Beautiful luxury hotel with a perfect location, and intimate settings. Nice rooms and amenities. Excellent service everywhere, very efficient at the pool and beach bars. Very good breakfast, upscale buffet. Terrific a-la-carte restaurants with exceptional staff. Nice spa and excellent massages (Maria and George). Only one downside : a very slow check-in process. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wieder ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im The Royal Blue! Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im The Royal Blue auf Kreta und haben dieses Mal zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass man immer zu einem Tisch begleitet wurde und dabei einen Platz wählen konnte, der einem gefiel. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Als nette Geste gab es am Abend sogar hin und wieder einen Ouzo aufs Haus. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war fantastisch. Die hochwertigen Seifen und Duschgele, regelmäßigen Obstplatten und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten machten den Aufenthalt besonders. An meinem Geburtstag erwarteten mich sogar eine kleine Torte, eine persönliche Karte des Managers und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer – vielen Dank dafür! Auch der Poolbereich mit seinem hervorragenden Essen sowie der schöne Strand haben uns begeistert. In der Nähe befindet sich zudem ein kleines Fischerdorf mit tollen Tavernen, das man für etwa 8 € mit dem Taxi oder in rund 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Jeder Einzelne hat dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub unvergesslich wurde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌊☀️❤️

The hotel is fantastic and the staff always went above and beyond. We dined à la cart every evening and they had great options for us (1x vegetarian and 1x vegan) and they remembered every time. We received a room upgrade on arrival and the private suite with its own pool was mind blowing and very private. We genuinely loved everything about the resort. The only minor suggestion is to offer a water sport or two (sailing catamaran or even a SUP). Otherwise fantastic and relaxing stay. We are desperate to go back already

Très belle chambre avec piscine à débordement et vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner comme le dîner étaient copieux, variés et de très bonne qualité. La chambre était toujours impeccable, avec un service irréprochable. L’établissement propose une piscine réservée aux adultes ainsi que plusieurs autres piscines disséminées dans ce magnifique complexe inspiré d’un village crétois. Une piscine familiale est également disponible. Les couchers de soleil sont superbes. Le seul petit point négatif, pour un voyageur solo en quête de calme et de repos, a été d’être logé à proximité d’une famille avec de jeunes enfants assez bruyants. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait.
