The hotel offered large body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The only issue I had with going in the Fall I was hoping to still swim in the inside pool it was so cold that even children wouldn’t even get in. The pool room was very warm but the pool its self was extremely cold.

Great customer service from check-in to check-out. Milton was especially helpful and friendly. Great bartender. She was fantastic! Safe, clean and quiet place to stay!

What a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Daniela at the bar was amazing! People come from other hotels when she’s tending bar just to see her and we can see why. So warm and welcoming and just a beautiful person. Milton was the man as well. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in. We will be back for sure!

Our room was not ready on time but they made up for it by providing us all vouchers for breakfast. The entire stay was fine. Kids liked the pool.

All in all stay was fine, I found a very old coffee in the microwave apparently staff didn’t clean that. The mini fridge in room would not close and our thermostat had been broke and air would not kick off and we had to manually turn off and on. Found coins under the bed, maybe they didn’t vacuum . It was nasty but wasn’t the cleanest property I stayed at

Got a good rate so booked last minute while traveling. Location is good. Lobby is clean and tidy. Front desk is less than welcoming. ((Tone and eye contact, and attitude)). Beds are nice. HUGE stain on ceiling in our room, like previous water leak, which explains the 2 smells...bleach and mold. Needs updated thermostat. Old fashioned always too cold or too hot. Get with it Hilton!

My family and I stayed here before and had a pleasant experience and choose to stay again but this time there seemed to be a nest of ants or something in the corner of the bathroom door well.I told the front desk they had someone come and spray after we left for the day,when we came back to the room the pest were still very active I went back and told the front desk they said they already knew what bothered me was they didn’t offer to change my room so my family and I had to stay in the room for 2 bites with active pest that I have pictures and a video of and the room smelling strongly of bug spray.Lastly after the first night I asked the room service attendant by my door standing in front of her cart could she make our beds she looked me in my ruses and said yes we’re gonna do that .When my family and I got back that night our room hadn’t been touched!That was the worst experience I’ve had having to be someplace that I paid for 2 nights and was forced to stay in feeling creepy because of ants constantly crawling and room smelling like bug spray.

I was in town for a family get away. The hotel was in a great location. (DO NOT EAT THE ICE CREAM NEXT DOOR) staff was friendly. Unfortunately thats where the comfort ended. My bathroom exhaust wasnt working. My air kept shutting on and off,but finally stayed on after a ½ day. My refrigerator didnt work. I placed water bottles in for the hot day i anticipated...and to my dismay when i woke up they were completely warm, not chilled, not cold WARM. And these rooms must allow pets. My daughter is allergic and kept sneezing despite having an allergy pill. I feel bad for being honest, because the staff was so friendly. But im reviewing the hotel not the staff.

We had great interactions with the staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I didn’t sleep well though because the air conditioner kept turning on and off in the night. I would get too hot then too cold and we weren’t able to control the fan.

Larger room than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows not as much, but overall great nights sleep. I wasn’t able to enjoy any amenities as I was truly only there for sleep, but everything looked very nice and clean

Room was great. Staff were super helpful. GREAT location. Wish we could’ve used the HDMI on the tv to hook into the phone adapter, missed out on a soccer game because of it.

My family and I stayed here before and had a pleasant experience and choose to stay again but this time there seemed to be a nest of ants or something in the corner of the bathroom door well.I told the front desk they had someone come and spray after we left for the day,when we came back to the room the pest were still very active I went back and told the front desk they said they already knew what bothered me was they didn’t offer to change my room so my family and I had to stay in the room for 2 bites with active pest that I have pictures and a video of and the room smelling strongly of bug spray.Lastly after the first night I asked the room service attendant by my door standing in front of her cart could she make our beds she looked me in my ruses and said yes we’re gonna do that .When my family and I got back that night our room hadn’t been touched!That was the worst experience I’ve had having to be someplace that I paid for 2 nights and was forced to stay in feeling creepy because of ants constantly crawling and room smelling like bug spray.

The hotel is close to Harper's Pointe where we played tennis all weekend. Close to restaurants and 1-71 and 275. Hotel is back off the main road so it's quiet and peaceful. Wish breakfast was included.

Clean spacious hotel rooms! Very convenient to restaurants and easy to get to right off the interstate. Breakfast is $15 so we skipped it but we normally go get Starbucks anyway. Would stay again!

What a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Daniela at the bar was amazing! People come from other hotels when she’s tending bar just to see her and we can see why. So warm and welcoming and just a beautiful person. Milton was the man as well. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in. We will be back for sure!

Hotel is just meh. I’m ok with the rate being high given it was a last minute reservation. But we were not aware that this “pet friendly” hotel charged a $50 pet fee until we arrived. Too late to look for anything else, we had to suck it up. Room a/c either made it too hot or too cold. Pillows sucked. Sheets were scratchy. The breakfast is $13 per person. Complimentary Coffee was terrible.

The breakfast was great- the staff were wonderful. There were some big bugs in my room which wasn’t ideal. I reported the situation to the front desk and they handled it immediately.

The carpet was not clean in the room, in the hallway and at the elevator. I got out of the shower and walked in front of the refrigerator and the carpet was soaking wet from the refrigerator leaking. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look at it. He couldn't fix it and they put an order in for the next day. The next day we went out for the day and came back and there was a note on the fridge that said it had been fixed. The next morning when we got up to get our drinks out of the fridge they were warm. Very disappointing. No complimentary breakfast.
