The gym was not equipped like the photo and for a sweet there was no shower tub option only old showers. I had to downgrade to get a better bathroom for me which that had a shower tub combo.

It was a convenient location to the airport. Carpets are a tad dingy looking, hot tub didn’t work sadly, found a piece of trash in my bed sheets last night. I skimmed the hot tub from a ton of leaves and emptied the pool skimmer baskets for them.

The front people weren’t nice…only the lady in the kitchen was kind..the rest not so much..even the maids look at you strange. The tub had hairs…the shower didn’t work until you turned a switch on it..the shampoos are tiny vials…the bed was lobsided…we tried to tell the front people but usually there was no one in the front…the laundry stole my money..I went to the front and told them and the girl didn’t understand she just said she didn’t have any money to give me back…oh well I don’t think we’ll be back here again.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean. Shuttle took an hour to pick us up from the airport. The breakfast consisted of cereal and or waffles. There is a dog kennel right behind the hotel so we didn’t need an alarm clock, dogs woke us up. Hotel also does not have any vending options.

Check in and out was easy and fast. Room was nice quiet spacious clean comfortable. Not sure where the pool was, opened the door and there was nothing out back. Didn’t plan to swim, was just curious.

You need to be a dog lover to like this place! I most certainly am so I enjoyed the room and neighboring a dog hotel. It was clean and much much safer than the last hotel I stayed at. Great breakfast and amenities! Shuttle was great staff is very helpful. Hottub was not working but jack in the box was also good. 👌

I don't know if it was from hurricane Beryl or not but the carpet was damp which made the room smell, the comforter on the bed was damp as well. Having the AC on helped but all it did was swirl the smell around. It's a decent hotel but little changes could turn it great. The TV was small, the spigot on the bathtub came out of the wall and couldn't hold the water for the shower as it leaked while showering. The bathroom looks like it's from the 80's.

Our room was very dirty. There were stains on the sheets of what looked like blood. The comforter had bleach stains and the rug had stains. The room smelled of strong cleaning products or chemicals. We were also given a handicapped room and I booked a regular room. When we asked for a new room then said they were full. There were people standing outside our door talking constantly and we had to excuse ourselves to get around them. And the next morning the cleaning staff were slamming doors down our floor constantly. I hate to give bad reviews but this was not a good place to stay.

The shuttle was very easy to use and prompt. It was nice that it ran 24 hours a day. The rooms were clean. The only complaint was that the rooms smelled very musty and even with the window open the smell never went away. My clothes all smelled musty the next day, even the ones in my suitcase.

Bad odor throughout the halls smell like old carpet refrigerator was dirty with hair bed had stains, guest traffic all through the night slammed doors had to request for cleaning,a man came into my room late at night was told he was given the wrong key, no deadbolt lock breakfast muffins were hard, I was told I could have changed rooms are get a refund but it was late and I had surgery just needed a few days to recover and already paid , ask to speak with manager one person said it was a women the other said it was a man but no manger on site during stay to address concerns

I really wish that I would have known that this property is located immediately next door to a pet boarding kennel where they let the dogs outside at 7am to apparently bark in anger at their owners for leaving them in a cement cage with strange people and food. No noise until 7am and they must have brought the dogs in to feed them at 8am, because it immediately stopped then.

I have NO idea why this hotel is rated so highly. No internet outside of the lobby. Arrived early and I know there is no guarantee to get a room. But I was waiting in the lobby for 1.5 hours for a room. ONE room. You mean to tell me they didn't have ONE room ready? They lady at the front desk said they were fully booked the night before. I get it, you're close to the airport. But as the day goes on, your rooms get cleaned one by one. They don't ALL magically get cleaned right at 3 pm. The property is in need of an upgrade as well. Oh well, at least it was cold and I was only there for 12 hours.

