Lovely Hotel very Homely - quiet location - staff very helpful and friendly. Good food food both breakfast and other meals. Great selection of both pump ales and bottled drinks.

Large room with comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent cooked to perfection. Ate lunch one day meal was also excellent cannot fault the food at all.

Really helpful staff who gave me a great welcome. The room was next to the pleasant beer garden. It is a family run traditional pub in a beautiful spot.

I really enjoyed my impromptu one night stay at the Blacksmiths Arms,the drive there was through beautiful country lanes,the building was full of character and interest.the Landlady and staff gave me a friendly welcome ,very helpful ,the room was very well presented great bed and sheets shower room immaculate. I had a perfect breakfast with Cumberland sausage I would recommend anybody to make a visit best wishes Michael Whitehouse
