Lodge with garden

Escape into nature at my self-catering lodge in Skegness where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this lodge with patio doors and wrap round decking and outdoor ratan furniture . As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a hob, an duel eye level oven, a kettle, a fridge /freezer and a microwave. Tassimo coffee machine , air fryer and much more ! The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a large screen wall mounted television to the lounge , fully loaded fire stick and superfast 'starlink ' internet access charged at £10 per visit - payable directly to the host . There is one bedroom in this single unit lodge which contains a king size bed with ensuite shower room with and basin and toilet , wall mounted tv .  There is a twin bedroom with two single beds with wall mounted tv .  This lodge  also has a pull-out sofa bed to the lounge area which closes off from the kitchen area to make it private ,snug and cozy.Sleeps 6 in total - cot - please ask & high chair  provided also a  close to me cot is there for a baby .  There is one family bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a large deep bath with shower over the bath.Bed Linen is included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm unless i offer early if its ready , and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises,  parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are  allowed at the property- speak to owner . Charging of EV vehicles from the Lodge are strictly prohibited.! There is EV charging points located in front of the hotel on site. Any one caught charging from my supply will be asked to leave . Am sorry but utilities are expensive enough on a caravan park - more than double of home utilities, without paying for fuel for peoples car while on holiday Property policy: the primary guest must be at least 18 years old