Hotel's shuttle service was a nightmare!!! We waited very late into the night for our driver to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. Apparently our driver was on his way before midnight as we communicated earlier with the hotel at about 11pm that we were landing. Since then we made a couple of calls to the front desk that redirect us to the actual pick up area. We waited patiently and were told by hotel front desk that the driver was on his way and would call when he was there. Hours later at 1:10am our driver finally arrives. The driver explained to us that he was in the pick up area earlier that night and didn’t see us so he left. He then continues to tell us that he had other drop offs and got upset with us when we told him we were waiting in the designated area but never saw him and never received any calls from him. After a brief back and forth, the driver does take us to our hotel but was driving in an aggressive manner which is a big concern. We never received an apology from the driver about being late or not calling us. Only rude behavior and reckless driving. We did reach out to the hotel regarding their driver but since he’s an independent contractor not much can be done aside from submitting a complaint. Hopefully nobody runs into this guy again and would not recommend their shuttle service!

The advertised shuttle service was not reliable at all. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes and o shuttle arrived. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because it included a feee shuttle service, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else.

It took almost 2 hours for the hotel to pick us up at the airport. We phoned several times and were told they were on their way. At one point they told us they had been there and we weren’t. There were several others waiting with us. If you want a hotel with airport shuttle service maybe you should book a different hotel.

The problem was the shuttle from the airport. The hotel didn’t tell us the shuttle was a black van that picked up for all hotels. We were looking for a Sleep Inn shuttle. I talked to the hotel twice after waiting for an hr and both times no mention that the shuttle was s as black van

The female at the front desk on 7/27/2025 was very rude and lack customer service towards her guest. We reached in early from an international flight, I waited over 25 minutes for the airport shuttle. When the shuttle came the drive an Afro American female driver was dress like she had on home clothes very unprofessional and her female friend accompanied her in the van. When I entered the hotel front desk the clerk told me she will be with me shortly. I took a seat and waited patiently. When she finished her conversation I approached the desk. I told her know we are early if they could hold our luggage’s so we could get something to eat; no we can’t hold your luggage and if we check early there will be an additional fee. I told her the manner she is speaking to me it’s unprofessional. She refused to give me her name and she walked off. I will never stay at your hotel again in Houston, TX near the airport.

I told her know we are early if they could hold our luggage’s so we could get something to eat; no we can’t hold your luggage and if we check early there will be an additional fee. I told her the manner she is speaking to me it’s unprofessional. She refused to give me her name and she walked off. I will never stay at your hotel again in Houston, TX near the airport.

The Hotel is close to the airport including the parking spot(next to the hotel), and less traffic in the area making it to my opinion a safer area. There is Jack in the box and a gasoline station next to it. the room is clean and cozy. This is my favorite hotel to stay and will definitely be coming back.

Property has nice comfy beds. No extra blankets or towels. And limited TV channels. And also the breakfast was lil Debbie powder dounuts and the chocolate glazed donuts. I actually thought that was so funny. No orange juice. Overall don’t expect anything good on the breakfast menu.

We, a family group of 9, had an overnight layover in Houston. I specifically selected this hotel because side it offered a free shuttle service to the airport. I spoke with them months in advance to be sure that the shuttle could accommodate us all, and to confirm the way we would need to schedule this. I also called hour before our arrival to confirm again. When we checked in, the front desk person confirmed that we would all be on the 7am shuttle to the airport for our flight. I woke to a letter under my door at 6am stating that the shuttle could only take 6 people and that the others would need to wait for the 7:30 shuttle. Six family members got on a shuttle with 4 empty seats that remained empty the entire ride. It was the same shuttle we took the night before from the airport that accommodated all of us, plus 2 more. Three of us ended up in a Lyft. Not the end of the world. Just frustrating to get conflicting information. The rooms were clean, but the carpet was in bad shape. I appreciated the updated bathroom. The breakfast was less than most other airports of this category.

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. The hotel has bed bug. ALOT OF BED BUGS. I was not able to complete my stay. Upon leaving I left a note for the manager that i would not be staying due to the beg bugs and would like a full refund. The manager refused to call me back and denied my refund.

We got what we paid for. The shuttle service though was the best part. We just stayed overnight...more like 5 hours due to an early connection. Upon arrival at 12:15 to the inn, the desk person spent a long time on the phone before beginning our check-in. We were able to reserve spots on the 6:00 shuttle for a 7:30 departure and had the right amount of time to get to the gate. It's very close to the airport. The pillows were not good, crunchy loft. I slept poorly. The bed was fine. The halls smell like pot but the room didn't. Again, we got what we paid for, but were grateful for the convenience of the hotel and the shuttle.
