Not sure why but recently seems all rooms booked thru hotels.com they are by exits, ice machine's, stairway exits happen twice that week.

Room was comfortable and coffee was good. Very limited free tv if that is important to you. Most channels on the lineup including major news programming like Fox were locked. Good parking and easy to find. I would stay here again.

Just an ok hotel. The room wasn't super clean or in great shape. There was a power outage in half of the hotel. So the elevator and A/C stopped working for a while. After the power outage the TV never worked again (the TV would turn on but no TV shows would load). The breakfast was ok and typical of most hotel free breakfast. Lobby was small and pool was locked when i tried to go swimming. The exercise room is terrible and probably the worst I have seen in a long time. I tried to use it because i enjoy working out when I am on vacation. But it was small and the equipment was old and broken.

The hotel was nice enough. However, not having usb plugins or a plug in near the bed to be used for charging was an inconvenience. Also closing the pool at 9pm on a Saturday was an inconvenience considering it doesn’t get completely dark til then. And “closing your lobby to guests at 11” is ridiculous as well. Too many ridiculous restrictions.

Room was comfortable but needed just a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness. There was a watermelon seed on the floor by the desk. Toilet seat is made of a flimsy plastic and shifts side to side when you sit on it. Very awkward. We didn’t ask for a handicapped room, so we were surprised with the shower. The shower curtain was way too short and the tile had no slant or lip to stop the water from flowing out. It floods all over the floor of the bathroom making the tiles slippery. We had to request extra bath towels to lay at the entrance of the shower to act as a buffer. The swimming pool was disgustingly green from algae and we were very disappointed because we had booked this particular hotel for the pool. Breakfast was actually good.

B3d was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was good but should change it up from sausage every morning to maybe bacon. Also the pool could use some cleaning.

I actually did like this hotel a lot and have stayed there twice. The categories I have low rating two were the amenities due to vending machines being broken or empty, sparse breakfast with a sign that they won’t provide cutlery or plates, and no other amenities to speak of. The other was due to ongoing construction going on inside of of the hotel the woke me up on multiple nights due to workers in the rooms right above me. They were very loud walking, dropping things, etc working through the whole night and I was getting woken up at 3-6AM multiple times.

Its an ok place. We've stayed a couple times. Last trip we stayed on the third floor and it smelled stale and smoky. Our previous trip we stayed on the first floor and there was no smell and it was cleaner.

There was no bedding provided for the pullout bed. When I went down to ask for some, I was told they ran out of sheets for the bed, so they could not provide me with any. The pull out bed had confetti and crumbs all in it, when I opened it up. The next day, any time I was carrying anything out (even if it was a purse-sized bag that didn’t even remotely resemble luggage, or making a trip to my vehicle, the lady at the front desk would ask if I was checking out. (She did the same to others, when they passed). I found it very off-putting, as if she was rushing people out (this was hours before the checkout deadline). The hotel was humid and lacking air-flow. Although the temperature wasn’t too high inside. Much of the property both inside and out had the awful skunk smell, of someone smoking weed. This was inside stairwells, hotel rooms, and halls.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Most hotel beds are "adequate" at best - but here, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was an added bonus!

Bed mattress uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable and felt like they were stuffed with rags. Best western should be ashamed to even have them on a bed. I feel ashamed for operators of this particular hotel and certainly the employees. The extremely small pillows and lumpy mattress was of a so cheap quality that no one could possibly have a good night’s sleep. This hotel does a good business in this town. So there is no excuse for quality of the mattress and pillows.

The location is not far from downtown Abbeville, and getting into town from there is fast and easy. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was more than adequate. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner, which was too cold and very noisy when it was on. We had to sleep with it off. But this hotel is a good choice for anyone who needs a place for a short stay. There are also lots of places to eat nearby.

The property was nice, but it wasn't as close to all of the dining places. There wasn't enough light in our room. I didn't like how LOW the toilet and tub were in our room. I loved that the front desk clerk gave a curtesy call to remind us that check out time was approaching.

When I arrived the front clerk told me that was some kind of issue with the Expedia reservations getting into the hotel's system and asked me to cancel my reservation with expedia and do it again with her. I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for me.

Property was well kept. Room was clean and orderly. Not too crazy about coffee stuff being in the bathroom but otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was great. Property is close to Walmart so if you need anything, it’s right there. Would recommend this property over any others.

Room was comfortable and coffee was good. Very limited free tv if that is important to you. Most channels on the lineup including major news programming like Fox were locked. Good parking and easy to find. I would stay here again.

The location is not far from downtown Abbeville, and getting into town from there is fast and easy. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was more than adequate. The only negative about the room was the air conditioner, which was too cold and very noisy when it was on. We had to sleep with it off. But this hotel is a good choice for anyone who needs a place for a short stay. There are also lots of places to eat nearby.

The property was nice, but it wasn't as close to all of the dining places. There wasn't enough light in our room. I didn't like how LOW the toilet and tub were in our room. I loved that the front desk clerk gave a curtesy call to remind us that check out time was approaching.

Biscuit and gravy on Saturday morning was the best! My room was cooled upon arrival. The reception staff was top notch. Very hospitable and friendly. Had a very comfortable stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Most hotel beds are "adequate" at best - but here, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was an added bonus!

The only positive thing about our stay at this hotel was that the A/C blew cold. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly.

Rooms and inside of the hotel were clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room since we got in late and ordered pizza to the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options were sufficient, but the eggs were not very good - they were hot but just tasted like powder eggs. Coffee was good but the cup lids were troublesome - had to take them off to drink the coffee. The outside trash was overflowing when we got there and I saw a “bug” in the parking lot when I got out the car I had to stomp on. That part isn’t really the hotels fault, but they should outside treatments more and combined with the overflowing trash, it wasn’t a good first impression. Inside was fine though. I’d stay there again.
