good all around hotel in a good loction. compared to Kempinski this is better because you have 2 sea fronts, 1 which is shallow which is great for families with small kids, and the second, slightly deeper great for swiming and diving.

This was, without question, our best vacation as a family we have ever had. First, the resort is stunningly beautiful. The North Beach is on par with anything we saw on La Digue or Prasline. The grounds are also located in the heart of a mangrove forest, which was way more beautiful—and interesting--than I could have imagined. Second, there was plenty to do. Nada, Ruby, and Darrel took us on 3 great, moderately challenging hikes through rain forests ON THE PREMISIS, including a kayak tour of the mangrove forest. The intriguing Dr. Markus took us on a walking tour of that same forest, answering all of our questions. Tennis, racquetball, paddle, SAPs, kayaks, and paddleboats, and snorkeling – without additional cost. The in-resort zip line (12 segments through rainforest and ravines which compete with anything you’ve seen) was worth the cost. A huge advantage of this premises was our teenagers could explore around on their own without us worrying about them. Third, from the first moment Soukaina and Clara met us at the reception, the entire staff went WAY out of their way to be helpful. The only significant downside of our stay is that the meals are expensive and there is nowhere else to buy food (spare one nearby restaurant which is not much cheaper) in the entire vicinity. That said, the food itself was superb. The buffet had significant variation every night of the week and was easy for vegetarians to navigate. The restaurants were especially good and meals well plated.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Zimmer, Strand, Essen und Angebot an Aktivitäten ist wirklich einzigartig. Leider fahren die Buggys, die einem im großen Hotelareal herumfahren, nur selten. Das Personal beim Bootshaus ist nicht allzu freundlich. Der Checkout verlief sehr holprig.

It you want a tropical escape to luxury, beauty, and bliss then Constance Ephelia is the place to recharge. The grounds are simply beautiful with most picturesque beaches in the world. Services was amazing and we can't thank James and Mary enough for their hospitality. Everyone on the resort is helpful and friendly. Most resorts I have been too in the past had mediocre food, but I was finally highly impressed by all the restaurants here and only ate off the resort for lunch 3 times out of 6 days there ( half-board). The complimentary bikes for the villa guest revived my wife's interest in biking. The wild life at the resort was better then going to some zoos. Wild crabs, fruit bats, and fish naturally surround the grounds at a safe distance and the tortoise farm is available to watch everyday. To be in this kind of natural beauty does have its nuances as ants did make their way to our villa if food was left out. The SPA is amazing and we went back twice for massages and to use other facilities. The tennis court facilitates felt like being at an Olympic training site. Shuttle service around this massive resort went none stop and the 3 beaches here are unbeatable and not forgettable. You won't regret this choice and my wife said this was the best vacation I took her too, and we have been around.

Schönes, paradiesisches Resort, sehr weitläufig und grün. Uns ist das fleißige, tägliche greenkeeping besonders positiv aufgefallen. Großzügiges Zimmer (Junior-Suite) Sehr ausgiebiges und leckeres Buffet im Restaurant Corossol. Mehrere tolle kleine Pools. Am Nordstrand war es super schön. Man kann dort auch super schnorcheln (Gezeiten beachten). Und man hat immer freie Liegen gefunden. Obwohl so viele Menschen im Resort waren, verläuft es sich und man hat nie das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo voll ist. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

This property and the staff were great! There are a couple different restaurants on site and none of them disappointed. The property itself was beautiful and situated right on the beach. The pools were beautiful along with the North Beach. We would definitely stay there again.

En mycket trevlig och fin resort. Två fina stränder på resorten med lite olika karaktär. Bästa och trevligaste servicen vi någonsin upplevt och då har vi ändå rest en hel del. Vi hade halvpension och det fanns 5 underbara restauranger att välja på. Alla hade sin egna prägel och identitet. Våra två favoriter var ändå Adam & Eve och Corossol. Men som sagt alla fem var riktigt bra. Ett fantastiskt spa finns på anläggningen. Det ingår om man bor på resorten men behandlingar kostar (mycket) extra. Som boende ingår även 1-2 timmars utflykter till bl a närliggande vattenfall, naturpromenader mm. Vid stränderna kan man även låna sup, kajak, snorkelutrustning mm och även detta ingår om du är gäst på resorten. Just det möjlighet till tennis, padel och squash ingår med! Visst kostar det en del att bo på resorten men vi i vår familj trivdes utmärkt. Kan även rekommendera halvpension då det blir väldigt dyrt att betala på plats istället för att lösa det vid bokningen. Allt som allt - en toppenbra resort med fantastisk personal.

