Location was great, enjoyed our lovely spacious room with good amenities. Only issue is was on the road side and traffic noise was exceptionally loud all the time, even making the balcony unusable. Nice pool.

Rooms were tired. Servicing of the rooms only included making beds (not with new sheets) and a tidy up. It did not include new soap, towels, laundry detergent, sheets, etc. parking is $20/day despite street parking being free. Reception staff were quite unhelpful. Pool is small and busy. I would not recommend a stay here.

Room comfortable, woke with sore back due to mattress being a bit on the hard side. On website not mentioned parking was an extra $20 only states Parking available. Then charged for using credit card which wasn’t mentioned by staff member checking us in. 😞

Ideal for my husband competing in a surf ski race ending on the beach. Walk to beach was a stone throw away. Staff were very accommodating. I had a bad back and dropped the bags off early as I was checking in later while my husband was racing. When I checked in they sent my bags directly to my room so I could just go straight to the beach for the finish. There is a small balcony .. however, dead plants in the planters made it a little shabby, might have been better not to have anything there ... The main reason I didn't give full score was, I gather due to making the place compact, as it had a full kitchen, but a lot of things were stored quite high, including the microwave. Microwave wasn't working properly, the timing did not show. As there was no stool, was unable to reach items in higher shelves. However, we even had a washing machine and drier in the bathroom in a corner. Another suggestion would be to have a light there so you can see the settings (sorry eye sight not the best, but it was a darkcorner) We had a fire alarm - late enough to be in pyjamas but not totally retired. Was not a drill. No one knew what to do. People from other rooms came downstairs, and hovered around the entrance, which, if a serious fire was happening, it would be dangerous. Some people went back up, but we had no official word so we hung around a bit more before realizing we could return So minor niggles, but overall, it was a great stay and we had a lot of amenities.

staff was great. very responsive. had dirty spare pillows, bread toaster not working, very slippery shower/ bathtub without rubber mat. on request everything was sorted promptly except a pool that could not be used due to ? chemical defect. location was 5star. parking was easy for a fee.

This unfortunately would be the noisiest apartment I have ever stayed in. The traffic noise was so loud we could not at times hear the television, and we were unable to talk to each other if the person was a distance away. The also was a constant thumping from 5.00am most mornings which I guess may have been the gym. We had to shut the bedroom door to muffle the traffic noise so we could sleep. The other issue was the normal supply of kitchen and bathroom products which were not resupplied. We found toast and other items in the lounge area obviously from previous guests not removed when room was serviced. The room was not serviced on the Saturday which the hotel guide said it would be, and reception did not know this was stated in the guide.

Service at reception was friendly and helpful. The room provided spacious and clean though light on milk. Location of building in the heart of Scarborough which makes for easy access to the beach, shops and bus. Being on a major intersection did make our room a bit noisy. Otherwise would recommend staying here.

Very pleasant stay, easy check-in and check-out, the staff was really professional, helpful and friendly during the whole stay. This hotel is very good located about 300 meters from the beach and also near of the supermarket and city centre. The appartement was very clean and comfortable.

We arrived and the room appeared clean. A storm came through and the bathroom started to drip from the ceiling. It was quite big drips leaving the toilet and the bathroom floor wet. In the morning we spoke with reception to say what was happening. They said a plumber would be there soon. A plumber came late afternoon. The ceiling continued to drip and the carpet was wet. We asked for a room change but they were full. From the water marks on the roof this has been happening for a long time and the room should not have been occupied. The manager organised for our parking to be refunded. This is simply not good enough. We are not complainers but were attack of solutions and basically told to put up with it and it wasn’t dangerous.

The room smelt strongly of damp and sewage. We were given a disabled room in the next building, not the main one. There was a big hole in the fly wire which let in a cockroach at night. We had the door open because the Aircon smelt.

