It was a lovely property, but we got stranded at the main hotel our last night there after having dinner. We were told a shuttle would come for us in a few minutes but it never arrived. We waited for an hour, then had to walk in the dark to a pick up spot where Security got us. The property needs to invest in more shuttles and drivers with more frequent pick up times.

Our 1 bed villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were in Jasmine Court, and would prefer that over the other areas except for lack of an EV charging stations. Right now, if you are in Jasmine Court and want to charge an EV, you need to take your vehicle to one of the other villa areas and take a shuttle back and forth.

The check in wait time was less than desired. Knowing it was a busy weekend they should have been better prepared. The parking fee is ridiculous and until my last 2 stays was never charged. They did not inform me of the parking charge this time but noticed it on the final bill.

Expected a bar and restaurant on property. Had to use a shuttle that only ran every 1/2 hour in 102 degree heat, and the shuttle was not very close.

Excellent place very clean. Stayed in a Villa. Could enjoy the deck every day. Went for walks every day. Property is beautiful. Many options for pools. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely beautiful villa.However, the pool that was nearest us was absolutely filthy. There was black grime on the pool tiles, and several pool tiles were missing and just stacked around the pool deck. The water was extremely cloudy and had lots of leaves and long hair in it. I called the front desk and asked them to clean it twice.But nobody ever came.

Our duvet had blood and the sheets were stained. Of course it was not until the second day that we found it out. Pretty gross to have laid in the bed with someone else’s blood. The jacuzzi particularly has a green tint. This was our second time staying here and the pools are not clean.

The cleanliness of the pools is very poor. All their pools had muggy water during our stay. Yes, we visited all the pools hoping to find at least one that looked decent. The villa was clean and spacious. So, we spent a lot of time inside the villa and ended up purchasing some tours. Not we expected since our children wanted to enjoy the pool but not even they wanted to get in them.

My recent stay at this Marriott property was unfortunately my first negative experience after about a half a dozen positive stays at other Marriott locations. Several issues arose, starting with check-in. We weren't informed of the $25 daily parking fee, nor were we given WiFi instructions. Worse, our room's bathtub and vanity area had a bunch of small drainage worms around it. While the staff attempted to address the problem, the worms repeatedly returned throughout our four-day stay, despite assurances that the area had been cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, and fingerprints on the kitchen cupboards, refrigerator, and windows. The daily "tidy up" service, which we only received once, was minimal, consisting of little more than a quick made bed. Lotion and coffee refills were also neglected. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and tried to resolve the worm issue to the best of their ability. The outdoor grounds were well-maintained and attractive. The hotel's proximity to the JW Marriott was a plus, as we spent most of our time there, enjoying its pool area. The small market and gift shop near the lobby, complete with a Starbucks, were also convenient.

I was in Palm Desert to run a half marathon. This may be a good place for golfers or family but I was disappointed at the cleanliness and the room for the price. It was way too expensive for the quality. I would not come here again. I was charged to park each day! Outrageous. The price for the hotel was exorbitant for the quality.

Been coming at least once a year and this is the first time I’ve noticed the pool being very dirty. Very cloudy and with trash (pieces of pamper) in the pool drain. It was still there the next day.

No restaurant or bar except at the pool which closes early. Remote if you don’t have a car. Room was extremely small. Not even a bottle of water. An issue since the sundry shop was a 15 minute walk from my room. If you get assigned a room on the second floor, there is no elevator. They were nice enough to reassign me. Outdated bathroom with a tub shower.

Overall, our experience was positive, from check-in to check-out. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful in selecting a suitable room for us and provided transparent information about the noise levels in different areas of the property. The pools were delightful, especially for the children. The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the mattresses could use an update as they were old and overly soft, resulting in an unrestful sleep and a strained neck. Also, the walls are quite thin, allowing noise from the upstairs neighbors to be easily heard. If these issues aren't dealbreakers for you, then this property would be a fantastic choice for your stay.

It was really nice property and room was very nice. We had a king bed with a sofa bed pull out. The bed was comfortable, we had towels, shampoo/conditioner etc.... Here are some things missing from the rooms 1. No bottled water (usually you get two bottles free) 2. No Safe in room (usually you get a safe in your room)

Overall everything was very nice and checking was super easy only thing I did not like that they initially put us in a room that the AC was not working and we had unloaded all our bags and we had to relocate to a different location they did move us rooms but it was just a hassle especially traveling with three young kids

Every part of our stay was excellent! Any issues or requests were responded to almost immediately! The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous with many things to do. We will be back!