We enjoyed our stay here, you really feel like you are on the grounds of a great resort. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast service was great. Both beaches were very nice. Special shoutouts to: Raphael, Devin, all the boathouse folks on North beach, Tembi at the front gate, and all shuttle drivers, as well as the security guard by the south beach near Villas 300 that helped us cross the tide (on Nov 10 around 8:30pm) Poor experiences included: - the inconsistency of shuttle service, even when we had requested the restaurant call one for us, it never showed - and they were happy to hove us an umbrella to walk in the rain instead of ensuring shuttle service. - upon arrival, we were told to make reservations for dinner restaurants. When we tried to make a reservation for any restaurant, we were told they were all booked and unavailable for the duration of our stay (5 days!) and to eat at the buffet. We finally got a reservation at one from the front desk after stating this. Worth noting there is really only 1 restaurant outside the resort that had dinner options… - when we did eat at the buffet one night, we were charged 80SRupees for WATER: should that not be included in the buffet? We thought so - and it took management two calls and some frustration to remove this from our bill.

Stayed in Senior Suite (travelled with a small child), very spacious room & terrace on north side of the hotel. Staff was excellent and attentive; room maintenance was immaculate. Plenty of high standard food choices, you would always find multiples dishes that appeal to your culture. Ample number of comfortable beach loungers, with a very accessible beach & sea for small children Only minor critique (more like nitpicking) would be limited space around the bathroom sink to place beauty products.

Avis mitigé : situation géographique exceptionnelle, bon niveau de service et excellente restauration, mais propreté moyenne (poussière au dessus des meubles), un robinet cassé, un store (douche !) cassé, et surtout aucune intimité : impossible de faire la sieste sans être dérangé (il y a toujours un prétexte pour que quelqu'un passe dans la chambre) quand ce n'est pas la femme de ménage qui discute sur son téléphone (en mode haut parleur). Bref, pas le bon hôtel pour se reposer.

El Hotel y las habitaciones están ya algo viejos, pero el entorno es maravilloso. El personal del Hotel es algo apático y lento en reaccionar a las peticiones, aunque tanto el personal del gimnasio como el del club infantil se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables. El buffet de desayuno está bastante bien, aunque faltarían más opciones de pescado y marisco. Tuve que ir al servicio médico por una picadura de un ciempiés y la verdad es que el médico fue muy atento. Desde el gimnasio organizan paseos por el campo, que son muy recomendables para conocer el entorno del Hotel. En general muy bien, aunque es cierto que no es de los mejores hoteles de este tipo en los que he estado, cuadra más con un cuatro estrellas que cinco, aunque entiendo que se paga la ubicación.

Großzügiges Zimmer (Junior-Suite) Sehr ausgiebiges und leckeres Buffet im Restaurant Corossol. Mehrere tolle kleine Pools. Am Nordstrand war es super schön. Man kann dort auch super schnorcheln (Gezeiten beachten). Und man hat immer freie Liegen gefunden. Obwohl so viele Menschen im Resort waren, verläuft es sich und man hat nie das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo voll ist. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir können das Constance Ephelia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Resort ist sehr weitläufig, wunderschön und äußerst sauber. Die Junior Suite ist stilvoll eingerichtet und wird täglich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter: Alle sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Strände sind traumhaft schön und das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir Regan aussprechen – er hat uns immer exzellent bedient und macht seinen Job perfekt. Er gibt sich sehr viel Mühe, damit die Gäste zufrieden sind. Die Kinderbetreuung ist absolut großartig. Unsere Tochter war sehr gerne dort und am letzten Tag war sie sehr traurig, dass der Urlaub zu Ende ging.

Helt fantastisk resort - det største i hele det indiske ocean men de formår at få det til at virke ok intimt . Måske den bedste seng og værelses komfort vi har oplevet på noget hotel. Skønt mad og imponerende morgenmads buffet. Resortet ligger helt fantastisk smukt mellem to paradis strande. Den ene helt stille og den anden med liggestole og vandsport og en super Bech bar ø. Kan anbefale snorkeltur med hotellets boathouse - flot stor båd og styr på alt i den smukke marinepark man besøger. Også stor anbefaling til deres spa - det er smukt og skønt sted at slappe af et par timer. Tror alle vil få en god ferie her . Men forbehold for dem der bare foretrækker boutique hoteller.

