ラウンジ利用プランで予約しました。 スタッフの方々の気持ちの良いサービスでカクテルタイムも家族で楽しめました。 プールも綺麗で子どもたちとナイトプールも楽しかったです！ 朝食ビュッフェも満足です。 部屋のアメニティもクオリティ高くてリラックスして部屋で過ごせました！

クラブフロアのひとつ下の10階に泊めていただきました。那覇の町を一望できます。 シーティングエリア：ソファに座ると目線の先に窓があります。 ソファに丸い机を引き寄せると、高さ的にも書き物をするのに都合がいいです。（別の椅子もあります。） ただし、ソファ周りに電源はないので、PC作業に至適ではありません。 高台に立っており、前に高い建物がないので、眺望の良い部屋が多いと思われます。 水回り：リノベ直後であり、水回りは普通に使いやすいです。 因みにシャワー・バスタブエリアと洗面所・トイレとの間には途中までしか仕切りはありません。 バスタブと部屋の間はガラスになっており、部屋を通して空を眺めることは出来るかもしれませんが、洗い場と分かれていないのでバスタブとして使う人がいるかどうかは疑問です。ロールスクリーンで目隠しすることも出来るので、プライバシー的には問題ありません。 お茶周り：UCCのカフェポッドが置いてあり、4つ備え付けられています。水はエレベーターフロアに汲みに行く方式で、ペットボトルはありません。水汲み用のジャーが置いてあります。コーヒーメーカーのところはコンセントが1つで、ポットとは競合します。 電源系統：ライトのコントロールが手前のベッドのヘッドボードにあり、壁との間が狭くアプローチしにくいです。奥側なら広々としているのでよかったのですが。 館内設備：洗濯機・乾燥機が多く、分離型なので、効率よく回りそう。 レストランも広々。ただし低層階にあるのでそれほど眺望は良くない。メニュー数は平均的です。 1つ苦言を呈するとすれば、チェックイン開始時刻を過ぎていてもスタッフが1人しかおらず、その担当者が電話中何のフォローもなかったことでしょうか？あと、駐車場が2000円と高い！

The hotel itself is a typical hotel with not much to write about. The frustrating part was that we had booked a room for three people and upon arrival only had towels for two people. I called down to have a towel sent up so each person had their own bath towel and was I initially told if I wanted another towel I would have to pay for it. After asking to speak to the manager the person who I was talking to the. Stated they would bring one up. Then each time the room was cleaned I had to go searching for another bath towel so that one of us didn't have to share another's bath towel which is honestly unsanitary at best. This hotel is a Medicare hotel and charging for towels for guests is absolutely ridiculous.