Check in was REALLY bad. Long line that moved very slowly and took over 20 minutes. Resort and villas are very nice. Surprised there was no housekeeping service provided for what is basically a hotel

Friendly staff and very accommodating. The area is quiet and clean. Just don’t like that if you need more towels or trash taken out they have an extra fee.

Got there at 3:15 check in. Waited until 5:15 room still not ready. Demanded another room. Finally got a very nice one bedroom That had ben ready for over an hour. Management of cleaning people bad and front desk could have given us the other room much earlier.

Very clean! Nicely decorated room. Golf course looked immaculate. Only small complaint is having to drive everywhere for meals. Onsite dining is minimal and was a little bit of a walk for our location. Front desk personnel were friendly. Check-in was a little slow but not too bad.

Villas are nice and you can walk to the Marriott hotel to use the pool and restaurants. We also had 3 great staff members, Wendy in the hotel bar, Elena in the steakhouse restaurant and Jose at the villas front desk.

No restaurant or bar except at the pool which closes early. Remote if you don’t have a car. Room was extremely small. Not even a bottle of water. An issue since the sundry shop was a 15 minute walk from my room. If you get assigned a room on the second floor, there is no elevator. They were nice enough to reassign me. Outdated bathroom with a tub shower.

We had such a great experience here. Highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and happy. The Japanese restaurant is SO good. Love that there’s a Starbucks there. The pool is awesome. We loved Villa 1. Literally come back in 2 months.

Front desk employees were very friendly. Great customer service. Overall great experience. Wish they offered more food options/restaurant. Only restaurant/bar was by the pool and they close early. They do have a marketplace and able obtain other food options there. Pool area could be updated. Villa was very spacious. I would definitely come back.

My husband and I liked staying here. We had some pros and cons. Pros: very spacious room overlooking golf course, quiet and nice, comfy beds and showers, had a wonderful place you could pick up a Starbucks or snack, 7 pools were nice, people that worked there were super friendly and helpful from the management to the room attendant, so great job on that, price was reasonable and no extra resort fees, room was cleaned for us one day which was great too! Cons: outside furniture covered with dirt and wasn’t wiped down, our room lacked a few basics like soap and conditioner, shuttle service had benches to sit on but not under a shade so it was sweltering, pool food and drinks were outrageously expensive, drinks at one pool were $8 cheaper than another one which makes no sense. Feel like it was a rip off for what we got, bingo is played poolside so all you hear is them announcing “A22, B12, C5”,no music so if you weren’t playing bingo it was irritating. One pool was covered in dust and dirt, even walking from pool to your chair was very very dusty and dirty, and gate allowed us through without checking our pass at all so didn’t feel particularly safe with that. Overall we would come back again and try it out! Some of the cons could have been completely coincidental for this trip. This place is a lovely resort.

Expected a bar and restaurant on property. Had to use a shuttle that only ran every 1/2 hour in 102 degree heat, and the shuttle was not very close.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Love that you can text questions and get immediate information. Great yo have pickleball courts. Food and drinks at pool bar are very good.

The room was a full one bedroom apartment. Double wide balcony, roomy kitchen, dining table for 6. Motion sensing night lights reduce late night falls. Walking distance to the resort and access to most of the facilities.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was pricey however you pay about the same everywhere. The nice thing about parking is you were able to park in a covered carport just steps from your room. I would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

This was a great mini vacay getaway for the weekend and not disappointed at all. Room was comfortable, facilities were available, event schedule and location easy to access. We all enjoyed our stay. Staff all around Friendly. Only wished check out would be at 12.

Amazing property, very clean and beautiful villas, but the staff there were not friendly or had smiles on their faces, majority of them all seem like they hated their jobs and on their starting with check in, the young lady who checked me in was nice but another worker named jey/Jay butted in as the other worker was checking me in and looked at her computer and " said staying for so and so many nights " like it was unheard of before for a family to stay for awhile, and I never got my welcome text as I was told I would but that's fine, the guy named Corey when I was checking out was very rude and came off as upset that I was checking out and ( interrupting his time watching YouTube on his phone ) I saw it on his phone as I came over to the front desk to check out, didn't even say anything after I said thank you, have a great rest of your day, he just looked at me with disgust on his face. Wowww for a beautiful place, the staff was horrible, I travel all the time and never felt so unwelcome before. The guy by the pool was nice and the house keepers were nice as well. But the front desk staff very rude and unwelcoming
