Friendly and efficient staff. Clear communication and arrangement of trips and transport. Daily breakfast and room service very good. Enjoyed walks on nearby Fira to Oia path. Pool very nice but sun loungers and umbrellas were in poor condition.

I have traveled all over and have never received better service than from this place, specifically from George. He makes your stay absolutely incredible from beginning to end. Thank you a million times over for the best stay in Santorini and for going above and beyond every single day. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend !!!

There’s no staff available 24/7, breakfast wasn’t available at normal breakfast time, you have to give them exact time and if that time is taking a different guest, then tough luck!
