We would like to give a special shout-out to Marty at the reception for going above and beyond to help us! Before our trip, we emailed the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late because we were driving all the way from Sweden. We received a reply reminding us that, according to the hotel’s policy, the reception closes at 11:00 PM, so we were very stressed and did everything we could to arrive before then. Unfortunately, we ran into heavy traffic due to multiple roadworks along the way. We called the hotel to explain our situation, and Marty was incredibly understanding. He kindly waited for us until we arrived and even told us to call again if anything else happened on the road. His kindness and willingness to help meant so much to us. Without his understanding, our trip would have been much more difficult. Excellent customer service like his is something you don’t forget! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again, Marty, for your exceptional service! ❤️❤️❤️

De ligging vlak bij de duinen en het strand is een groot pluspunt. Het verblijf is eenvoudig en bedoeld voor wie geen uitgebreide voorzieningen nodig heeft. De kamers zijn functioneel en je maakt zelf je bed op. Voor deze prijs is het een prima keuze als je een praktische en goed gelegen overnachtingsplek zoekt.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen… etwa 2,5 km vom Strand in Egmond an Zee entfernt, aber den Weg konnte man gut mit einem Dünenspaziergang verbinden. Frühstück war für ein Hostel absolut ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Selbst für Veganer gab es eine kleine Auswahl an Alternativen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, draußen gab es einen Spielplatz und Sitzgelegenheiten. Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden. Im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Hostel-Aufenthalten sehr ruhig- trotz gleichzeitigem Aufenthalt einer Kinder-Hockemanschaft…