Stayed in Senior Suite (travelled with a small child), very spacious room & terrace on north side of the hotel. Staff was excellent and attentive; room maintenance was immaculate. Plenty of high standard food choices, you would always find multiples dishes that appeal to your culture. Ample number of comfortable beach loungers, with a very accessible beach & sea for small children Only minor critique (more like nitpicking) would be limited space around the bathroom sink to place beauty products.

El Hotel y las habitaciones están ya algo viejos, pero el entorno es maravilloso. El personal del Hotel es algo apático y lento en reaccionar a las peticiones, aunque tanto el personal del gimnasio como el del club infantil se esfuerzan mucho y son muy agradables. Sehr schönes Hotel, die Juniorsuiten sind sehr geräumig und schön. Die Süd Anlage mit Juniorsuiten ist etwas gross und das Buffetrestaurant ist sehr gross. Wer es ruhig und luxuriöser mag, bucht eine Strand- oder Familienvilla oder dann eine Seniorsuite. Die sind am Nordstrand gelegen und dort ist es überschaubarer. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und alle sind sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Es gibt viele Sportmöglichkeiten, sehr viele auch gratis. Das Resort ist sehr schön. Die beiden Strände sind wunderschön.

We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for. Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants on the south beach . The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent. The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax. We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

Bei den -auch für die Seychellen- sehr hohen Preisniveau hätte das Zimmer etwas besser in Schuss sein können. Nach unserem Hinweis wurden die defekten Schubladen aber schnell repariert. Leider hatte man uns ein Zimmer im EH gegeben. Ein Wechsel war nicht möglich.

The resort is beautifully with a nice beach especially the north beach , the staff are wonderful .my only concern is the boat house which is run by a third party that does not meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel , one staff in particular ( Elaino) has a very bad Manner and attitude , I had to complain to hotel manager about his attitude and professionalism

It’s a surprise how great the resort environment is! The service and staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Sheila, her excellences in hospitality is next level. I particularly like the fitness center’s hiking activities. Each guide was well-experienced and caring. And the room service daily is also impeccable. The spa is also fantastic, the package is a great deal, love the tranquility is highly appreciated at the spa. Moreover, it’s very convenient to chat with the staff on WhatsApp, makes everything easier for appointments and communication. Overall, you won’t regret booking it!

We had a fantastic time at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon. The place is so beautiful and the staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive to anything we needed. All the dining options on site did really good food and we had the most relaxing time during out stay. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, you really feel like you are on the grounds of a great resort. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast service was great. Both beaches were very nice. Special shoutouts to: Raphael, Devin, all the boathouse folks on North beach, Tembi at the front gate, and all shuttle drivers, as well as the security guard by the south beach near Villas 300 that helped us cross the tide (on Nov 10 around 8:30pm) Poor experiences included: - the inconsistency of shuttle service, even when we had requested the restaurant call one for us, it never showed - and they were happy to hove us an umbrella to walk in the rain instead of ensuring shuttle service. - upon arrival, we were told to make reservations for dinner restaurants. When we tried to make a reservation for any restaurant, we were told they were all booked and unavailable for the duration of our stay (5 days!) and to eat at the buffet. We finally got a reservation at one from the front desk after stating this. Worth noting there is really only 1 restaurant outside the resort that had dinner options… - when we did eat at the buffet one night, we were charged 80SRupees for WATER: should that not be included in the buffet? We thought so - and it took management two calls and some frustration to remove this from our bill.

good all around hotel in a good loction. compared to Kempinski this is better because you have 2 sea fronts, 1 which is shallow which is great for families with small kids, and the second, slightly deeper great for swiming and diving.

