was terrible, bathroom floor tiles were cracking cut my wife's foot. Hair was all over the sink. We paided for breakfast for 2 and when we went to eat it was no food prepared they didn't have any fruit out, no bagels, no waffles. It was a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

Very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant opening times werent convenient but everything else was good

Property was great, but Expedia listing led me to believe breakfast was included and I was very surprised and frustrated to find it was actually $10/person.
