Holiday Home 'Gite Merlot' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wifi

Gite "Merlot" is an authentic holiday home of about 125 m², suitable for 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a dining area with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A staircase leads to the mezzanine, the fifth bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room has a sitting area with a sofa, comfortable chairs, and a wood stove. A fan is also provided. The house is surrounded by a large garden with outdoor furniture, terraces with dining tables and chairs at the front and back, and an outdoor shower. You can use the large shared swimming pool. For children, there is a playground, toys, and books. The gites are set in the countryside of Saint-Saud-Lacoussière, among forests and meadows. Enjoy time together outside on the terrace, fire up the barbecue, or relax with a drink at sunset. Birds and owls create a charming backdrop. Fast wifi is available. A cot and high chair are available on request. The gite has step-free access. Seven bicycles with 21 gears are available free of charge. Parking is on-site (2 spaces). Washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Gas, water, electricity, wifi, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included. The gite is usually rented weekly. In the low season, nightly rental is possible depending on availability. We do not require a deposit, but trust you will take good care of everything in and around the gite. Pets are welcome upon request.
