Automatic check-in with smart lock. You will need a phone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in can be requested). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We offer basic items for your first days: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish soap and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the accommodation if available. If our team detects evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to apply a minimum fine of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy will apply to public services, with a limit of €80. Property policy: the primary guest must be at least 21 years old
