The staff themselves were friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was ok at best. There was a musty smell and you could tell the flooring in the bathroom hasn’t had a good scrub in a while. The shower pressure was non existent. The linens were very clean though. Nothing stained or looked dirty. There was some trash between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed. The breakfast was not the best. I opted not to eat there the second morning. The hot tub was warm but the timer knob was broken so couldn’t turn it on and the bottom of it was pretty dirty. And the door next to the pool area you couldn’t get back in because the key card reader was broken so you had to walk around the building to the front door to get back in. Could definitely use some deep cleaning, maintenance, and updating on the property.

The elevator broke down the first day of our stay so we had trek up to the fourth floor anytime we wanted to get back to our room. The breakfast was not great and the pool was dirty. Our room had a few chips on the floor between the beds when we first got in. Also, to ice the cake, a front-desk employee screamed at another guest in front of my family (wife, 3 year old, and 6 year old). Lastly, the WiFi didn’t work after the first night for the whole trip. We will not be staying again.

The property was very convenient being right off hwy 287. Very convenient to dining other needs. There were two issues that we had card reader on outside of property does not work very well seems not to read card and made us have to walk around the property to front door. The other issue was people parking trailers and taking up 4 and 5 parking spaces this should not be allowed.

Jacuzzi wasn’t working. The gym equipment was mostly broken. WiFi kept going on&off every 5min! And breakfast wasn’t good at all! Definitely not recommending this place

The elevator is broken so I had to walk up stairs to the 3rd floor. Also had one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom that has about 2 uses and then it’s gone. There’s no extra toilet paper. What??

Overall, it was an okay stay. There was a storm that ripped through the area, in which a part of the hotels roof fell off and crushed some vehicles. Mine was just a few cars down. Structure crippling down might’ve been due to a lightning strike. The gym was also closed due to a leakage from previous occurrence.

Lock on door malfunction constantly. After reporting it, I was told it would be fixed but it wasn’t during my entire stay. Roaches were seen in the room. Breakfast was terrible! Bed was hard and pillows were small! I will not return here!

We got a nonsmoking room and we went inside the room and it smell horrible like someone had been smoking for days and days. I have asthma and the smell was making me sick. They moved us to the last room they had available and the room had black mold in the ceiling and the bathroom and tub. We ended up getting a refund and went somewhere else.

The washer and dryer are old and outdated and need to be replaced. The curtains in my room are stained and need cleaning. There was kind of musty smell in the room and hallways. Otherwise it was great. Service was great. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was clean. Bathroom clean and stocked.

Did not eat breakfast. Mold in the shower. Bathroom fixtures separated from walls, visible mold and dirt. Toilets barely flushed took at least an hour for the water to fill in the back tank to be able to flush again. Toilet paper felt like cardboard. Bed was uncomfortable it’s past time for an upgrade to mattress. For it to be a handicap room, the amenities were not up to par. Also with the shower you have to manipulate the faucet handle to get hot water and then once you’re able to turn, it’s too hot. This room should not be extended to guests until the mold, water pressure and toilet issues are addressed.

Room was very clean. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice of waffles, scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage with a variety of juices and coffees. I will recommend Comfort Suites to everyone.

My room had significant stains that looked like blood on the drapes. The sofa had a large stain on the arm rest. Sofa Linens were not in the room for the pull out sofa and the carpet needs to be shampooed/cleaned. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall did it make do? Absolutely, but all these things and a terrible breakfast really canned the experience. Will not be staying again. Not worth the price that was charged. Will be letting individuals know to avoid the facility

We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had an overwhelming chemical smell. It gave us immediate headaches. It smelled like there was a mildew or mold issue and they were covering it up with a chemical smell. The other room we had didn’t smell the way the one room did. We tried to switch rooms but they were fully booked and couldn’t give us another room. The smell was so bad we left and stayed at a different hotel. The hotel refused to refund us for the stay. I won’t ever book with this company again.

The staff members were very nice and the room was clean. But there was an event directly below our room that vibrated the bed, floors, and walls making it impossible to rest. We were not given any warning of a possible disruption that could be caused by the event on site during check in. The event and noise however did end exactly when the front desk attendant indicated it would.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole facility was clean. The room was spacious and clean as well. The ac worked wonderful as it was a little stuffy when we first entered the room but within about 10-15 minutes of the ac running it was just fine. The bed was comfortable but a little too firm for me. It was not hard I just like a pretty soft bed pans this one was I would say a similar mattress.

