Positiv: Schöne Lage mit großzügigen Garten, Pool, nette Aufenthaltsräume, Servicepersonal sehr nett, Parkplatz überdacht. Neutral: Frühstück okay aber mehr auch schon nicht, Empfang war etwas eigenartig, nicht unhöflich aber sehr indifferent. Negativ: Appartment-Bad extrem klein und schlecht gewartet, Wasserhähne lose, Armaturen der Badewanne spritzen nach allen Seiten, Lichtschalter locker, Spültaste WC kommt einen auch entgegen. Keine Fliegengitter, Fenster kann man daher nicht offen lassen. Transport des Gepäcks vom Parkplatz über Kieswege und Stiege mühsam. All das könnte man mit relativ wenig Aufwand beheben! Mit € 335/Nacht ist das Borgo della Marmotta deutlich überzahlt und hinterlässt daher leider einen sehr zwiespältigen Eindruck!

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und idyllisch auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück – ideal zum Entspannen. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich, und wir wurden gleich mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Quiet countryside property. The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated. A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns. You definitely need a car to stay here.
