Belgrade City Hotel is centrally located on Sava Square and is within walking distance of several attractions, eg the new Belgrade Waterfront. It has an old world charm and some appealling touches, eg a front lounge which faces the Square and busy main street with a tram route and yet is quiet. Buffet breakfast was good, though not outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was always clean and wel serviced. Unfortunately I was in the annex, which was rated three star, while the main hotel is four star. So there was no lift, which made hauling my case upstairs and downstairs into a real chore. And, unbelievably, there were no numbers on the room doors. So I had to seek help to find my room.

Café da manhã muito bom e variado, funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. Na verdade são dois hotéis, um de quatro estrelas e outro de três, que fica nos fundos, separado. A parte desagradável é transitar entre os dois no inverno, sem cobertura, pois a entrade é feita pelo hotel da frente, além de não ter elevador neste prédio. O quarto não é muito espaçoso, o aquecimento funciona bem.

Um bom hotel no centro de Belgrado, facil acesso às atrações da cidade que dá para fazer tudo à pé. O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bom atendimento, além de um excelente café da manhã. O estacionamento é cobrado a parte, 10 euros, tem vagas limitadas, mas conseguimos deixar nosso carro. Foi tudo ótimo.

Um bom hotel no centro de Belgrado, facil acesso às atrações da cidade que dá para fazer tudo à pé. O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bom atendimento, além de um excelente café da manhã. This was a lovely hotel with a restaurant on site where we had dinner both nights. We loved the breakfast. Parking was limited and approx $20 aud per night. Only complaint was that WIFI didn’t work in our room but outside room ok. I wouldn’t rush back to Belgrade - dirty and uninspiring

If you need a hotel close to the bus station with good value, this is it. The economy room has a good size, even for two people. They have complete basic amenities, also with coffee/tea and kettle. Wifi was working well. There is also a little fridge. The hotel indeed looks very old, but it is not an issue for me. The 'minus' thing is the cleanliness: there was a bundle of hair on my bed when I came in, so not so convincing but I was too tired to complain or anything. The restaurant for the breakfast has a strong cigarette smoke smell, even through smoking is not allowed inside.

The hotel and its facilities were old and run down. Staff was friendly and helpfull and the only positive. Tiles in bathroom were loose, shower door broken and the hallway smelled.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, including the room. Good space, good storage, simple bathroom layout. Everything you need. Breakfast was excellent, and location is perfect to explore both the old town and the water front. Only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was because our room on the 3rd floor was cold as the heating didn’t work properly, and the toilet had a leak meaning you could hear it dripping at night. Other than that, great hotel, would stay again, just would ask for a different room.

On a été logé dans une dépendance à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Nous avions une valise très lourde que nous avons dû porter sur 2 étages sans ascenseur. En entrant dans la chambre nous avons été accueillies par une odeur nauséabonde venant de la salle de bains. La nuit fut absolument horrible car la Climatisation vétuste faisait un bruit d’enfer mais sans elle la chaleur dans la chambre était insoutenable. Quand j’ai fait part de mon mécontentement à l’accueil, aucune réaction seulement m’a été prétexté que j’ai eu la chambre en rapport avec le prix…et bien ce fut trop cher et le résultat : une grosse fatigue, gros mal de tête le jour du retour en avion c’est pas le top… Je ne conseille pas du tout cet endroit et je n’y retournerai jamais.

The staff were very friendly, the room was warm and clean, as well as just enough room for me to live out of for 3 nights. The breakfast was nothing amazing but was enough for me each morning to have a few pastries, coffee and oranage juice to get me going (there were cooked items too which were nice when I had them). I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

I have been for 2 nights, solo traveling. I did like very much Maria at the front desk being helpful, friendly, addressing all questions professionally. I did stay in annex. Bed and mattress was comfortable, room was clean. Included Breakfast buffet was average with plenty of choices. Good value for the money. Very good for two night stay. I didn't like: It had only one power outlet available in the room, walls are paper thin but I had good neighbors.

Hotel was well located for transport and opposite the old railway station. Despite a late (3am) arrival, staff were still avaliable to greet us. We were given a free upgrade however the room we were on looked out onto the main road and the doors didn’t close properly, meaning we were disturbed by traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent, as were toiletries avaliable in the room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, including the room. Good space, good storage, simple bathroom layout. Everything you need. Breakfast was excellent, and location is perfect to explore both the old town and the water front. Only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was because our room on the 3rd floor was cold as the heating didn’t work properly, and the toilet had a leak meaning you could hear it dripping at night. Other than that, great hotel, would stay again, just would ask for a different room.