I loved Quest Scarborough, I had a gorgeous apartment! Quest had that home away from home feeling for me! My room was really comfy & clean & it had everything I needed for a 10 night stay. It was modern, spacious, comfortable, warm, convenient, with lots of natural light & a super spacious balcony overlooking the highway & beach. I could literally see the Indian Ocean from my balcony. Loved the laundry facilities in my bathroom & the kitchen, so handy! Quest is in such an ideal location, as everything is in walking distance & to the beautiful esplanade, cafes, restaurants, shops, Coles, pilates, personal training, Revo gym & beach! Watching the sunsets each night on the beach is a treat & a must do, as well as visiting the Sunset Esplanade Beach Markets every Saturday evening. The staff were friendly & really helpful as well! I will definitely book my stay with Quest again if I plan to visit WA in the near future! 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Biggest plus was the location. The room (deluxe apartment) was ok, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good seating area and well equipped kitchen. Excellent staff. Downsides: Chairs/Table on balcony were not usable at all, I really dont understand how you can leave those items in the room, no chairs would be better than those. Dishwasher not working properly. Balcony not closing properly due to some damages at the the doors sealing, as the hotel is on a busy road that was not nice, if there is wind it will be very loud as well. All in all a 7.5/10 for us.

It was a short stay and didn't suit. The car park is great but I was across the road. Had a problem with the cable tv but no one came to assist even though they said they would. Given the choice again I wouldn't use this Quest . too expensive for what it is

The room was very basic and as our room was quite close to the main road it was not exactly relaxing when using the small balcony due to traffic noise.

Check in was good. First impressions were wow. The view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Negatives were the lounge was old and uncomfortable. It needs replacing. The bed was way too firm for our liking. Furniture in general was very outdated. Positives, location is spot on. Brand new washing machine/dryer and well equipped clean kitchen. Can be very noisy with sliding doors open.

Rooms were tired. Servicing of the rooms only included making beds (not with new sheets) and a tidy up. It did not include new soap, towels, laundry detergent, sheets, etc. parking is $20/day despite street parking being free. Reception staff were quite unhelpful. Pool is small and busy. I would not recommend a stay here.

I didn't like that it didn't have a 24 hour desk. Also, It took a member of staff and myself to get the front door open in the wind (the wind is a common problem in Scarborough) This happened every time I entered or left the building. The front door need to be changed to an auto sliding door

It was a short stay and didn't suit. The car park is great but I was across the road. Had a problem with the cable tv but no one came to assist even though they said they would. Given the choice again I wouldn't use this Quest . too expensive for what it is

We arrived late and Alyssa at reception made us feel comfortable & was very helpful. She was also there when we left the property so was very much accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The property is very clean and the staff very friendly. The room is very comfortable. The position of some rooms (especially ours) above a major intersection and set of traffic lights is incredibly noisy, especially as the Scarborough area has lots of traffic, including many motor cycles.

Very pleasant stay, easy check-in and check-out, the staff was really professional, helpful and friendly during the whole stay. This hotel is very good located about 300 meters from the beach and also near of the supermarket and city centre. The appartement was very clean and comfortable.

Chambre avec balcon hyper bruyant. Une avenue à 4 voies passe sous la fenêtre. Le pommeau fixe de la douche diffuse un jet dispersé et irrégulier ce qui rend la douche moyenne. Immeuble plus éloigné que celui de la reception. Donc plus de points negatifs que positifs.

Super chambre, bien équipée, très propre, personnel sympathique et accueillant. Léger bémol sur les nuisance sonores, nous étions logés dans la « north tower » et notre fenêtre donnait directement sur la route passante, très bruyante à partir de 6:00 le matin.

Room was fine and clean but a bit sparse, overlooking the pool. There was only a kettle and sachets of instant coffee which we didn't use. On check-in we were greeted warmly (though the $300 bond was an irritating surprise for our one night stay) but on checking out, a different member of staff was less friendly. Having checked that we'd paid, we were told that we "... can go, and that they'll look at the bond once the room has been checked." The parking is $20 a night and seemed secure

I recently stayed at Quest Scarborough from 5 July to 8 July, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions, which added a lovely personal touch to the visit. One of my favourite aspects of staying here was the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property, which made it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. However, the biggest drawback is that the hotel is located right at the end of the beach, which makes it slightly less convenient for quick access to some of the main beach attractions. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would happily recommend Quest Scarborough to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed stay, with friendly staff who really make the effort. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