This was, without question, our best vacation as a family we have ever had. First, the resort is stunningly beautiful. The North Beach is on par with anything we saw on La Digue or Prasline. The grounds are also located in the heart of a mangrove forest, which was way more beautiful—and interesting--than I could have imagined. Second, there was plenty to do. Nada, Ruby, and Darrel took us on 3 great, moderately challenging hikes through rain forests ON THE PREMISIS, including a kayak tour of the mangrove forest. The intriguing Dr. Markus took us on a walking tour of that same forest, answering all of our questions. Tennis, racquetball, paddle, SAPs, kayaks, and paddleboats, and snorkeling – without additional cost. The in-resort zip line (12 segments through rainforest and ravines which compete with anything you’ve seen) was worth the cost. A huge advantage of this premises was our teenagers could explore around on their own without us worrying about them. Third, from the first moment Soukaina and Clara met us at the reception, the entire staff went WAY out of their way to be helpful. The only significant downside of our stay is that the meals are expensive and there is nowhere else to buy food (spare one nearby restaurant which is not much cheaper) in the entire vicinity. That said, the food itself was superb. The buffet had significant variation every night of the week and was easy for vegetarians to navigate. The restaurants were especially good and meals well plated.
This was, without question, our best vacation as a family we have ever had. First, the resort is stunningly beautiful. The North Beach is on par with anything we saw on La Digue or Prasline. The grounds are also located in the heart of a mangrove forest, which was way more beautiful—and interesting--than I could have imagined. Second, there was plenty to do. Nada, Ruby, and Darrel took us on 3 great, moderately challenging hikes through rain forests ON THE PREMISIS, including a kayak tour of the mangrove forest. The intriguing Dr. Markus took us on a walking tour of that same forest, answering all of our questions. Tennis, racquetball, paddle, SAPs, kayaks, and paddleboats, and snorkeling – without additional cost. The in-resort zip line (12 segments through rainforest and ravines which compete with anything you’ve seen) was worth the cost. A huge advantage of this premises was our teenagers could explore around on their own without us worrying about them. Third, from the first moment Soukaina and Clara met us at the reception, the entire staff went WAY out of their way to be helpful. The only significant downside of our stay is that the meals are expensive and there is nowhere else to buy food (spare one nearby restaurant which is not much cheaper) in the entire vicinity. That said, the food itself was superb. The buffet had significant variation every night of the week and was easy for vegetarians to navigate. The restaurants were especially good and meals well plated.

Very relaxing and large resort with 2 beautiful beaches. We stay all 4 days in the resort enjoying the beach and exploring the areas. Great choice to go. We dont like... Lets say the beach facilities can be maintained better. But overall speaking its amazing experience.

Staff make sure you have the best time while staying here. Activities for everyone, from yoga, guided hiking, gym sessions, etc. You can bike around the resort or you can use the electric cars shuttle service between South and North. Highly recommended!

The restaurants are all high class and the open buffets (breakfast and dinner) are excellent with a huge choice of freshly cooked dishes, fresh vegetables, fruit and yummy deserts (need to mention that the Helios restaurant was not our favorite). Outstanding to mention is the service staff. Everyone is so lovely and friendly and always keen to help and assist. Special thanks to Duty Manager Yacine, as well as Shawn from the Corossol and Arnel from the Kabana Bar. You -and all the others- made this an unforgettable stay. We have just returned from a ten night stay at the Constance Ephelia where we had the most fantastic holiday. This is an outstanding resort in a paradise setting with the most friendly and welcoming staff you could possibly wish for. Everything about it was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants on the south beach . The spa was incredible and treatments there were superb. In particular the facial was probably the best I have ever experienced. The quality of the food was fantastic with so much choice that we were never bored. We tried all of the restaurants except for Cyann and without exception they were excellent. The resort never felt busy and there were so many places to sit and relax. We used the fitness centre - I swam and my husband used the gym where facilities were great. We also tried the zip line on the resort which was great fun and joined the walk to swim in the waterfall which was difficult but a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts and this one rates among the best. We would return again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here, you really feel like you are on the grounds of a great resort. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast service was great. Both beaches were very nice. Special shoutouts to: Raphael, Devin, all the boathouse folks on North beach, Tembi at the front gate, and all shuttle drivers, as well as the security guard by the south beach near Villas 300 that helped us cross the tide (on Nov 10 around 8:30pm) Poor experiences included: - the inconsistency of shuttle service, even when we had requested the restaurant call one for us, it never showed - and they were happy to hove us an umbrella to walk in the rain instead of ensuring shuttle service. - upon arrival, we were told to make reservations for dinner restaurants. When we tried to make a reservation for any restaurant, we were told they were all booked and unavailable for the duration of our stay (5 days!) and to eat at the buffet. We finally got a reservation at one from the front desk after stating this. Worth noting there is really only 1 restaurant outside the resort that had dinner options… - when we did eat at the buffet one night, we were charged 80SRupees for WATER: should that not be included in the buffet? We thought so - and it took management two calls and some frustration to remove this from our bill.

Almost nothing to criticize, very large territory, spacious rooms, nice staff. The only trouble - extremely high rates for the food. Of course the hotel is luxury one, but I think it will be more fair to decrease the rates for buffet and a-la-carte. ~100$ pro person for dinner, if you are a family of 5, is much too much

Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel. Die Exklusivität leidet leider daran. Vor allem in den Restaurants ist es zu hektisch und man ist eine Person unter vielen. Es war auch schwer eine Reservieren für die Restaurants zu erhalten.

