Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty.

We walked so much all of our trip so wanted to take a break. It was perfect for that. Food is not delicious but its not bad also haha. Alcohol Drinks are not too good but we were just happy that we could drink finally. The staff are very kind. Pool is amazing. The entertainment was impressive also. Would stay here again!

Un beau hôtel avec de la bonne bouf, propre. - la piscine couverte en dehors du bâtiment principal.

Stayed for 4 nights, booked independently, and very good value as it includes buffet breakfast and dinner. The food is amazing. We are vegetarian/vegan and the hotel has dishes clearly labelled. The hotel itself is very clean and luxurious, and our room was comfortable and spacious. The gardens are immaculately kept. Service is excellent from all the staff. We used the indoor pool before breakfast as it was very quiet, the outdoor pool was too cold at this time of year. The hotel has a pleasant beach but due to the weather we were unable to use it. To get to Sousse we used Bolt which cost 12 or 13 dinar. We walked to the port area which took around 25 minutes partly along the quiet cycle lane along the road. This hotel is used by travel companies so even off season it is busy. Getting a seat in the restaurant sometimes was tricky, and once you have a table it's best if someone stays at it as someone tried to take our table even though we had left personal items on the chairs; we witnessed this happening with other guests. Although the bed was comfortable we both found the pillows to be lumpy and gave us neckache, they definitely need renewed. Generally though we had a great time here and highly recommend this hotel. There is evening entertainment which changes daily plus lots of afternoon activities like yoga and archery.

Excellent service autant au bar, qu'à la plage, au restaurant, personnel d'entretien et activités. Hôtel à petite échelle. Tout est près, dont la plage. Propreté impeccable. Seul point négatif est qu'il n'était pas possible de mettre l'air climatisé et qu'il faisait très chaud dans la chambre pour nous.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, limpeza otima, funcionarios muito educados e proativos. Restaurante surpreendeu bastante positivamente, bastante variedade e comida muito boa no geral. Outro ponto muito positivo do hotel sao as maquinas de agua e agua com gas muito bem distribuidas e de facil acesso para abastecer as garrafas disponibilizadas pelo hotel, excelente em praticidade, qualidade e sustentabilidade. É um bom resort, que com certeza voltariamos.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the 5-Star Rating I stayed at Diar El Andalous with my husband and our 4-month-old baby for a family trip. While the hotel’s general condition and rooms are acceptable, our overall experience was far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. From the moment we checked in, we noticed an unpleasant pipeline-like smell that would come and go. The towels were in very poor condition—worn out and far from the standards of a luxury hotel. One of the biggest issues we faced was the lack of consideration from the housekeeping staff. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the fact that our baby was sleeping after an early feeding, they consistently spoke loudly outside our door, even discussing why we hadn't left the room yet—as if to pressure us into leaving so they could clean. We finally went out, only to return to a room that hadn’t been touched. When they eventually came, I requested only fresh towels, but they insisted on cleaning the room, forcing us out again. Yet, even after that, the glasses were not replaced and the bed sheets remained unchanged, despite our request. The most distressing part of our stay, however, was my severe illness. I contracted a gastrointestinal infection after eating at the hotel. I suffered from diarrhea, nausea, and had to visit the doctor twice. We had to leave the hotel for 24 hours due to my condition. Upon returning, our room had still not been cleaned, the trash was full, sheets unchanged, and glasses sti

We had an excellent stay at Diar El Andalous. The hotel is great. Very big. Very clean. Smiling staff. Excellent breakfast. The tunisian doughnuts at breakfast are very good.

No shampoo or soap in shower first evening . I was told they will get me some in the morning. Room too plain for the price. they provide the minimum. Was not impressed either the buffet food nor the service there. This was my second stay at this hotel I thought wound better or improved but it wasn’t. I will try a different hotel next time

Le personnel est sympathique mais l’hôtel est très sale pour un 5 étoiles. Des fourmis dans la chambre, de la moisissure … On a demandé du savon pour les mains dans les toilettes le premier jour et on l’a eu que le dernier jour.

Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus mais il faut se lever tot pour réserver un transat..

Nice hotel with well appointed room.Bed is very comfortable. Food has extensive selection although quality while good didn't reach the high level of the neighbouring Iberostar.

Die Zimmer sind etwas überholbar. Da sollte man nochmal ein bisschen modernisieren. Auf meinem Zimmer war zB die ganze Zeit kein WLAN, Klimaanlange hat temporär funktioniert, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für die kürze der Zeit war ich aber zufrieden!

Staff was amazing everyone was so nice staff really supported all guests to the max. Would definitely come here again. The entertainment team was amazing. Chef too - he made me special meals for my health and was so accommodating.

Overall ok, but room booked was not supplied

Rached spoke negatively about me to other employees during checkin. I complained to reception but they defended him. Discriminated against me. They had 89 rooms with walkin shower but they did not change my room to one of it. Front office manager refused to speak to me.

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Les petits plus telque le thé à la menthe et l'eau fraîche avec citron et menthe à disposition dans le hall, sont très appréciables. Les jus frais le matin au petit déjeuner aussi. Tout était parfait. S'il fallait mettre un petit bémol, ça serait le bruit dans le restaurant, qui donne une ambiance cantine. Il aurait été judicieux de couper la salle de restaurant en plusieurs espaces séparés par des baies vitrées par exemple pour casser et absorbé le bruit. Dans la configuration actuelle, le bruit est très fort et se propage dans tout le restaurant. c'est dommage. Dommage aussi que une seule machine à café italienne fonctionnait durant tout notre séjour. Les deux autres étaient en panne et visiblement pas facile à réparer. Sinon le personnel est super, très agréable et très gentil. Marwha s'est très bien occupée de ma chambre. Très jolie plage. Merci pour ce séjour. A refaire !

Staff was amazing everyone was so nice staff really supported all guests to the max. Would definitely come here again. The entertainment team was amazing. Chef too - he made me special meals for my health and was so accommodating.
