Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt. During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything. Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel.

We had a fantastic view over Mbombela from our rooms (executive double). Large and well equipped rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Orange Restaurant on the premises is great, at reasonable prices. We are from Europe and visit Kruger National Park regularly. Loerie's is our preferred stop from or to O.R. Tampo airport in Johannesburg.

Fabulous experience of Nelspruit. The guesthouse is situated in the most beautiful gardens with fantastic views of Nelspruit and also mountains. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was amazing comfortable.
