I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a far better experience. 1. Air conditioner did not work in the room, I mentioned it to the front desk and they stated it should work. Couldn't sleep so hot 2. Floor was dirty, I made the mistake of forgetting socks and slippers after the shower my feet were disgusting after walking on the floor. 3. Pillows are terrible, no mix of hard and soft like other quality hotels, mattress needs a change for sure. 4. Staff were pleasant aside from one guy who questioned me about being in the hotel, I had to show him my room card. Anyway, I travel a lot and I love Novatel however, this one needs to improve.. a lot.
