Check in took almost 2 hours because of issues with the computers/hotels.com customer service representatives. The ladies at check-in were very patient and calm during the process but I wasn’t able to check in until 20 minutes before the pool closed, which was the entire reason for the stay at the hotel in the first place. The pool and hot tub were absolutely horrendous cloudy with visible dirt and grime floating in the water. My towel for my bathroom floor was wet when I arrived, making me wonder if it was even changed from the previous guests. Breakfast was phenomenal, the only positive part about my entire stay. Will never stay at this location again.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. You do however have to be let into the pool area by the front desk staff, which was strange to me. We had drinks in paper cups and they were not allowed. The breakfast was nice. Overall, a very nice one night stay.

We were in a handicap room and it had a tub you had to step over the side. I believe a walk in would be better. Also the elevator was not working well it was scary.

Adequate breakfast. O.J was out for a couple of days. Fruit could be fresher especially the bananas. Hot tub was hot but switch to circutate broken. Room was never "Refreshed " even by the the fourth day. Attention to detail not there. Needed to request new towels daily.

Filthy. Garbage in the halls, not vacuumed. Toilet wasn't cleaned and there was dried urine on the lid, seat, and floor. The tissue box had tissues stuffed back in it after they had been pulled out. It was disgusting.

Room was clean but common areas could use more attention to cleaning and maintenance. Some floors were sticky, others slippery, pool water looked cloudy. Outside grounds could use more attention to weed control.

I had three room and 2 of them was good but one of them had bed bugs and my children was left with quite a bit of bit marks. I informed the front desk but this far nothing has been done.

The room needs a deep clean desk electical outlet dirty, sticky. Bathroom soap dish has soapscum. Room feels unclean.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. A couple of structural details did come to my attention: I informed the front desk at check out that the faucet from the sink wouldn’t shut off all the way without considerable force so there were a couple of nights where the faucet ran a small trickle of water the entire night. The cover that protected the neck of the shower head fro mthe wall was loose which opens up the wall to mold and potentially a health hazard for those sensitive to black mold. The sheets did have some spots of what looked like dried blood but that’s hard to spot on such a large operation. Other than that, a great experience and appreciative for everything else.

Our stay was good. The only problem I had with the hotel was the carpet in the room was filthy. Everything else I was happy with.

The black out curtain in our room was torn so wouldn't close completely. The room was noisy - we could hear others talking and watching tv in the adjacent rooms.

The staff was very nice. The room needed blackout curtains given the amount of ambient light coming in from the surrounding buildings. The DirecTV worked intermittently and there was no way to use an alternative device.

Your hotel could use a little TLC. Things like the back entry door doesn’t securely lock, the toilet paper holder in our room was not even screwed to the wall. Your free continental breakfast was disappointing, no pastries and the oatmeal was runny as soup. Staff was very friendly and assisted use when we complained about our loud and noisy neighbors at 1:00 in the morning. You should implement a quite hour, similar to a camp ground. 3 out of 4 nights we had issues with loud and rude neighbors.

We have stayed at this facility previously. Hence our booking. The property is starting to show its age. Very dissatisfied with the TV system, was only able to get 4 channels. The pillows were far too small for our liking. Breakfast was satisfactory.

All was good but the water pressure in the shower. It was very low.

Overall, nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom and bedroom floor was quite dirty. TV never worked.

Felt like it was a little expensive for what it was. Room was ok … floors didn’t feel super clean. Bed dipped down toward the headboard.

You could hear the people above stomping around, the people talking in the next room. The fridge was broken and super loud. There was hair in the towels and no fan in the bathroom. The pool was murky and I did not want my daughter to swim in it. The bed was comfy and breakfast was decent. Definitely will not stay again.

They charge you a deposit for room damage between 50 and 500, this is not explained until you question it. They actually charged me twice for my room once with a $50 deposit then on check out the amount $186 without deposit, I paid twice, trying to get them to refund is a hastle, beware.

Problems with the HVAC in our room. It was 81 degrees in the room. They did send someone to reset everything and they had to turn off the wall thermostat. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and never was I told to leave the table in the dining area because of my service animal. I was at a table that was as far away from the food and other patrons as you could get. Three times I said "This is a Service Dog" but it didn't matter. I had to leave my breakfast and go back to my room.

