Historic Roosevelt Row Apt Near Dining &

The entire unit along with blankets/towels/pillows etc all had odd odors. Floorboards were unstable/sinking into the floor (splintered my foot). Locks on the entrance gate, entrance door of unit, and windows did not function properly/safely. Delayed communication with the host and their team.

Overall, we had a nice stay, quiet and clean. Areas of improvement would be a second shower curtain to keep the water in the tub. Need a set of bowls for serving salads or mixing food. Replace the broken smoke detector that was sitting in the closet on a shelf.

The decor, the space, and the amenities were really nice. I would definitely stay again. The property is the left of the main building, that wasn't explained exactly in the directions so it took me a while to find it cause there's other units out back. The shower curtain was nasty but otherwise it was clean. There was no remote for the bedroom fan so you couldn't have the ceiling light on without the fan (the remote for the office fan didn't work on it, I tried). You couldn't get across the bedroom without crawling over the bed which got annoying. If I had my shoes on I had to walk all the way around the house. I don't know why they don't turn the bed the other way around so you have plenty of space in the bedroom? All in all though these were minor, and I would happily stay here again. It was very cute and the living room was stocked with games and a nice TV

Location is ideal for direct downtown access. Noise pollution is low. Environment safe and secure.

Suite was nice and cozy. Great location for accessing downtown Phoenix
