A very unique stay, a private resort on an island off the east coast of Phuket. We loved that about this place, away from the busy and touristy drag of the west side. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind. Nice restaurants on the property and the pool area is great, plus loads of activities available to book through the hotel which is a great touch. Slightly more expensive than booking direct with Viator but saves you the hassle of trying to get to the mainland. The downsides were the rooms are pretty dated (we stayed in the suite with the private jacuzzi) and on our first suite the AC unit was leaking (they kindly helped us to switch rooms but it was clearly an old appliance), id also say the food is average, not terrible but nothing special (probably standard for a resort to be honest). However, for the price you pay it you really can’t complain, one of the more affordable resorts we found while looking. In summary, absolutely stunning views from the property, very nice staff, but on the whole the rooms felt a bit old.

Our 2nd stay here, the 1st was April 2024 when the property was first taken over from The Village, Coconut Island to Barcelo, Coconut Island. We loved our stay last year hence why we chose to return this year. Unfortunately many of the “cracks” showed. The whole grounds/area where the Villas, Suites etc are situated is in desperate need of repair, the roadways/pathways are cracked. We were in room 4059 and on first entering it looked nice but as the days went by we could see that it needed a deep clean, the walls needed freshening up by either a good wash or a fresh coat of paint. It was a pretty room that just needed refreshing but is not 5*. At the bar/restaurant area the wooden decking flooring is atrocious, it was bad last year but is definitely now is an accident waiting to happen. I am surprised that no one has fallen and really hurt themselves, they have put wet/slippery signs in various areas to make people aware of the dangers but there isn’t one area on this decking area where the wooden boards are flat, there are screw heads raised in some area which could easily rip someone’s foot especially when there are children running around barefoot. Last year one of the executive managers (Milan) could be seen walking around meeting/greeting guests, unfortunately Milan has since moved on and I can honestly say that in our 10 day holiday I would not know who his replacement is because I never saw him. Food is only now average, Alacarte menu replaced by a buffet 3 x per week.

This is a great resort. However there is nothing else on the island but a few little places to eat or buy beer. The resort wants to keep you captive of their prices for drinks and food. My wife who is Thai ended up getting tuk tuk to go buy beer and such. The resort itself has plenty to do including free paddle board, kayak, and small sailing boats. The breakfast buffet is world class.

Overall the stay was good. I booked the stay over 9 months ago and the hotel had been brought by a big company in the interim. The rooms are tired and need a upgrade and to be redecorated. If your going to book make sure you have a Lux style. The rooms wall are very thin and you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Especially when the come back a bit drink and express their love for each other very loudly for about 45 minutes. Staff are amazing and cannot not do more for you. The pool area and bach were not too busy. I had a pool villa so this helped. Being on a island is a nice touch, but this does mean that eating off resort is limited. But the food on resort is amazing and everything was top notch food wise. Ferry to mainland is very regualt and free. Over all a good stay but the resort is looking tired and need a upgrade.

Virkelig lækkert roligt hotel i smukke omgivelser. Du burde dog lukke deres vandrutsjebaner, de var pletspartlet overalt, uden at være slebet og malet, så man sad fast og fik brændemærker på huden.

This is a beautiful island. The spa treatments are excellent but pricey for Thailand. The villas are dated and not cleaned very well. The private pools are very nice but no one cleaned outside around our pool the whole time we stayed. The food is average and expensive. The staff are very friendly but lack proper training often serving the next course while your dirty plates from the first course are still on your table. There are stray dogs wandering around often coming into the restaurant where guests are feeding them so they tend to hang around the tables. There is no adults only restaurant or bar in the evening. While these seem like trivial things to some people this is a 5 star priced resort but is not deserving of 5 stars maybe 3.5/4. If the above mentioned things don’t bother you I sure you be more than happy with the place.

Great couple of days on Coconut Island. Made the most of the activities on offer - kayaks, sups, yoga class, bikes, tennis. Garden villa was beautiful and the private pool was great. Stay slightly marred by no water supply in the villa on the last day.

This was a fantastic hotel set on a small island about a 5 minute boat ride off Phuket island. We stayed in a 2 bedroom sea view pool Villa which had anything we needed.the views from the second floor bedroom was incredible and the pool was big and clean. The hotel was stunning and the all inclusive service was perfect for us. My wife is gluten free and there was a dedicated menu that had a great selection. The staff were exceptional especially honey and Lina who were very attentive and friendly.we loved our stay here and will definitely go back when we return to Phuket.

There was simply nothing that we did not love about this place. To say that the staff catered to our every need is a massive understatement as they treated us like royalty . From the beach cleaning team all the way through to the front of office manager they catered for our every need. Our Villa and pool were immaculate and we're serviced twice a day. Food and cocktails were exceptional and we have the bellies to prove it. We would not hesitate to recommend this incredible hotel.

