Hampton Inn Yorkville

Staff was excellent!! GM Brenda helped me work thru a credit card issue, and Dia was friendly and pleasant with my grandkids. Literally, my only complaint (but it’s a biggie for me) was water pressure!! When you’re trying to get ready for an event, that will slow down a long haired gal!! Seems to be a recurring thing as another Hampton we stayed at had horrible water pressure!! If you’re trying to save money, you’re going about it the wrong way!! My shower was way longer to get everything rinsed out!!

We had a spacious room with a king size bed.The room was clean. The gym had a variety of free weights and a stretch area. The breakfast had hot entrees and lots of fruit.

The hotel is fairly new, and was very clean. The room was large, and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Issues daily with being out of coffee cups and out of coffee for long periods. One guest didn’t have any shampoo in her shower container - and only found this out when was in the shower! Another guest asked the front desk for a toothbrush - and they didn’t have any. Another needed shaving cream - none available.