When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out an check me in. The person was not particularly welcoming. I was in an out the afternoon and never saw anyone at the desk. Tues and Wed there was someone at the desk in the mornings, he was very friendly, but I never saw anyone at the desk in the evenings. Debris in the hallway for two days until it was finally vacuumed. AC was VERY noisy. I had to turn it off so I could sleep.

we have stayed at this property more times than I can count, have never had a problem. This stay however was the quite different. The original room they put us in wasn't even cleaned; we walked in and the mattress was turned on its side, there was a diffuser running and there was still dirty sheets on the floor with a dirty rollaway still in the room. They could not give a comparable room so they had to downgrade us. They also had multiple rooms that had way over the limit of people in them, children included. The pool was overrun with unsupervised children, the hot tub had all kids, no adults, splashing, shooting water guns, there was food and beverage garbage all over the ground in the pool area as well. This group also took over the lobby, with a complete disregard for all other guests staying at the hotel. When it was brought to the front desk's attention, he stated he "wasn't the police nor swat" and he was "one person and couldn't or wouldn't do anything about these concerns". He also stated "it's a Saturday, that this doesn't happen everyday". We are repeat customers and were beyond dissatisfied with the whole experience. We won't be returning.

Front desk and Managers not helpful or sympathetic about their malfunctioning room doors. Stood outside the room 30 minutes while my husband went up and down from the 3rd floor to get new keys trying to get in so we could get ready for out evening event. Maintenance finally came up but they ended up putting us in a temporary room to get ready promising our King room would be ready upon our return. We were gone over 4 hours arrived back around 1030 pm given keys and still unable to get into room. We were “told” no other Kings available or rooms and had to take the temporary room. The evening desk clerk said she couldnt do amy adjustments but to speak to the manager. Horrified to find dirty sheets on the bed and paint peeling in the bathroom - changed and cleaned ourselves. Hotel employees taking over the breakfast area before guests finished. And then at check out the Manager arguing when we asked what could be done for the inconcenience. Not even an apology - he had incorrect information from the night people and then refused to listen because we booked through a “third” party. Only thing that saved us was that we paid directly at the hotel - He couldnt argue with a receipt. Such an experience that we’ve ever had at a Hampton/Hilton brand hotel. Definitely need some customer service experience training.

Spent two nights in Room 118. Sink water took 5 minutes to drain and bathroom door didn't latch. "Benjamin" at front desk was kind to move us to Room 108 for the next two nights. Tub water took 5 minutes to drain (you would shower in 3 inches of tub water). During all four nights our rooms were NEVER cleaned. The second day I came to front desk to ask for towels. I will think twice about using Hampton Inn in the future.

We got to hotel very late after informing them of a late checkin. Then when we got there, the system was down and we had to wait over an half of hour before we could get our room after a long 6 hour drive. No compensation for our inconvenience.

Everything was clean, the pool area was nice, and the lobby was a nice place to hang out and catch up with friends. The staff was very nice, quick, and helpful.

The property is basic but serves all needs. Definitely walkable if you don’t have a vehicle. Lots of chains and small restaurants around, target being so close was convenient

Was a very nice and clean hotel. Everything worked in the room and was hotel was very quiet. There wasn’t questionable people hanging out like other hotels in the area. The breakfast was great probably the best I have had in the area as far as hotels goes. Over all over nice stay I will stay here again.

what I like about the property is I felt very safe, it was real quiet, except when the the alarm went off, because some was smoking in there room(later found out), the food was good, convenient, because it was close were I needed to go, and the parking was good, because you could enter building front or back, enter the building close to were you park. What I did not like was the alarm, because I was just getting in bed, and it scare me so. Will stay there again for sure.

The good Large clean bathroom. Staff was excellent Towels were clean and soft The bad Broken pool, no prior notice to staying at the hotel. This amenity was one of the reasons why this hotel was chosen. Heater in bedroom is as loud as a freight train, so has to be off to sleep. Light by bed was broken. Shower was weak stream w only 1 setting where the water was not a trickle. Average The breakfast was ok. They had those gross premade omelets which are microwaved, just make trays of scrambled eggs or don't offer eggs. Waffle maker was your best option followed by cereal.

The property and staff were not too bad but definitely some problems. The shower/bath had extremely low pressure forcing a long wasteful shower time and backed up tub was very slow to drain. Breakfast was out at 830am and server needed prompting to cook and replace eggs. Also no butter for bread or regular cream for coffee. Server was busy on loud personal phone call in backroom. Also advertised pool was out of order. Otherwise not a terrible place to stay.
