We always stay here before and after flying. It would have been nice to have a bigger room and we love using the gym, sauna. We were disappointed that the sauna and steam room doesn't open till 5pm. It should be open anytime.

The hotel and the proximity to the airport is great. And it is convenient to walk from your hotel to the baggage drop off areas. However the Hilton needs to address the ground floor second floor no bellhop not luggage drop off situation. We got a parking ticket because we were simply trying to figure out where to go. Once we found the way in and were good, it was a great place, with great breakfast choices and it lived up to the Hilton name. But we were off to a bad start with no signage, and not to sound too snobby but no bellhop without having to go in to find one. I think you expect certian things from brands like Hilton and this one needs to be thought through a little better.

The hotel is great, the food is great, and the staff are excellent! The big issue is that two of the three elevators were out of service, resulting in VERY LONG delays, and lines of people snaking across the lobby. No problem you say, just take the stairs. Well, for reasons I can’t comprehend, that was forbidden! I’m surprised the remaining elevator was still working given that people had to cram into it like a clown car at the circus, or the Paris Metro during rush hour.

The only positive thing in this Hotel is the Breakfast staff team & Sabine is the highlight ! Very dirty carpet in our room and no house shoes at all, a 2 stars hotel is much better ! Sorry it’s hard but unfortunately it’s a fact.

The location was convenient for catching a flight the following day. The room smelled bad. I talked to the front desk staff and they called house keeping to stop by and spray disinfectant etc in the room. That did not work. The bad smell was coming from the pipes (drains etc).

It's an airport hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. This is a place to catch a night's sleep before or after your flight. It is in an area connected to the airport called "The Squaire," and that's a game changer. Paulaner has a restaurant in The Squaire and it is a FABULOUS biergarten. Great beer, great Bavarian food, good prices. I wouldn't even consider an airport hotel restaurant when Paulaner is a two minute walk, all indoors. The hotel itself is very well maintained, but old. No power on once side of the bed. None. Two outlets and a charger on one side, which is great, but nothing on the other side. Very 1980's. AC worked, which is great. Shower was good. Plumbing was in great shape and the room was very clean. TV selection was very poor, like most Euro-Hiltons, but you're not there to watch TV. WiFi is great if you are an HHonors member. I believe you have to pay, otherwise, but check. Bed was small (which I don't mind) but very comfortable. Full-size, not queen. Check in was fast and easy. Ten minute walk to the Terminal 1 check-in area, all indoors with many options to get a cup of coffee, convenience stores, etc. Very convenient. Other than the limited number of power outlets it's everything you need in an airport hotel.

Matress was hard and very uncomfortable. Seitches turned off some lughts but not all but dis turn off outlets which made it uncomfortable using my sleep apnea machine. Sink in the bathroom with a huge lip in front made it hard to brush my teeth. Looked good but comfort is really bad

The Room was average, but the personell is in need of a refresher course of how to treat Customers. On checking in the young woman more attentive to the other Clerk. She asked for a signature and I had to request a pen....checking out was equally "great", the young male Clerk, as I handed over the Key cards, said absolutely nothing. I said good bye and did not get an answer. I don't think I'll utelize The Garden Inn again.

Check-in took 30 mins because they apparently had given away my room reservation to someone else earlier that day, then took forever to resolve this issue and find me a room. Instead of offering me some upgrade / nicer room as compensation, I got a free soda. Great!

Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen. Am Flughafen und auf der Homepage ist es jedoch nicht gut angeschrieben, wie man es zu Fuss erreichen kann. Wir haben etwas gebraucht bis wir diese Fußgängerbrücke gefunden haben.

Desk staff was helpful getting us to grab a Taxi at 4:45 AM to get to Terminal 2. I only got about 3 hours of sleep. German beds seem to all be about the softness of wet particle board and this one was no exception. Somewhat convenient to the airport bit requires a lot of walking and escalators. I would imagine an offsite hotel with a shuttle bus might be easier. I doubt I’ll ever need to fly into Frankfurt again, but this could be a consideration for others. Better for Terminal 1.

I would imagine an offsite hotel with a shuttle bus might be easier. I doubt I’ll ever need to fly into Frankfurt again, but this could be a consideration for others. Better for Terminal 1.

It's an airport hotel, so set your expectations accordingly. This is a place to catch a night's sleep before or after your flight. It is in an area connected to the airport called "The Squaire," and that's a game changer. Paulaner has a restaurant in The Squaire and it is a FABULOUS biergarten. Great beer, great Bavarian food, good prices. I wouldn't even consider an airport hotel restaurant when Paulaner is a two minute walk, all indoors. The hotel itself is very well maintained, but old. No power on once side of the bed. None. Two outlets and a charger on one side, which is great, but nothing on the other side. Very 1980's. AC worked, which is great. Shower was good. Plumbing was in great shape and the room was very clean. TV selection was very poor, like most Euro-Hiltons, but you're not there to watch TV. WiFi is great if you are an HHonors member. I believe you have to pay, otherwise, but check. Bed was small (which I don't mind) but very comfortable. Full-size, not queen. Check in was fast and easy. Ten minute walk to the Terminal 1 check-in area, all indoors with many options to get a cup of coffee, convenience stores, etc. Very convenient. Other than the limited number of power outlets it's everything you need in an airport hotel.

Great option if you have an early flight out of Frankfurt airport! There are a few restaurant options and a grocery store within the airport complex. It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel to teminal 1 - all indoors and clearly marked! Would definitely recommend if you are flying out of Frankfurt!

Everything was great except the dinner experience. The food was not good and very expensive. However, when I mentioned this to them, they were very quick to address my concerns politely. Overall would stay there again but would not do the dinner. Breakfast was great!

Awesome stay! Great room, great location, great breakfast buffet. We used to stay farther away Fri the airport all the time but will stay here from now on for the convenience. The hotel is in a nice area of the airport with different shopping and dining options nearby. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück war mehr als enttäuschend, von so einer Hotelkette erwarte ich mehr. Die Brötchen waren steinhart, es war nur eine Kaffeemaschine an, so dass sich Schlangen bildeten, es gab keine Löffel mehr, nur auf Nachfrage, es gab keine Schüsselchen mehr für Joghurt/Müsli, nur auf Nachfrage, es gab keine Gläser mehr, nur auf Nachfrage.

Definitely your average airport hotel. Nothing spectacular. Nothing atrocious. Thought the parking was a little steep. There is a Starbucks close by if I had to stay here again I would stay at the Hilton versus the Hilton Garden Inn.

Nice comfortable room and great breakfast. Can walk to and from terminal 1 via indoor walkways, although it takes a while. You have to find signs to the “Squaire” and the hotel is in there, next to the Hilton itself. My phone insisted it was a 2 mile walk but it was confused, it’s not that far. My only concern about the room was that it would have been nice to have a small nightlight in the bathroom. Otherwise you get up at night when all is pitch black and wind up fumbling and turning on random lights to find the bathroom.
