une ou deux nuits, convenable. par contre le parking à 10 EUROS la nuit, c'est abusé. il n'y a rien de changé par rapport à avant ou c'était gratuit.... le parking du B&B à coté est gratuit ... pour autant l'hotel n'est pas proche de la gare RER .. (1/4 d"heure de marche avec un bon dénivelé donc avec valises, c'est rude pour y arriver) lorsque je prends un hotel sur Bussy et environs, je compare les prix,en incluant les éventuels frais de parking.... ce qui fait que le prix d'une chambre est supérieur à l'offre indiquée.

Rapport qualité prix correct, chambre propre et moderne. Dommage qu’il faille payer un supplément de 10€ pour le parking et très mauvaise insonorisation dans le couloir.

Sejour sous pression. A l'arrivée un responsable adjoint samuel nous met face a une tarification du parking payant 8euros par nuit. Très insistant, dénigrant et expéditif dans ce raquette imposé. Quand vous choisissez lhotel rien n'indique ce supplément et en arrivant pas le choix que de payer 8euros car difficile de se garer en dehors. Autant linclure dans le tarif pour être transparent sur le coût. La maniere de communiquer de cet individu etait irrespectueux et ferme. Aucune écoute

Preiswert und Nähe Disneyland aber Einfahrt funktioniert nicht

Chambre a coter de l'ascenseur, nous avions le bruit du mécanisme et des portes, tres désagréable pour pourvoir dormir. Et je trouve dommage que le parking ne sois pas noté que cest payant, parking a disposition mais pratiquement 10€.

Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 9,60€ war nicht beschrieben. Die Schranke geht nicht auf, wenn wir mit dem Auto nähern, oder Passwort eingeben, jedes Mal muss man an der Pforte klingeln. Die WC Tür geht nicht richtig zu, muss man fester zu schlagen. Der Reinigungsmensch hat keine WC- Rollen nicht aufgefüllt!

Wir waren nun das 2. Mal in dem Hotel, da es in der Nähe vom Disneyland ist und zu den günstigeren Hotels gehört. Einzig gestört hat uns, dass man nun fürs Parken 8€/Nacht zahlen muss, das System zum Gate öffnen aber nicht richtig funktioniert. Wenn ich kein günstigeres Angebot finde, kommen wir aber gerne wieder.

The hotel was clean and easy to find. It was a good location close to Disney. There is a charge if €10 per car per night to park outside the hotel though which felt expensive for the type of hotel and location.

La chambre était bien dans l’intégrale sauf les draps étaient taché. Puis le parking est à 10€ je trouve ça un peu exagéré.

Good value for a stay when going to Disneyland Parks. 15 mins away by car/Uber. Staff is friendly. There is a closed gate in front of the hotel and not all Ubers will go in. Have to walk to the front.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean. Comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep.

Property was a bit old and run down. I've marked it 2 because the floors were dirty in the room, there's no lock on the bathroom door. The chain latch on the window was broken so if anyone walks along the balcony from other rooms they could have just came in. Also the A/C was in operative. Travelling as a small family with a baby, you'd think they would not put us in between a massive family taking up 2 or 3 rooms around us. 2 stars.

Chambre sale! Salle d'eau avec traces d'humidité partout. Draps du lit tachés jaune. Et quel plaisir d'entendre les portes claquer a côté de nous et nous empêcher de dormir. Nous ne reviendrons pas!

Sejour d'une nuit, un lit non fais a notre arrivée que nous avons fais nous meme. Un lit drap plein de tache. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

J'ai dû insister deux fois à l'accueil et ne pas laisser le choix au personnel de venir constater que la chambre n'avait pas été faite, poubelles, linges de lit, rien n'avait été nettoyé. On nous a changé de chambre au bout d'une bonne heure passée . Au final, couchage tardif avec les enfants, et à nous de déplacer nous même les bagages dans l'autre chambre.J'ai demandé un geste , rien sur la chambre et les petits déjeuners. Il faut contacter par mail. On est pas arrivé en avance, ils avaient le temps de vérifier que la chambre était propre.

De badkamer was vies. Geen warm water. Geen schone beddengoed. Bed was niet verschoond op onze eerste dag omdat ik snoepjes in mijn bed vond. Wat wel goed was, was dat het op een goeie locatie lag. Metrostation en treinstation op loopafstand.

