Beachfront Condo with Ocean View

The condo is in a prime location. It is very close to coligny plaza. The condo is on the 3rd floor very close to the elevator You will see the pool from your front door. Go through the sliding glass door and you will experience a wonderful view of the ocean.the beach is steps away and the hosts have left beach toys and chairs in the condo for your use. This is a very nice beach condo and well equipped

Property was clean and fairly well equipped. Wasn't able to get in unit until after the appointed time due to unit not cleaned. Location is great, within walking distance or a bike ride to a lot of the attractions. It would be nice if the swimming pool was heated, water very cold, really not able to use it.

We liked the walkability of the location, private beach access, plenty of instructions/information. We never had a problem finding a parking space. If you need any food supplies there's a grocery store close by. The couch might be at the end of its life. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean. We would stay again.

The condo was perfect size for me and my two small children. Liked the access to the beach and coligy park.

Excellent location and great condo. It is right on the beach and walkable to everything: restaurants, grocery, beach etc. Inside the condo a cute kitchen and living area and lots of space for everyone. The bunks as you walk in on the right are def meant for small children, the other bunks are full size and comfortable beds / mattress. The main bedroom has a big comfortable bed and large shower / garden tub. Highly recommend. I forgot an item and the mgt team was very helpful. Will def stay here again!

My wife and I had a 3-day stay and loved it. The unit is perfect size for a couple. Location on the island is great for easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part, though, was the beach is only steps away! Highly recommend!

Check in. The people we encountered as we checked in were pleasant. Upon arriving at the condo we thought it was clean and pretty well-stocked. That is the good news. HOWEVER< There is so much furniture crammed into a small space. There was a lamp by the bed but nowhere to plug it in. The air conditioner unit is LOUD and the tech who came by to "service it" did not know how to make the growling sound (that was persistent throughout the night) stop growling. My husband finally turned the bedroom unit off so we could sleep. WHO places a loud unit like that 2 feet away from a bed? The issue with parking is ridiculous. We will NEVER return to HHI during peak season. The "customer service" rep never relayed my message to the owner and my call was never returned by someone who could have helped with that issue. (She was rude and was hanging up on me when I said" please don't hang up." We were given two different codes (for pool and gate entry) in our check in information ~ and BOTH of them were incorrect. The pool gate sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. For the price of this tiny unit, we expected more. We would not work with Vacasa again due to the rudeness and unresponsiveness of the 24 hour switchboard person we encountered.

I was in Hilton Head for a last minute trip. I've stayed at several villas over the years and felt fortunate to find this unit at the last minute. Unfortunately, this unit needs a thorough cleaning, especially the heat/ac unit. It was filthy

Location cleanliness everything was great

This unit was clean, conveniently located to beach access and comfortable for two people. The linens were crisp amd fresh, the air conditioning kept the unit comfortable and the appliances were very efficient. This was our 4th stay in a unit at Seaside Villas and we were pleased with the accommodations and amenities.

This condo is very misleading… to get in and out of the condo you have to go through the second bedroom. The view is nice but the balcony is so slanted and slippery you feel that at any moment you are going to fall into the parking lot. This is in addition to the floor being connected with duct tape, the ceiling falling down in the bathroom and visible dust on walls and ceiling.

This unit has an excellent location and the layout is great as well. That's about all it has going for it.\r \r Entry way bedroom- bedside table turned upside down to use because the glass top was broken and missing from the correct side. TV doesn't work. Top bunk bed is broken. Lights need to be replaced.\r \r 1st bathroom- Hairs in tub. Toilet was not cleaned. Parts of the ceiling are falling off. Mirror was not cleaned.\r \r Living area- Sliding door was not cleaned. Full wall mirror was not clean. Furniture is completely different than what is pictured. \r \r Kitchen- Dining table is sticky and dirty. Bugs and dirt in window sill. There is a piece of plastic in the kitchen pantry that fell every time we opened the door. It hit my 10 year old in the head.\r \r Master bedroom- Main ceiling light is so dim you can't even tell you have a light on. There is a piece of white duct tape on the floor between the kitchen and the bedroom to hold the floors together. The washer and dryer are in the closet in this bedroom. It's very hard to get the dryer door open due to placement.\r \r Master bathroom- Mold around tub. Toilet had not been cleaned. Mirrors were dirty.\r \r Patio-was not swept and gate between seating area and heat pump is falling down.\r \r The entire area had not been swept or vacuumed. It truly was very dirty. I had to wear my shoes the entire time I was in the condo until going to bed. All of the walls need to be painted and repaired. The floors need to be replaced as they are peeling up. I would not recommend this condo.\r \r With that being said, I contacted Vacasa immediately. I did not get a response until our trip was almost over. A local supervisor did compensate us for the state of the condo. He was very nice and helpful. Please make sure things have been repaired and cleaned before booking this unit.

