We booked for 4 nights and I will be as thorough as possible. We looked for ever for a decent hotel for us and found this one. We stayed here with our 4 year old daughter. Initially we were given one room facing the highway but asked if they had anything near the pool. The ladies at the desk were supper nice and accommodating. They gave us two rooms to pick from (we stayed in 217). The parking is right infront of the room and never had issues parking and our vehicles were always safe. The room was clean and cold. The towels and Kleenex were folded nicely. The bed was the only thing that wasn’t my favorite. The mattress was a little too firm and uncomfortable. It was fine the first night but we were sore after lol. The place was too quiet at night and I needed some background noise. Breakfast was good! They had scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese omelette, biscuits, gravy with sausages, waffles, Raisin Bran & Frosted Flakes, bananas, bread for toast, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, & milk. Breakfast was opened from 5am-9ish. We would go late and it was always hot and constantly being refilled. We accidentally left our key card in the room 2 times and they gave us a third key card the first time and the second time the maintenance person let us in to our room. Everyone was super nice and made us feel comfortable. They cleaned the pool & parking lot each morning too. I would stay here again! There were multiple families with children staying here. We recommend it!

Stay was pleasant enough. The room was clean and simple. Missing some sink and tub stoppers. The lights flickered outside at night. The staff was rarely around but pleasant when they were. Could’ve gone without the sweeping of my doorstep at 7am in the morning. It’s rocky road getting in and out of the hotel.

The parameter lights along the stairs were flashing all night long. One light went out. The bathtub enclosure was not desirable nor was it safe. The hand safety rail was missing on the shower wall which left two big holes in the wall. In time, the water seepage through the holes will create mold & mildew as well as a safety hazard if the water penetrates the wall and goes on to the floor.

Horrible, the rooms stank of humidity, the bed was dirty and had hair, I went to the girl at the front and asked for clean sheets that I would change them, but the cleaning lady told me that she would do it, she accompanied me to the room, put them on the bed and left and tells me that she was going to another room that she would return quickly, which took a long time and I ended up putting them on, she appeared after 40 minutes, when the other couple that accompanied us checked in and after a while while we had breakfast and were leaving, they forgot something in the refrigerator in the room and we saw an employee opening the room with nothing in her hands and decided to go look for what they had forgotten, the sad thing about this is that the employee was collecting the bed with the same sheets that were used and did not have her cleaning cart, there we realized why ours was dirty, they do not clean the rooms as they should.

Had roaches in drain of sink, floor tile was dirty wearing clean socks they were turning brown black @5am had a guy trying to kick door down to get into our room also tried to break screens off window . This went on for almost 30 minutes until police arrived .. All hotel had to say was "sorry this never happens here" With the amount of people walking around hotel at night and that they are allowing to camp in there parking lot This location is not a safe location to stay at.

Seen a lot of work vehicles there so workers must stay there when working in the area. When we pulled in, lots of them were outside smoking or just getting some air but they watched as we went to our room, we didn’t feel safe so we put the chairs up against the door. The room didn’t seem very clean. I found a hair on my sheets when I pulled the blankets back and found a pair of socks under the chair in the corner. The bathroom stuck like cat urine but the shower was amazing. Good water pressure so that’s a plus. Good for one night if passing through and nowhere else to go but would not recommend. I know I will never stay there again, if ever in that area. I booked through Hotels.com and thought they were for hotels only but this place is more of a motel not a hotel.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed at this Days Inn, and when I go back to San Antonio, I will stay here again. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are all very friendly. Its conveniently located and its relaxing.

My kids and I stayed the night and we have no complaints. All my requests were met from my booking (air condition on high before arrival, extra towels in the bathroom, and bottom floor). Check in and check out were quick and friendly with no hiccups. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/shower were up to par. After check in, we went next door and ate at Tom's Burgers and we HIGHLY recommend this stop for one of your lunches/dinners. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! For the amount of time we spent in the room, it was definitely the best route to go, financially.

Friendly staff all the way around, always helped when needed as well as making my stay comfortable. Stayed there 4 days and never had an issue, breakfast was good as they have a great selection from fruit to hot meals that include biscuits with gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage and even switch up with a breakfast steak with salsa and veggies. The Housekeeping staff are great and the rooms smell good. Front desk accommodated me when I had a problem booking another day but patiently worked with me I highly recommend it as it's one of the few hotels I don't have an issue with.

Stayed there 4 days and never had an issue, breakfast was good as they have a great selection from fruit to hot meals that include biscuits with gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage and even switch up with a breakfast steak with salsa and veggies. The Housekeeping staff are great and the rooms smell good. Front desk accommodated me when I had a problem booking another day but patiently worked with me I highly recommend it as it's one of the few hotels I don't have an issue with.

I stay here on business 2 weeks out of the month. It’s clean, rooms are big, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The area is quiet, safe and conveniently located. Will continue to stay here highly recommend.

Stay was pleasant enough. The room was clean and simple. Missing some sink and tub stoppers. The lights flickered outside at night. The staff was rarely around but pleasant when they were. Could’ve gone without the sweeping of my doorstep at 7am in the morning. It’s rocky road getting in and out of the hotel.

We have now stayed here several times. Always feels like staying with friends as everyone is so nice. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are comfortable.

I stopped for a night, just needed a bed and a bathroom. So, it was it. They offered breakfast, that was much better than I was expecting (scrambled eggs, sausage, some bread and coffee and juice), I was not planning to eat, just wanted to take some coffee but I ended having something there.

First and most concerning, the doors are a safety hazard. They do not open properly. I was actually instructed by a staff member to “lift and push, push down, and ram your shoulder into” the door in order to get it open. A paying guest should never have to force or ram their body into a hotel-room door just to enter or exit. This raises a serious safety concern, particularly in the event of an emergency. The condition of the room was also completely unacceptable. The bed, pillows, and sheets were visibly dirty and stained. The blue upholstered chair was heavily discolored with brown staining, and the computer/desk chair was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet and bathtub had not been properly cleaned, and towels were left on the floor with a bug present. The bathroom sink area was dirty, and the sink light fixture was not working. I complained about the condition of my room during my stay and was told the hotel was sold out, leaving me without another room. Based on my interactions with staff, these conditions were not something that went unnoticed. Staff appeared to be aware of the property’s condition while rooms continued to be rented to paying guests. What is especially concerning is seeing complaints online followed by repetitive management responses while guests continue reporting problems with cleanliness and maintenance. Instead of simply responding to reviews, this property needs meaningful corrective action, proper housekeeping, maintenance
