Total scam - does not match the pictures at ALL! Feels like a trap because they know families will have no other option once they arrive and see what it ACTUALLY looks like bc everything else is booked! The facility itself is disgusting!! Trash overflowing at the enterance where we are stepping over chicken bones just to get in - should have been my first red flag. Our room shower obviously had not been cleaned in some time and there was visible hair all over the shower, scum/unknown substance throughout, white residue in the bottom of the tub, and the stopper was sitting on the side of the tub. We took a picture (first picture attached) alerted the front desk worker, and showed her the one picture we took that clearly showed visible hair and residue. She came up to "clean it" but after her "cleaning" there was still hair and filth was visible everywhere - those are the additional bathroom pictures after her "cleaning". I sent my son to the store to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower myself to ensure my kids weren't exposed to this filth. There were visible handprints on the headboards and the mirror has a film of some substance on it. The pool is milky white and smells like a dirty aquarium with a interior pool light connected by wire hanging out of the pool - we did not use it during our stay. Completely unhappy and disgusted! I'd give it a 0 if I could.

Pool , nasty , rooms nasty , whole in the floor at the top of the stairs , no elevator and had to carry luggage up the stairs , one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in

When we arrived, we had driven over 1000 miles and stayed at 3 other hotels - we were exhausted but excited to be at our final stop. But the young lady with a tongue piercing up front was rude from the very start. I asked to get a downstairs room, she said no. They’re fully booked. But the two people that checked in after me were given TWO downstairs rooms. I just happened to be downstairs at the right moment. Our room keys kept giving us problems, so I had to go downstairs 3 times within the first hour and the girl up front was so rude. She was obviously annoyed and didn’t say any words to me or look at me when she helped me.. I felt like a burden. When we got to the room, yes it was “clean”, but it was also dirty in places you’d expect to be cleaner. Hairs from past occupants stuck to the shower wall, hairs on the bathroom floor (a lot of it not just a strand), and stains all over the bed sheets. Oh and our room door didn’t close all the way. You had to physically push it closed with your body to get it to close.