The room was as expected, however getting entrance to the room was a challenge as the code provided didn’t work. It was frustrating communicating with your company via text and needed to call and speak with someone. We were finally put in touch with the location maintenance crew who got us the correct lock box code and access code to the space that wasn’t any of the codes provided during our trouble shooting. The janitorial staff disrupted us on Monday mid day and didn’t know our check out date, then disrupted us again on Tuesday because they didn’t know we paid for late check out and the most critical issue is the presence of black mold in the shower area which is very concerning to me that I and my significant other were exposed to this. My experience with your company and space started out great and went down in flames by the end of our stay.

Everything was wonderful! Location, amenities, cleanliness! Can’t wait to come back!

We had everything we needed! Enough clean bath towels, kitchen towels and dishes. Nice view of beach! Loved it!

The unit is a little dated, but is in an ideal location and is next to the beach. The major downside to this unit is that the thermostat beeps intermittently. You can turn it off for a few hours, but then it starts beeping again and won't turn off until you disconnect the unit. In which case you won't have air conditioning. We tried to speak with the rental company, but they were not able to help, thus the poor rating on this unit.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Located near the elevator/stairs, pool and with an ocean view, it was well situated. Inside was updated and comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Unit clean. Tastefully decorated beachy vibe. Updates were nice. But, furniture very uncomfortable, bed a full not a queen, very uncomfortable. AC only cooled tiny living area not bedroom. TV system very hard to navigate.

This place is a great deal at 1/2 the cost of most other places near by and the location is great. Downside is it's very small. It is comfortable for 2 but any more would feel crowded. The bed is comfortable, the A/C works great but it is a hotel type unit on the wall in the living room so you have to keep it cold in there in order for the bedroom to stay cool enough. The couch is very uncomfortable but with enough pillows propped behind and a blanket on the seat it is tolerable. It has great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen has things to cook with but is very small so wouldn't recommend trying to cook full meals. Also the cookware seems very old and worn. I would definitely stay here again as cooking is not my priority and we don't spend a lot of time in the place we stay other than getting dressed and sleeping so it works for us for those reasons. If you are looking for luxury you will be disappointed. If you are looking for functionality, a comfortable bed, a clean place to stay, and a bargain then you will love it. I recommend taking a small fan for the bedroom as the ceiling fan doesn't push much air. We were glad we had a fan to help push air from the living room to the bedroom.

We were satisfied with everything about the condo except for the bed. Not just being uncomfortable, but VERY SQUEAKY! Every time one of us moved the entire bed would squeak. Also, please note if you plan on doing any cooking there are no condiments (salt, pepper, oil, most places we've stayed at had these) and there is one frying pan that doesn't sit flat so it makes cooking a challenge. Otherwise the unit was very clean and it's a great location. We choose the same complex every time and really enjoy how close it is to everything and the ocean views!

Location, quietness and up to date decor.

Location was great. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean.The sofa needs to be changed, no support left in the cushion's. High patio furniture not comfortable for seniors. We did have a few issues the first two days but they where resolved very quickly. The people where very helpful and responded to the issues quickly and friendly.

AC stopped working day 1. Management was very difficult to communicate with as they would not respond to email, text, or phone calls. They could not understand how AC was important during an excessive heat warning.

The number codes didn’t work with the door lock. Get the lockbox code to use the key for the lock.

My girlfriend and I; we stay at Sea Side Villas for every visit at HHI and couldn't be happier with the services and amenities provided. We were quite impressed with the recent renovation. It's cleanliness and decorum is always up to par. The beach is but a walk away and you have delicious choices to feast on all around you. Customer service from Vacasa are welcoming and professional.
