Tolles und gemütliches Hotel. Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal war super freundlich. Hervorragende Lage in der Altstadt. Parkplatz 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (ca. 11€ pro Tag.

Sehr gepflegte und ruhige Unterkunft, obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Rethymno liegt. Große, geräumige Suite mit gute Ausstattung. Tolles Frühstück, das im Pool Bereich serviert wird. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Geschmackvoll und hochwertig

I booked based off the good reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have this experience. They put me in a room on the ground floor which had big windows that opened up wide enough for someone to easily climb through. The side gate was open so anyone could walk in off the street (they said it was closed but it was open the whole time I was there). Without opening this window, there was no natural light in the room. Being a solo female traveller, I didn’t feel safe being in this room so I asked to move. so they charged me an extortionate amount to upgrade rooms. They blamed me for not looking on their website, but I booked through Hotel.com and didn’t say anywhere that the room was on the ground floor. I’d already paid for the first room so I didn’t feel like I had any choice but to pay extra which felt sore because the hotel itself is very basic. The shower was so small I couldn’t even reach down and I also left my phone charger in one of the rooms when I checked out and they refused to give it back to me. Staff were rude and unfriendly. I could hear the hum of the fridge all night even with earplugs in. I also didn’t think the sheets or floors were very clean. I would advise avoiding this hotel if you want a stress free holiday.
