I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anandá Cartagena and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Juliana, Jairo, and Lili, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. The staff at both the restaurant and the pool area were equally fantastic and always attentive, friendly, and ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh fruit and delicious options to start the day. The food overall was very well prepared and consistently enjoyable. The facilities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, blending traditional colonial charm with modern touches. Everything feels elegant yet comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool areas. The main pool is serene and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, while the rooftop pool offers a great atmosphere with stunning views, an ideal spot to enjoy the Cartagena vibe. Overall, an amazing experience with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and great food. I would gladly stay here again.
