Very nice family owned. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, cereal, eggs, bacon, and assorted pastries. Only thing is, I nearly broke my toe on the elevator on the first level, which is not even with the floor. It Would cost hundred thousand dollars to replace And I can live with that for an economy hotel Excellent Staff.

Hermoso petit hotel. Muy bien ubicado, infinidad de oferta gastronómica y de diseño para ir caminando. A cuadras de restaurantes imperdibles en BA. Excelente atención. Desayuno divino y delicioso. Lamentamos muchísimo que por ser día lunes Sipan estuviera cerrado ya que planeábamos cenar allí y tampoco nos permitió acceder a ningún servicio relacionado ( teníamos dos bebidas con alcohol de cortesía y obtuvimos agua y gaseosa en reemplazo). Volvería sin dudarlo

Very comfortable small hotel in a great area. The rooms are excellent, nice pool and roof terrace area although it is quite small. Friendly staff and overall a good choice of somewhere to stay in Palermo.

The staff were super nice and very helpful. The restaurant was ver nice and food excellent. Would be nice if restaurant and or bar would open earlier for drinks. You can hear the customers and staff in our room and every door that closed. Noisy till 12:30 pm

Staff was very helpful.... Room itself was noisy. The pipes or the elevator, not sure...but the plumbing was noisy. Also the street noise. And smell from bathroom pipes. Nice wine tasting daily and helpful staff. Good location to walk to local bars, restaurants and safe.

very well managed hotel, super clean rooms with extremely comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff. nice breakfast buffet, good wifi, lovely roof top terrace and small pool for relaxation. truly excellent location with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc. just around the corner. will certainly return

Our stay at Palermitano Hotel was unfortunately one of the more frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had, mainly due to the extreme street noise. We were given a room facing the main road, and despite the hotel’s stylish appearance, the windows offered almost no sound insulation. It genuinely felt as if the cars were driving through the room. Resting during the day was impossible, and sleeping at night required earplugs (which were not available when requested). The wall also bordered a jazz club with live music until around 1–2 a.m., which made it even harder to relax. Changing rooms was not possible. The room itself was okay but below expectations for the price point: the sink didn’t drain properly, the bed was fine but not great, and there was no in-room coffee maker or complimentary water. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, and the staff was generally friendly. There’s a complimentary wine-and-cheese hour in the evening, which is a nice touch and helps a bit to balance the overall impression. It might be a very different (and better) experience in one of the rooms facing the backyard, but for street-facing rooms, the noise makes it extremely hard to recommend — especially at around $200 per night.

Palermo is a nice, fun part of Buenos Aires. Lots of restaurants , music and nice shops. It is safe to walk. Hop on hop off tour bus stop is 20 minutes nice walk away. Great staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

The location was great! The staff was very friendly. Aside from its location, I chose to book this hotel because the photos looked nice, and the breakfast was included. The breakfast provided was barely edible. It seemed like the same old pastries were being put out each day. The photos are very generous. The rooms are not as lovely as they were in the pictures. In addition, they weren't very clean. I dropped dark pants on the floor, and when I picked them up, they had dust all over them.

Upon traveling 15 hours this was the first destination we arrived to for our stay in Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, our hotel room had a wet sewage smell to it. The hotel and room didn’t look nearly as nice as the pictures. Started to unpack and found out the shower was only ice cold temperatures and it wouldn’t get hot. After bringing up these issues to the manager, she said she would charge me for the first night which we quickly refused. Long story short, we ended up needing to find a new hotel last minute because the cleanliness and risk of bed bugs was not worth our stay. This was an expensive hotel too for this low quality of experience. LONG STORY SHORT, STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL.

I made a reservation for March 18-21, primarily for the hotels great location. I left the hotel on March 19th after waking up with itchy red spots on my body. After a detailed inspection, I found bed bugs inside the pillow case. My room was #14, on third floor. Despite the proof, hotel management ignored the issue, refused issuing a refund - kept the payment of the other two nights- and offered me two nights in another room, which was not acceptable. Other cleanliness issues were colonies of flies in the restaurant living on pastries and musty corridors and room. Bathroom floor is covered with water after shower. Stains on sheets.

Nicely, very comfortable, the balcony was huge, Francisco at the front desk is awesome, He help us every day. Plan a great time.. This is a great location, wonderful, boutique, hotel, great location lots of restaurants around, would stay again!

Não peguei café da manhã, portanto, não tenho como opinar sobre. O ponto fraco da unidade em que fiquei (quarto 8) foi o banheiro. Muito apertado e difícil de ser mantido limpo. A arrumação da cama também é esquisita. O lençol fica solto, basta puxar a coberta para soltar. Parece pequeno para a cama.

Nice location. Room was s nice size. The bed was comfortable. The water in shower didn't get hot enough for me. The water while taking a shower pours out andales a big puddle. You have to put a towel on the ground that get soaking wet.

A small and friendly hotel, the staff was excellent in every way. We left something very valuable in our room and departed for a nearby country. We called the hotel and Francisco at the front desk located the item, put it in the safe and returned it when we returned to Argentina 5 days later. Amazing these days! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is great with tons of nearby restaurants and Sousa Square. All in all excellent.

Very nice family owned. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, cereal, eggs, bacon, and assorted pastries. Only thing is, I nearly broke my toe on the elevator on the first level, which is not even with the floor. It Would cost hundred thousand dollars to replace And I can live with that for an economy hotel Excellent Staff.

Hermoso petit hotel. Muy bien ubicado, infinidad de oferta gastronómica y de diseño para ir caminando. A cuadras de restaurantes imperdibles en BA. Excelente atención. Desayuno divino y delicioso. Lamentamos muchísimo que por ser día lunes Sipan estuviera cerrado ya que planeábamos cenar allí y tampoco nos permitió acceder a ningún servicio relacionado ( teníamos dos bebidas con alcohol de cortesía y obtuvimos agua y gaseosa en reemplazo). Volvería sin dudarlo

Localização muito boa , a suíte com sacada é excelente inclusive com banheira , atendimento excelente assim como a limpeza. O único defeito é o café da manhã que é fraco , muito pobre em opções. Tirando o café da manhã o hotel é excelente.

The staff were super nice and very helpful. The restaurant was ver nice and food excellent. Would be nice if restaurant and or bar would open earlier for drinks. You can hear the customers and staff in our room and every door that closed. Noisy till 12:30 pm

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for a total of two weeks. The hotel offers spacious, comfortable and well-furnished rooms. The staff are really very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is situated in one of the liveliest nightlife areas in Buenos Aires. However, the hotel’s soundproofing is terrible; I had to ask twice to be moved to a different room because the one facing the street was very noisy, and the second one, which shared a wall with the jazz club next door, was even noisier. It’s an excellent choice for enjoying the nightlife, restaurants and so on. For a business trip like mine, however, I wouldn’t recommend it.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem limpo e o staff é nota 10. O único senão fica por conta do café da manhã: a gente esperava que fossem servidos produtos locais, como variedade de queijos e charcutaria, mas tinha apenas presunto e queijo. Faltou muito a oferta de frutas; ou era uma laranja, ou algumas uvas que estavam disponíveis. Um melão, mamão ou melancia pelo menos eram esperados. À tarde , eles oferecem café e entre 18:30 e 19:30 eles oferecem uma taça de vinho para os hóspedes. Muito agradável. No geral, merece 4 estrelas.