The lady was great when we checked in Really good following day However on check out the gentleman who checked out ripped out and charged more than previous night and when queried started raising voice In effect he spoilt the experience. In spite of liking Belgrade the people the hotel - through his pettiness embarrassed Serbs Not a great ambassador!

Kabel på telefonen var urkopplad. När jag gick till receptionen att be om en annan apparat Tjejen som jobbade denna dagen var otrevlig då , och hela tiden när hon jobbade.Bara hon. Alla andra var trevliga, frukost var bra, bra service, rent också.

If you need a hotel close to the bus station with good value, this is it. The economy room has a good size, even for two people. They have complete basic amenities, also with coffee/tea and kettle. Wifi was working well. There is also a little fridge. The hotel indeed looks very old, but it is not an issue for me. The 'minus' thing is the cleanliness: there was a bundle of hair on my bed when I came in, so not so convincing but I was too tired to complain or anything. The restaurant for the breakfast has a strong cigarette smoke smell, even through smoking is not allowed inside.

Hotel was a bit difficult for us to find on foot when we first arrived on an airport bus. However, we discovered later that there were multiple bus/tram stops around the corner, so very convenient to use public transportation. Reception staff were very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions. Breakfast was okay; there was a decent selection of hot and cold foods. Lots of restaurants and take out places nearby, and there was a convenience store around the corner for drinks and snacks. Nice big square across the street. We didn’t care for the room key; it was a big, regular key that was difficult to use. If not mistaken, it also had the hotel name and room no. printed on it.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the waterfront and other sites of interest. It was very close to the main bus station.The staff were helpful. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The hot food was wasnt that great. I used the hotel shuttle service on my return journey to the airport. The driver turned up early and it was cheaper than a taxi. I would recommend this hotel

The staff were very friendly, the room was warm and clean, as well as just enough room for me to live out of for 3 nights. The breakfast was nothing amazing but was enough for me each morning to have a few pastries, coffee and oranage juice to get me going (there were cooked items too which were nice when I had them). I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgrade.

This was a lovely hotel with a restaurant on site where we had dinner both nights. We loved the breakfast. Parking was limited and approx $20 aud per night. Only complaint was that WIFI didn’t work in our room but outside room ok. I wouldn’t rush back to Belgrade - dirty and uninspiring

El hotel me ha parecido muy cómodo por su ubicación, a 5/10 minutos a pie de la estación central de buses, en una placa super bonita y fácil para ayudarte a oriéntate en la ciudad i Cervera de las principales atracciones turísticas. Para mí lo mejor del hotel el personal de recepción y la ubicación. El hotel está un poco deteriorado, pero bien en general.

This classic characterful hotel is located in a quiet location a 10 to 15 min walk from the city centre. I was unaware when booking that my room was not in the main hotel (4*) where I'd stayed before, but in a separate building at the rear (3*) where there is no lift. My first allocated room was heavily air freshener doused to try and mask the intense smoker fumes from its earlier occupant. This was unacceptable to me. Reception (Zorana 'Zoe') was receptive to my disappointment and soon allocated another within the same building. The room was comfortable and I slept fine. There is no tea / coffee-making facility. Breakfast was a nice selection. I requested assistance in booking a taxi for a cross-border journey which 'Zoe' very kindly arranged for me. Indeed, 'Zoe' provided a wealth of information to enhance my stay. Exceedingly professional and customer-focused. Confirming that the staff can certainly enhance one's overall hotel experience. Much appreciated.

Rom var ok men badet spesielt kunne vært mye mye bedre i forhold til renhold, dusjen spesielt. Seng var god nok å sove i. Pluss med minibar. Frokost var elendig og hadde jeg visst den var så grusom så hadde jeg ikke bestilt rom med frokost. Hvis du er veganer eller vegetarianer så er pålegg ekstremt sparsomt. De hadde ett syltetøy i slike små porsjons-bokser og det smakte aldeles forferdelig, som sirup,de hadde agurk, tomat, oliven, rosiner og frukt. En god del varm mat, så for de som spiser alt så var utvalget greit. Det var maur i eplejuice-beholderen, ikke veldig appetittlig. Jeg valgte etter frokost dag nummer en å la være med å spise frokost. Brød med smør og rosiner og litt frukt (melon) blir noe ensformig. De ansatte i resepsjonen var veldig hjelpsomme og blide. Jeg velger ett annet hotell om det skulle bli en neste gang. Jeg gir rom en 3 stjerner (bad 2 stjerner) frokost får en halv stjerne, beliggenhet får 4 stjerner og de ansatte får også 5 stjerner.