This was a huge disappointment. We rented a pool villa but found it to be very dirty. The beds were made but it looked like they just remade the bed using the same sheet and blankets previous guests used because we found blonde hair and bread crumbs. Bathroom toilet had used toilet paper from previous guests that were not emptied out. Bathroom sinks did not drain. Worst of all, my wife found a roach in the living room. She's very hygienic so we checked out after one night out of five nights we paid for. We booked through Hotels.com (non-refundable) and asked if it was possible to get at least a partial refund, and the manager said they would like to, but they need to discuss if it's possible through Hotels.com. well, after a few days, we got a letter from Hotels.com saying the hotel would not issue even a partial refund. And I also just noticed Hotels.com no longer allows booking at this hotel through it's we site.

This place is not worth the money. The rooms are dirty. The cleaners do not clean at all. I saw it with my own eyes. The island is situated so all the current is directed to it, so water is always muddy. I saw a mouse in the restaurant running next to the food. Some of the management do not speak English well.

A very unique stay, a private resort on an island off the east coast of Phuket. We loved that about this place, away from the busy and touristy drag of the west side. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and kind. Nice restaurants on the property and the pool area is great, plus loads of activities available to book through the hotel which is a great touch. Slightly more expensive than booking direct with Viator but saves you the hassle of trying to get to the mainland. The downsides were the rooms are pretty dated (we stayed in the suite with the private jacuzzi) and on our first suite the AC unit was leaking (they kindly helped us to switch rooms but it was clearly an old appliance), id also say the food is average, not terrible but nothing special (probably standard for a resort to be honest). However, for the price you pay it you really can’t complain, one of the more affordable resorts we found while looking. In summary, absolutely stunning views from the property, very nice staff, but on the whole the rooms felt a bit old.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom sea view pool Villa which had anything we needed.the views from the second floor bedroom was incredible and the pool was big and clean. The hotel was stunning and the all inclusive service was perfect for us. My wife is gluten free and there was a dedicated menu that had a great selection. The staff were exceptional especially honey and Lina who were very attentive and friendly.we loved our stay here and will definitely go back when we return to Phuket.

Our 2nd stay here, the 1st was April 2024 when the property was first taken over from The Village, Coconut Island to Barcelo, Coconut Island. We loved our stay last year hence why we chose to return this year. Unfortunately many of the “cracks” showed. The whole grounds/area where the Villas, Suites etc are situated is in desperate need of repair, the roadways/pathways are cracked. We were in room 4059 and on first entering it looked nice but as the days went by we could see that it needed a deep clean, the walls needed freshening up by either a good wash or a fresh coat of paint. It was a pretty room that just needed refreshing but is not 5*. At the bar/restaurant area the wooden decking flooring is atrocious, it was bad last year but is definitely now is an accident waiting to happen. I am surprised that no one has fallen and really hurt themselves, they have put wet/slippery signs in various areas to make people aware of the dangers but there isn’t one area on this decking area where the wooden boards are flat, there are screw heads raised in some area which could easily rip someone’s foot especially when there are children running around barefoot. Last year one of the executive managers (Milan) could be seen walking around meeting/greeting guests, unfortunately Milan has since moved on and I can honestly say that in our 10 day holiday I would not know who his replacement is because I never saw him. Food is only now average, Alacarte menu replaced by a buffet 3 x per week.

There was simply nothing that we did not love about this place. To say that the staff catered to our every need is a massive understatement as they treated us like royalty . From the beach cleaning team all the way through to the front of office manager they catered for our every need. Our Villa and pool were immaculate and we're serviced twice a day. Food and cocktails were exceptional and we have the bellies to prove it. We would not hesitate to recommend this incredible hotel.

Overall the stay was good. I booked the stay over 9 months ago and the hotel had been brought by a big company in the interim. The rooms are tired and need a upgrade and to be redecorated. If your going to book make sure you have a Lux style. The rooms wall are very thin and you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. Especially when the come back a bit drink and express their love for each other very loudly for about 45 minutes. Staff are amazing and cannot not do more for you. The pool area and bach were not too busy. I had a pool villa so this helped. Being on a island is a nice touch, but this does mean that eating off resort is limited. But the food on resort is amazing and everything was top notch food wise. Ferry to mainland is very regualt and free. Over all a good stay but the resort is looking tired and need a upgrade.

Great couple of days on Coconut Island. Made the most of the activities on offer - kayaks, sups, yoga class, bikes, tennis. Garden villa was beautiful and the private pool was great. Stay slightly marred by no water supply in the villa on the last day.

This was a fantastic hotel set on a small island about a 5 minute boat ride off Phuket island. We stayed in a 2 bedroom sea view pool Villa which had anything we needed.the views from the second floor bedroom was incredible and the pool was big and clean. The hotel was stunning and the all inclusive service was perfect for us. My wife is gluten free and there was a dedicated menu that had a great selection. The staff were exceptional especially honey and Lina who were very attentive and friendly.we loved our stay here and will definitely go back when we return to Phuket.