The check-in staff was nice...a little over talkative so it took longer to check-in but he was trying to be personable. The room smelled musty and the view was to an industrial parking lot. The rooms need updating. Our AC never came on during the night so the room was humid...plaster was coming off the wall at the base so that's probably why. It was a place to sleep for a night, but overpriced for what it was.

Lacie at the front desk was wonderful! I was there because my stepdad was in the hospital a few blocks away. Lacie accommodated my needs for early check-in and check-out. The room was nice, clean, & comfortable as were the public areas. I highly recommend this Comfort Suites and Lacie deserves a raise for being so awesome!!!

We booked 5 rooms for our team to come work TX2K this week. We told the staff at the front desk that one of our employees will be arriving late when we checked in. When he showed up the next day, his room had been given away and he was marked as a ‘no show’. When we requested a refund because they had no more rooms they denied it and claimed to have called us, which was a blatant lie, none of us had missed calls. They then lied and said they were having phone issues. Then they said I would have to speak to the general manager, and she would be in mid day. (This was 8am) So I came back at 130pm the same day and she was ‘already gone’ but had denied our refund because we didnt call and let them know. Again we let them know at the front desk upon arrival that the team was coming in at different times but everyone is coming. The hotel staff is a team of liars and scam artists. I will be escalating this to their corporate team.

The front staff lady Laci was amazing and was so understanding that my kids are very hyper. She was very respectful and helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great and the cooks were awesome. The elevator broke down the first day of our stay so we had trek up to the fourth floor anytime we wanted to get back to our room. The breakfast was not great and the pool was dirty. Our room had a few chips on the floor between the beds when we first got in. Also, to ice the cake, a front-desk employee screamed at another guest in front of my family (wife, 3 year old, and 6 year old). Lastly, the WiFi didn’t work after the first night for the whole trip. We will not be staying again.

When we first arrived, we had some room accommodation mixups. But after some conversation by my friend and the staff upfront, it was all resolved. They were more than helpful and very friendly. They made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely return.

The property was very convenient being right off hwy 287. Very convenient to dining other needs. There were two issues that we had card reader on outside of property does not work very well seems not to read card and made us have to walk around the property to front door. The other issue was people parking trailers and taking up 4 and 5 parking spaces this should not be allowed.

The first room we were given was 50 degrees and smelled like it had been sprayed for bugs. We were offered another room that was clear of bug smell and was confortable. Breakfast was bare boned. TV service did not work

Room was very clean. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice of waffles, scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage with a variety of juices and coffees. I will recommend Comfort Suites to everyone.

Toilet looked like it was taken off the floor and not put back right, corners of the bathroom and room were dirty, only one wash cloth available, trash can in the room still stuff from the previous customers, breakfast was terrible, bed was hard. Stay somewhere else !

My room had significant stains that looked like blood on the drapes. The sofa had a large stain on the arm rest. Sofa Linens were not in the room for the pull out sofa and the carpet needs to be shampooed/cleaned. The room didn’t smell fresh at all. Overall did it make do? Absolutely, but all these things and a terrible breakfast really canned the experience. Will not be staying again. Not worth the price that was charged. Will be letting individuals know to avoid the facility

Booked and paid for reservation 3 months earlier, arrived late at night after driving 15 hours and flash flooding just wanting to crash into bed only to be told my reservation was lost! It was the start of a very frustrating stay. Only got breakfast one of the days because it was not very good. The pool was outdoors so couldn’t use it with the bad weather. The exercise room was a complete disappointment. Every piece of equipment was broken or had issues. There were no dumbbells or anything useful. The second night there our neighbor had two large dogs that barked so loud and so often I could not wait to get out of there. Only thing good about this place is proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would not stay here again.

The inside seems dated compared to the exterior. Bed and pillows below average but not the worst. Showing wear that isn’t being addressed inside. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. AC was blowing sticky air. The room just has that damp, musty feel and smell. Room 305 has been vaped and smoked in. Couch was too gross to sit on. Probably wouldn’t stay here again if we could avoid it. The employees were very nice and helpful though, liked them!

Parking was easy. Breakfast was okay (not the best) Elevator was broken (understand that things happen) After lugging luggage up four flights of stairs, our room had no AC but staff was quick and friendly to move us to another room.