Upon checking in all good. We were given a room and starchy away found a bug on the bed. Asked to move rooms - which they did no problem. However the second room was full and I mean FULL of little midfielders flies. They were all in the bathroom and ceiling of our room and literally crawling over everywhere..... the room smelt really "foysty" Moved to ANOTHER ROOM and that was fine.... Staff on reception were really helpful and never hesitated in moving us rooms... the rooms them selves were clean but the second tommorow smelt like it needed a deep clean as an underlying issue clearly. Gate barrier very hit and miss I have stayed many times here and it's basic rooms but all you need as a base for dlp. Train station is a 10/15 min max walk away which goes straight to Disney in round 10 mins. Or the road if driving is near the hotel and the car journey takes about 10 mins. Reception has had a makeover and looks really nice now. Staff VERY friendly

Used the hotel here for a trip to DLP. It’s comfortable enough and a very easy drive to Disneyland with big enough rooms for large families. The only downside is lack of air conditioning which was advertised on the booking site but while the units are in the room they are not on. If you must have aircon do not book this hotel.

Sehr hellhörig und dadurch sehr laut. In der ersten und letzten Nacht war es sogut wie unmöglich zu schlafen, da im Flur ständig bewegung war und man die Türen welche geöffnet wurden deutlich laut gehört hat. Daher nicht empfehlenswert

Horrible hôtel à fuire vend du rêve en proposant des services qu’il ne mettent pas en place. 4 personnes dans une chambre non climatisé sous une chaleur étouffante!!!!

Was woken up at 7:30am on the first day, working banging on the floor above. This continued during the day. The rooms are extremely small. A room that sleeps two and you barely stand in between the two beds due to lack of space. The shower was so small, you could barely turn 360. Overall for yhe prce

Leider waren die Zimmer für 4 Personen sehr sehr klein Leider kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden und man musste die Koffer übereinander stellen ,damit man sich im Zimmer bewegen konnte Das Frühstück war sehr einseitig und für 4 bis 5 Tage immer nur das gleiche Keine Abwechslung Dafür aber ausreichend vorhanden, dass auch die später zum Frühstück kamen immer noch genügend hatten Top Wurde immer nachgefüllt Der Zimmerservice war top Betten wurden jeden Tag gemacht und auch saubere Handtücher waren immer da .

Séjours très court. Mais je ne remettrais pas les pieds dans cet hôtel La cause ? Je me suis fais clairement agresser verbalement le matin à 5h50. J’ai gentiment été voir le monsieur qui était présent en lui demandant si il était possible d’avoir un café. Il ne pas même pas dit bonjour et m’a crier dessus en me disant qu’il n’avait pas le temps qu’il était occupé à faire les déjeuner, je lui ai demandé de se calmer il a fait le tours en me disant que si je comprenait pas qu’il travailler c’était pas son problème. Pas de bonjour rien, pas de merci pas de aurevoir personnel détestable

My review wouldn’t be so bad but I paid $119 to stay here and for that price, what this hotel is was a rip off. The room I booked for 3 adults was very very small which isn’t super uncommon in Europe but the faults only begin there…the hotel stenches of cigarette smoke as soon as you walk into the lobby, the bathroom could hardly fit one person and was made entirely of plastic (yes even the floor) like what would be in a crappy camper van, their was hair on the floor, the bunk bed was let unmade, just a mattress, the shower is so small I could barely fit as a short and skinny person…anyone bigger than me would have a VERY hard time even moving in there. Lastly, housekeeping ENTERED our room TWICE while we were still sleeping HOURS before checkout time. I booked this hotel because it was close to Disney and slept 3 people…however, aside from the employee at reception, this hotel is 1 star at best. Don’t stay here unless you pay $20, anything more is a scam.

Ein besonderer Dank geht an Wolfgang an der Rezeption, den wir seit dem ersten Aufenthalt kennen. Seine herzliche Art, sein Humor und dass er sich damals sogar bemüht hat, mit uns Deutsch zu sprechen, schätzen wir sehr. Es ist immer schön, ihn wiederzusehen! STAY AWAY Location wise this place was amazing, it’s in a quiet area near markets, food and amazing bakeries. It’s close to Disney Paris, less than 20 minute train ride. Everything else is less than ideal, when we booked we were told we were getting a certain room and it changed upon arrival the new room while not normally a big deal had significantly less space. The front desk staff always seemed bothered by our requests for things like towels, because they weren’t replaced during house keeping. They provided no helpful suggestions on terms of local places to visit and again seemed annoyed we would ask them - furthermore all the response were no specific such as there’s more option in central Paris or there’s options near the metro terminal. The staff was incredibly rude when we tried to speak with them. All in all it was an awful experience. Based upon the response of the hotel I would like to add a few updates to this review, hotel staff at reception were asked for three separate recommendations during our stay, the first was regarding where we could find a good spot for breakfast, the receptionist seemed a bit confused and offered a shrug and replied near the bus station, when my friend travelling with us asked about what was fun to do in the area he again received a non detailed response and was told there’s more activities closer to the city (Paris). A review was posted to Google and the owner responded in a very rude manner.