Had to make the stay shorter than it was due to property not having much to do. After a few days (3 Days) the property got Boring there was nothing to do. I paid for a total of 8 days and left by the 5th day due to being boring. Waste of money came here for honeymoon. Also room 89 had some loud people there who were smoking green leaf and were super loud. They were reported to management and nothing was done. They were up every night until 2am.

This is a great resort. However there is nothing else on the island but a few little places to eat or buy beer. The resort wants to keep you captive of their prices for drinks and food. My wife who is Thai ended up getting tuk tuk to go buy beer and such. The resort itself has plenty to do including free paddle board, kayak, and small sailing boats. The breakfast buffet is world class.

This place is not worth the money. The rooms are dirty. The cleaners do not clean at all. I saw it with my own eyes. The island is situated so all the current is directed to it, so water is always muddy. I saw a mouse in the restaurant running next to the food. Some of the management do not speak English well.

At the bar/restaurant area the wooden decking flooring is atrocious, it was bad last year but is definitely now is an accident waiting to happen. I am surprised that no one has fallen and really hurt themselves, they have put wet/slippery signs in various areas to make people aware of the dangers but there isn’t one area on this decking area where the wooden boards are flat, there are screw heads raised in some area which could easily rip someone’s foot especially when there are children running around barefoot. Last year one of the executive managers (Milan) could be seen walking around meeting/greeting guests, unfortunately Milan has since moved on and I can honestly say that in our 10 day holiday I would not know who his replacement is because I never saw him. Food is only now average, Alacarte menu replaced by a buffet 3 x per week.

This is a great resort. However there is nothing else on the island but a few little places to eat or buy beer. The resort wants to keep you captive of their prices for drinks and food. My wife who is Thai ended up getting tuk tuk to go buy beer and such. The resort itself has plenty to do including free paddle board, kayak, and small sailing boats. The breakfast buffet is world class.

There was simply nothing that we did not love about this place. To say that the staff catered to our every need is a massive understatement as they treated us like royalty . From the beach cleaning team all the way through to the front of office manager they catered for our every need. Our Villa and pool were immaculate and we're serviced twice a day. Food and cocktails were exceptional and we have the bellies to prove it. We would not hesitate to recommend this incredible hotel.

This is a beautiful island. The spa treatments are excellent but pricey for Thailand. The villas are dated and not cleaned very well. The private pools are very nice but no one cleaned outside around our pool the whole time we stayed. The food is average and expensive. The staff are very friendly but lack proper training often serving the next course while your dirty plates from the first course are still on your table. There are stray dogs wandering around often coming into the restaurant where guests are feeding them so they tend to hang around the tables. There is no adults only restaurant or bar in the evening. While these seem like trivial things to some people this is a 5 star priced resort but is not deserving of 5 stars maybe 3.5/4. If the above mentioned things don’t bother you I sure you be more than happy with the place.

Our stay had both highlights and disappointments. Upon arrival, we entered through the staff pier, and unfortunately, it made a very poor first impression. There was trash everywhere, and it was disappointing to see such a beautiful island not being properly maintained. The hotel should invest in keeping this area clean, as first impressions matter and play a big role in whether guests return or leave positive reviews. The villa itself was excellent—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. We enjoyed both the sunrises and sunsets from our room, and the private dipping pool was a welcome feature in the hot and humid weather. The only issue was that the previous guests had stored durian in the refrigerator, leaving behind a strong odor. The food was average. While the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, several restaurants frequently ran out of basic ingredients such as tomatoes, mangoes, avocados, and crab. The meals were acceptable but not particularly memorable. We were also disappointed that the tapas bar was closed for a private event one evening, limiting our dining options. Since there are no restaurants nearby, purchasing the all-inclusive package is probably the best value. The staff were pleasant but appeared overworked, and the level of service did not reflect what we expected from a five-star luxury resort. We booked and paid for the 3 bedroom beachfront grand villa with private pool. The villa was lovely and the view was great. Within 20 min of arriving and unpacking, we discovered a cockroach nest (NEST) in the drain of one of the showers. The hotel moved us to an “upgraded” villa that was not actually an upgrade at all (moved us to a 5 bedroom with only 2 rooms with a view from a 3 bedroom with 3 rooms with views…keeping in mind there were only 3 of us, so an extra 2 bedrooms was of no use to us at all and we lost one of the views). Fine, no big deal, we were excited to enjoy our vacation. The next day, we discovered roaches in the villa we removed to. Including one in a bed under the sheets. I understand that this is a tropical environment and that there will be bugs. One or two roaches is understandable. This is clearly a deeper issue. Do not stay at this resort. It’s a shame because the resort otherwise is lovely. They just don’t seem to have pest control handled.

Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

Virkelig lækkert roligt hotel i smukke omgivelser. Du burde dog lukke deres vandrutsjebaner, de var pletspartlet overalt, uden at være slebet og malet, så man sad fast og fik brændemærker på huden.