Overall this is a gorgeous hotel and definitely honeymoon worthy. My main complaint is how difficult it is to book the restaurants - we only stayed 3 days and arrived and there was NO availability. They managed to squeeze us in early and late 2 nights, but why not have enough availability for all guests? It’s a shame it’s not adults only - there are very few kids, mainly babies, and it’s awkward for everyone when there’s one baby at breakfast crying in amongst all the couples. It’s fantastic having two beaches. The food was great, the layout of the buffet could be more spacious (and what’s with the neon lights?!) and the coffee is awful. Better coffee, free bikes for everyone, better availability of the restaurants and adults only would be 10/10.

Schönes, paradiesisches Resort, sehr weitläufig und grün. Uns ist das fleißige, tägliche greenkeeping besonders positiv aufgefallen. Großzügiges Zimmer (Junior-Suite) Sehr ausgiebiges und leckeres Buffet im Restaurant Corossol. Mehrere tolle kleine Pools. Am Nordstrand war es super schön. Man kann dort auch super schnorcheln (Gezeiten beachten). Und man hat immer freie Liegen gefunden. Obwohl so viele Menschen im Resort waren, verläuft es sich und man hat nie das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo voll ist. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

We had a fantastic time at Constance Ephelia for our honeymoon. The place is so beautiful and the staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive to anything we needed. All the dining options on site did really good food and we had the most relaxing time during out stay. Would highly recommend.

En mycket trevlig och fin resort. Två fina stränder på resorten med lite olika karaktär. Bästa och trevligaste servicen vi någonsin upplevt och då har vi ändå rest en hel del. Vi hade halvpension och det fanns 5 underbara restauranger att välja på. Alla hade sin egna prägel och identitet. Våra två favoriter var ändå Adam & Eve och Corossol. Men som sagt alla fem var riktigt bra. Ett fantastiskt spa finns på anläggningen. Det ingår om man bor på resorten men behandlingar kostar (mycket) extra. Som boende ingår även 1-2 timmars utflykter till bl a närliggande vattenfall, naturpromenader mm. Vid stränderna kan man även låna sup, kajak, snorkelutrustning mm och även detta ingår om du är gäst på resorten. Just det möjlighet till tennis, padel och squash ingår med! Visst kostar det en del att bo på resorten men vi i vår familj trivdes utmärkt. Kan även rekommendera halvpension då det blir väldigt dyrt att betala på plats istället för att lösa det vid bokningen. Allt som allt - en toppenbra resort med fantastisk personal.

Excellent dining options for those of us on halfboard. Really good sommeliers with an extensive knowledge of their long winelists. Loved the squashcourt. Beaches (public) were amazing, and even if waters became shallow on South beach during tide, swimming was brilliant. Nice rooms with everything you need, and no fuzz with refilling coffee, drinking water. Simply the best.

Skønt mad og imponerende morgenmads buffet. Resortet ligger helt fantastisk smukt mellem to paradis strande. Den ene helt stille og den anden med liggestole og vandsport og en super Bech bar ø. Kan anbefale snorkeltur med hotellets boathouse - flot stor båd og styr på alt i den smukke marinepark man besøger. Også stor anbefaling til deres spa - det er smukt og skønt sted at slappe af et par timer. Tror alle vil få en god ferie her . Men forbehold for dem der bare foretrækker boutique hoteller.

From quality perspective it could be much better. Seafood was only limited to shrimp and one type of fish (with different sauce) every evening. No other seafood was served and we were in an island. :) Many desserts were served, however typically only one of them was tasty. We were much satisfied with breakfast compared to dinner. Moreover, even our package included the other restaurants, during 5 nights of stay, we were not able to make any reservation in Adam & Eve Restaurant which had the best menu. They were so nice to provide our room much earlier than the regular checkin time. But they did not let us to have the breakfast in the main restaurant which was served as open buffet. Instead they provided us pastry stuff in the bar :) This is a really micro management from cost perspective as a luxurious hotel.

Lovely 9 night stay here, July 26. Staff overwhelmingly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent facilities, awesome snorkelling off north beach (there are two separate beaches!), free bikes with villa, and regular electric buggies to travel round resort. Lovely 9 night stay here, July 26. Staff overwhelmingly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent facilities, awesome snorkelling off north beach (there are two separate beaches!), free bikes with villa, and regular electric buggies to travel round resort.