Unser Standard-Hotel, wenn wir ins Disneyland fahren. Günstig und gut. Zum schlafen vollkommene ausreichend!

We stayed here before and after our visit to Disneyland Paris. The location of this hotel is fantastic! The 10 minutes drive from Disney allowed us to make the most of our park days. We also stayed here an extra day, taking the RER into Paris at €5 per person. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is basic as expected for 2* and the beds were ‘ok’. We have only knocked a star off for how noisy it can be at times. Our first stay, people around us were crashing doors and we could hear people partying from our room, keeping us awake. However, on the second stay, we were on the top floor and hardly heard any noise. Overall, a clean, well located hotel, perfect for a short stay or as a base if you’re not going to spend much time in your room.

Room was clean, used it for a short trip to Disney for 2 days when in France for 2 weeks. Just round the corner from Disney so works great! Super market and McDonalds by it though that was awful and not go back to the McDonald’s there again.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation near to Disneyland Paris. We saved so much money by staying not at a Disney hotel. It was a 15 minute walk to the station and then 2 stops to Disney. My only gripe was as someone who had no car and was walking, you had to walk quite a long way round to the gate, there should be a front entrance.

Très bon sejours, pas très long de disneyland paris. (10 min de marche jusqu'au RER et 2 arret du RER pour arriver a Disney). Chambre pour 4 personnes qui est génial (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Nous étions pas conserner par le parking car nous sommes venu en tgv et TER mais 10e le parking par jours est abuser. La taxe de séjour aussi est élevé 13e et quelques. Je recommande cette hôtel.

This property was safe and quiet good for families also clean. Well really it is a way from Paris center but we have train station 10 min walk.

Not friendly for kids, no kettle in the room. Breakfast consist of croissant, plain cake slices, 2 types of cornflakes, 1 bread, 3 types of jams, milk a coffee which was very limited for a continental breakfast. Room was not clean even after mentioning to reception.

Chambre très bien sauf salle de bain très petite par contre le petit déjeuner très déçu 10€ par personne au aurait cru un petit déjeuner de prison pain congelé tout dur pareil pour les croissants pas de choix du tout confiture abricot ou prune fraise ils ne connaissent pas ! Et 3 tranches de jambon et c’est tout pour 10€ par personne j’aurais fait largement mieux avec bcp plus de choix

Zum übernachten und danach gleich zu Disneyland oder Paris ok. Nur 15min. von Disneyland entfernt. Das Frühstück Katastrophe. Jeden Tag eine Sorte Käse und Schinken. Das war’s. Croissant, Toast und Baguette. Schlechter Kaffee aber dafür leckerer Kakao. Am letzten Tag war sogar die Schokoldencreme alle.

Petit déjeuner pris a 8h il ni avait plus de brioche on est rester 30 min toujours pas remis de brioche pas de baguette non plus ,elle etait a se faire réchauffer et pourtant il y avais 2 personnes du personnel a discuter au lieu de remettre de la brioche, aucune anticipation sur le rechargement du petit dej surtout qu ils ont bien vue qu il ni avait plus de brioche. Et la veille a notre arrivé on ma fais payer la taxe de sejour 10 euros alors qu il me restait a payer sur place 6,50. Je ne recommanderais pas cette hotel et ni la chaîne du coup. Et le personnel taxe des clopes au clients.

Excellent value for money , we stayed here before and after a trip to Disney . Clean family room , friendly staff, secure car park, 15 minute drive to Disney , great breakfast too. Our second visit here and will be back again.

Second visit to this hotel, basic but absolutely fine for a quick stop. Breakfast is good. 8€ for continental buffet.

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand.

Week end Disney! Chambre de 5 pour 3 personnes donc très bon espace ! Hôtel propre ! Petit déjeuner correct pour 10€ (croissant ; pain; quatre quart; céréales ; biscottes)
